Et nous ne manquerons pas d'en parler sur les réseaux ! - l'appartement est bien placé L'hote qui nous a reçu, très désagréable ! la saleté de l'appartement à notre arrivée, je n'ai jamaisvu ça !!! J'ai toutes les photos à l'appui !!! Le manque d'équipement : pas de passoire pour les pâtes, pas de saladier, les casseroles sont cramées. La porte des toilettes à l'entrée qui ne ferme pas ! Une cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas ! Nous sommes restés 8 jours sans cafetière sans bouilloire !! Et il a fallu insister et envoyer une vidéo pour prouver nos dires !!Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de fer à repasser, pas de grille pain ....une odeur d'égouts dans tout l'appartement due aux canalisation des 2 salles de bain que nous avons signalé et la personne de l'agence m'a dit qu'elle envoyait quelqu'un pour nettoyer mais nous l'attendons encore !! Sans oublier l'électricité coupée à 22h le soir, 2 jours avant notre départ ! Nous remercions les voisins de nous avoir aidé. Ça fait 12 ans que nous louons sur Jávea et c'est la 1ère fois que nous sommes autant déçus !! J'ai conservé toutes les photos, vidéos et échanges des messages avec notre contact sur place. Booking propose plusieurs heures d'arrivées mais sur place personne n'est disponible avant 16 h.
- Dave (1/5): Stay in hell, it will be nicer - The location is OK The apartment is spacious And that's about anything that can be said positive about this property and its management... Infested by cockroaches. Horrible smell from the bathroom. Not enough electric power to use the washing machine without stopping several times during the wash. AC not working in 3 out of 4 rooms/areas (A local electrician confirmed he had told the owner about the problems with the AC installation months before, but the owner refused to pay to have them addressed). Continous promises of the management to resolve the issues: "We will look into it" to keep me quiet and end up not solving them. They also promised compensation but kept the amount quiet until the very last day when they decided the compensation was... 3% of the total price paid. Basically, a scam from beginning to end.
