• Patrik (6/5): Mediokert boende om man uppskattar att det ska vara städat och att utrustningen ska fungera. - Läget och utsikt var fantastisk. Dålig städning. Viss utrustning fungerade dåligt eller inte alls. Uthyraren påstod saker som inte stämde överens med Booking.com webbsidan.
• Laura (4/5): Bellissima vista ma condizioni mediocri - La struttura, in una zona bene servita, si presenta con una zona giorno dotata di una bellissima vista sulla baia di fronte. Il soggiorno è ampio e la cucina ben attrezzata. La zona notte, con tre camere e due bagni, invece è arredata con mobili vecchi e rovinati. Dato che le lenzuola di due camere non avevano un buon odore, abbiamo deciso di lavarle, grazie al fatto che nell’appartamento erano presenti sia la lavatrice che l’asciugatrice. Togliendo le lenzuola però ci siamo accorti che non c’erano né copricuscini né coprimaterassi…e le condizioni del materasso matrimoniale e di alcuni guanciali erano decisamente pessime: macchie marroni e giallognole ovunque. Abbiamo contattato il referente dell’appartamento che ci ha assicurato che le lenzuola fossero pulite, ma che poi ha ignorato le nostre richieste di avere delle protezioni da mettere su cuscini e materassi e, infine, anche quella di annullarci la prenotazione dell’appartamento senza penali in modo che potessimo andare da un’altra parte (nella camera matrimoniale era presente anche parecchia muffa e su quel letto era impossibile dormire). Tralascio il disagio che ha creato questa situazione e sottolineo solo che è un vero peccato perché l’appartamento avrebbe molto potenziale, ma deve essere completamente ristrutturato.

• Mariam (8/5): Overall nice stay, but this very special apartment definitely deserves a renovation and good cleaning. - Location and view are exceptional. Very large apartment, a lot of space. Easy access to everything. Very nice and responsive host, addressed all our concerns immediately. The apartment did not feel super clean overall. Linens weren’t fresh and we asked to change.
