• Miriam (8/5): - Great location. Really well connected to public transport, and about 15 minutes walk from the main areas in Brussels. The shower was a bit less powerful than we thought, and when all of us showered, the last one had less warm water, which was not ideal in February.

• Jorge (10/5): - Great apartment, right in the center of Brussels. Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious, modern and very well equipped, with a personal touch. The hosts are very helpful and attentive. Of course, being in the very center, there can be a bit noise sometimes, this is normal. However the apartment is in a pedestrian area, so no traffic around.

• gratom (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Nothing didn't get to stay as the host cancelled our stay whilst we was on route from London spoiling a city break that had been planned for months prior Basically left 2 adults 4 teens and a toddler with nowhere to stay in a foreign country with 2 hours notice whilst we were on route, with no alternative and booking.com didnt help with overpriced alternatives poor locations changing the whole holiday

Great central location, convenient connections to train stations and places of interest The master bedroom windows are facing the shopping street so if you like to have the windows open then it might me a bit noisy from outside

• Sam (1/5): Teleurstellend - In de advertentie stond er in de allereerste zin dat er airco aanwezig was. Het was een zeer warme dag in de zomer en het was 29 graden binnen. Toen we echter aankwamen was er helemaal geen airco aanwezig. We hebben de hosts onmiddellijk gecontacteerd. We waren met 2 kinderen en 2 gepensioneerden aanwezig dus nadat we 3u later geen reactie hadden gekregen, hebben we een ander hotel geboekt en zijn we vertrokken. We hebben ons geld nooit terug gezien omdat we volgens de hosts maar eerder hadden moeten contacteren zodat ze nog een alternatief konden voorzien. De lift was overigens ook nog eens kapot dus het was met de koffers 3 verdiepen omhoog gaan (dit werd niet op voorhand medegedeeld) en het was er ook niet echt net (een vuile spons en in de wasmachine in de keuken zaten nog kleren van iemand anders). Ook booking.com zelf was niet echt behulpzaam en hun helpdesk is ook moeilijk te contacteren.
• Erjola (10/5): Excellent location, very comfortable apartment, highly recommended. - Key collection was extremely easy thanks to the clear and accurate instructions provided by the host, which was very important especially since we arrived late at night. The apartment has a perfect location, right on the main pedestrian shopping street, with excellent access to the metro and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and main attractions. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. All appliances and furniture were new and well maintained, offering a real home-like experience. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was very well organized and exceeded our expectations.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento para viajar en familia gracias a su amplitud y a los servicios que ofrece. Por su parte, Ana (la anfitriona) ha sido muy amable con nosotros y ha estado siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible.

• Daniel (8/5): - The location is central, the loft is spacious and quiet. The facilities in the loft are in good working condition, it is clean. Good rapport with the manager. The posting mentioned "Lift" but the elevator in this building is not working for over a year. The loft is 3 floors up, top floor. To get to it, you can only use a wooden narrow winding staircase.
• jarilla (5/5): calidad normal a precio de lujo - La amplitud del apartamento y la ubicación cerca de la estación de tren No había mas que dos rollos de papel higiénico para tres personas y 6 días. No había bayetas de cocina. No había jabón de lavavajillas ni de vajillas. No había servilletas. Las ventanas de techo son eléctricas y hacen mucho ruido al abrirse y cerrarse por su cuenta ya que están programadas. Un tercero sin ascensor. La dirección anunciada no es la correcta y tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas hasta encontrar la dirección correcta.

• Akshay (8/5): Exactly like the pictures, spacious and homely — just be ready for the stairs! - The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was really big, spacious, and well-maintained, with top-notch facilities that made us feel completely at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in a place that truly matches its listing. Highly recommended! The only small downside was the access — being on the 3rd floor with a very steep staircase, carrying heavy bags up was quite a workout when the elevator is out of order. But once inside, it was absolutely worth it.

• Masud (8/5): Geräumig, chillig, lustig , Wohlfühlcharakter 🙂 - Den Schlüssel zu finden gluch einer Schnitzeljagd, hat aber bei der Suche Spass gemacht, wenn man sich nicht dumm stellt geht alles-Super Lage- perfekt fuer einen Brüssel Trip- die Unterkunft ist praktisch in der grossen Fussgängerzone- das Grand Palace erreicht man locker Fußläufig, Mc Donalds , Quick, Pizza, Halal Burger Läden, Corndogs, Waffleshops, kleine Kioske und halt die Fussgängerzone vor der Nase mit dem Riesen Super Markt Carrefour-Die Wohnung ist extrem gross und man fühlt sich wohl, Gasteber Kommunikation ist gut, Parkplatz auf jeden Fall im Q City Centrum Parken fuer 17,50 Euro pro Tag, andere Parkplätze sind für 25 Euro der Tag,in der Küche fehlt ea an nichts, aehr positiv úberrascht wenn man mal selber kochen möchte. Auch wenn die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert dort befindet sich in jedem Zimmer manuelle Luftkühler .An der Austattung fehlt es praktisch an nichts- man fühlt sich wie zu Hause….Vielen Dank für diese angenehme Beherbergung, es hat Spass gemacht !😃😃😃😀😀👍👍👍👍👍 Der Aufzug defekt oder ist wahrscheinlich noch nie gegangen 😃, man muss durch drei Stockwerke schmale Treppe gehen um an das Dachgeschoss zu gelangen, der Duschbereich sollte mal renoviert werden, Tischkicker sollten die Schrauben mal richtig fest angezogen werdem damit die Figuren halten, Freitag und Samstag Nacht gewöhnlich laut durch das Partyvolk um die Unterkunft, Velux Fenster Automatik funktioniert nicht an allen Fenstern

Les jouets pour enfants L'ascenseur étais en panne c'était pas facile de monter les bagages jusqu'au troisième étage. L'un des volets de la chambre ne se fermais pas, dès 5h du matin tu avais de la lumière dans la chambre.

• Yannick (8/5): Comfortable apartment in the Brussels city centre - Very large apartment within the "pentagon" of the Brussels inner city, on a walking distance from most tourist attractions (with the exception of Atomium and basilica). Newly renovated with large kitchen and all amenities provided. Quite good value for the money. It was a hassle to collect the keys. Was promised that instructions would be sent over well in advance but this didn't happen, so had to find a wifi hotspot somewhere in Brussels to contact the host via Booking.com to retrieve the keys. Getting into the apartment is a true escape room experience with multiple keys and codes.

• Zofia (9/5): Superb - Very nice huge space, with all the commodities. It's not easy to keep the apartament chilled on a sunny day, you only can open the living room windows. You can close the shutters to prezent sun from coming but still it's pretty warm.

It was a new listing and we reached out for some additional information and photos which they provided right away. The digital welcome guide was useful and had clear and detailed check in instructions, self-serve check in is always a plus. The hosts were flexible and allowed us to check in early on the day of our arrival. The apartment was clean and exceeded expectations. The washer was in good condition and a drying rack was provided. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Thank you for a great stay! The area is a little loud at night, but not the host's fault. The floors are loud when walking on them, so hard to be quiet at night if you are traveling with any light sleepers. The tub and shower are functional but could use to be replaced.
