• Daniele (8/5): - Condizionatore al secondo piano molto rumoroso, non si poteva dormire e non si poteva spegnare perché unica fonte di calore. Non mi è piaciuto l’atteggiamento dell’host, dovevo fare il check in 2 ore prima ma mi è stato più volte negato anche se la casa era libera già dal giorno prima. Ho dovuto pagare una notte in più per poter entrare alle 14 invece delle 16

Online it said it was an apartment with 3 bedrooms but was 3 separate studio apartments in a very run down state. Nothing like the pictures. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - Avoid this listing at all costs – it is fundamentally misleading and in very poor condition. We booked a “Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony” expecting one actual apartment for our family. Instead we were given three completely separate, rundown studio units scattered in an old building. Had the listing been honest that it was three separate studios and not one apartment, we would never have booked. This is false advertising, plain and simple. The condition was shocking: - Springs poking through mattresses - Two kitchenettes had NO plates, cups or cookware (advertised as fully equipped) - Broken AC (hot air, strange noises, bad smells) - No hot water in one unit - WiFi passwords didn’t work - Broken light lying on the ground = trip hazard - Dirty filters, watered-down shampoo We messaged the host immediately with details and photos. The host later lied and told Booking.com we “never reached out.” Booking.com support opened a case, sent pictures, they promised help, then did absolutely nothing and denied any refund. To add insult to injury, after we left, the host sent a private “settlement offer” that included ZERO refund or compensation whatsoever – the only thing they asked in return was that we promise not to leave negative feedback. What an absolute insult after everything we went through. We checked out the next morning (less than 24 hours later, since we could not find an alternative immediately) and booked a proper place on Airbnb because staying here was impossible. Deceptive listing, dishonest host who tries to buy silence, terrible property, and zero support from Booking.com. Save yourself the nightmare – stay far away.
• Dominic (1/5): Schrecklichster Aufenthalt seid langem! Einfach Horror!! - Es war schrecklich, es gibt nichts positives dort!! Wir waren zu zweit, meine Freundin und ich Es war schrecklich, die Betten waren der absolute Horror man hat jede Feder gespürt und es war sehr sehr laut in dort. Die Haustür ist eine riesige stahl Tür und ist auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen. Es schaut in Wirklichkeit schrecklich aus dort! Der Nachbar ist auch sehr verrückt und hast uns mehrmals angesprochen das er das alles nicht gut findet mit dem Apartment. Es war nicht sauber und die Möbel waren nicht die auf dem Bildern. Es waren klein Tiere vorhanden und und meine Freundin hat einen elektrischen Schlag Bekommen in der Küche. Es ist überhaupt nicht so wie beschrieben und es hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen von der Ausstattung da es in Wirklichkeit komplett anders eingerichtet ist und die Möbel ausgetauscht wurden. Es ist nicht gut dort. Unhygienisch und Schmutzig! Bitte liebes booking Team ändern sie etwas daran weil das überhaupt nicht wie beschrieben ist! Sowas geht gar nicht!
