• Giulia (6/5): Stanza adeguata ma la zona.. - Indicazioni per self check in e self check out facili e ricevuto con anticipo. In struttura non si incontra staff, ma rispondono velocemente su Booking. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza ampia per essere una singola. La stanza non ha riscaldamento e per questo purtroppo molto fredda, tuttavia ho richiesto una coperta aggiuntiva e sono stata subito accontentata! Purtroppo non mi sentieri di consigliare la struttura perché si trova in una zona davvero malfamata della città e di sera ci sono decine e decine di spacciatori che occupano la via e la vicina piazza Martin Moniz. Non ci si sente sicuri neanche di giorno perché è pieno di barboni e spacciatori. Peccato perché la via è vicina alle principali attrazioni del centro; purtroppo sconsiglio, soprattutto a chi come me viaggia da solo. L’unico rimedio può essere tornare in taxi e non a piedi, ma su un soggiorno lungo diventa una soluzione poco percorribile per il costo aggiuntivo

• Franca (1/5): - This is in an unsafe part of town. After 19:00, it's uncomfortable to walk there and after 21:00, dangerous. Do yourself a favour, pay the extra 20 EUR per night, and stay a little closer to the centre.

• Maria Gabriela (8/5): - A suíte era confortável e ok para passar alguns dias. Eu e meu noivo gostamos, a instalação era bem limpa e intuitiva. A suite fica perto do centro onde tem a praça do comércio o que foi fácil para locomoção. Mas para outros lugares como a torre de Belém ficava um pouco distante.

Non mi è piaciuto che in 5 giorni non hanno mai pulito la camera, nè cambiato mai gli asciugamani; aria condizionata non funzionante, abbiamo contatto la reception per farlo presente è il pomeriggio stesso abbiamo ricevuto una stufetta elettrica in sostituzione. Situato in una zona per niente tranquilla la sera.
• Viktoria (5/5): Χρειάζεται βελτίωση στις παροχές - Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο και στα μέσα μεταφοράς Δεν ήταν αυτό που φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες ..το δωμάτιο που είχαμε ήταν εσωτερικό και το παράθυρο δεν είχε φως καθώς ακριβώς μπροστά υπήρχε τοίχος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά πολύ μικρό και οριακά μπορούσαμε να περάσουμε με τις 2 βαλίτσες που ειχαμε. Δεν έγινε ποτέ καθαρισμός τις 3 μέρες που μείναμε,ούτε έγινε αλλαγή στις πετσέτες μπάνιου.

• Maria (3/5): Nada recomendable - Cogimos este apartamento por el precio y su ubicación. Además en las fotos parecía nuevo. La zona a pesar de estar pegado al centro tiene muy mal ambiente que hace que no te sientas seguro. El olor en las zonas comunes del alojamiento es desagradable, a comida o algo similar. La cama es incómoda y las almohadas aún más. Había muchísima humedad en toda la habitación; las toallas no se secaban y como no las cambian en toda la estancia, hizo que tuviéramos que utilizar toallas húmedas desde el primer día. Solo ponen un pequeño sobre de champú y jabón para toda tu estancia. La habitación es pequeña y casi no hay espacio para dejar la maleta.

• Liya (6/5): За свою цену в самом сердце Лиссабона! - Номер маленький, но есть всё необходимое, даже фен. Однозначно лучшее это раположение- всё в шаговой доступности, 3 минуты и вы в самом красивом месте, Руа Аугушта! Здесь же площадь Россиу, оттуда на автобусе Hop on Hop off можно увидеть весь город. Магазины, рестораны, кондитерские, смотровые площадки всё в шаговой доступности. Заселение лёгкое, с персоналом связь через email. За три дня не было уборки в номере. Утром выселения не рвботал интернет, пришлось искать таксиста в 6 утра на улице, где полно мигрантов. Сама улица центр мигрантов, порой ощущение, что ты в Индии.

• Martha (3/5): - Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Bett sauber und bequem war und die Handtücher frisch rochen. Bei der Auswahl eines Hotels waren mir vor allem gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ein heller Raum, Sauberkeit und Ruhe wichtig. Zusätzlich wurde in der Buchungsbestätigung ein kostenloser Flughafentransfer als Bonus erwähnt. Daher habe ich bei der Reservierung auch meine Flugdaten angegeben, um am Flughafen abgeholt zu werden. Einen Tag vor der Anreise habe ich zum Glück noch einmal nachgefragt und erhielt erst dann die Information, dass dieser Service gar nicht angeboten wird. Das war sehr enttäuschend und hätte vorab kommuniziert werden müssen. Das Hotel befindet sich zudem in einer sehr unangenehmen Gegend. In der Umgebung gab es viele Junkies und Alkoholiker, weshalb ich mich beim Gehen unwohl und unsicher gefühlt habe – trotz der Nähe zur Metro- und Bushaltestelle. Weniger zufrieden war ich allerdings mit dem Zimmer selbst: Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war auf eine dunkle Betonfläche gerichtet, und ich hatte aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten Sorge, das Fenster zu öffnen – es wirkte, als könne jemand problemlos hineingelangen. Außerdem waren die Schränke nicht gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht meinen Erwartungen.

• mitrovska (7/5): - Amazing location, but in a bit scary neighborhood, after 9 it’s really scary. Otherwise it’s very close to Rossio Square. Not changing the towels and not cleaning for a 3 night stay.
• Guest (6/5): Dobré - Lokalita v centru, poblíž tramvajové zastávky. Rychlovarná konvice s čajem a kávou. Poměrně rychlá komunikace. Na ubytování jsme dorazili hodinu po možném příjezdu a pokoj byl špinavý a neuklizený po předešlých lidech. Ihned jsme kontaktovali personál, který nám oznámil, že bude pokoj uklizen až za další hodinu, tudíž jsme museli čekat. Jelikož byl pokoj malý a okno vedlo pouze do vnitrobloku, nebylo možné vzduch dobře vyvětrat a klimatizace po prvním dni přestala fungovat. Sprchová hlavice byla z jedné strany prasklá, ale používat se dala.

Trace de je sais pas quoi sur les murs Odeur de merde (oui de caca) dans la chambre qui remonte des égouts J’ai payer 300€ les trois nuits les plus cher pour la qualité pourrie que j’ai eu Rien pour poser les baguage et on me dis chambre deluxe Photo à l’appuie bien sûr je raconte pas n’importe quoi

• Ainsley (6/5): Satisfactory, basic but sufficient - Good location, basic but all that was needed if not spending a lot of time there. Could have been cleaner, particularly the balcony that has rot and muck all over it. The shower tap was broken which was difficult to use, but was able to get it working after a bit of fiddling. Requested a double bed, but was provided with 2 singles but I just pushed them together.

• Brigitte (6/5): - La proximité de sites remarquables (castelo San jorge) et quartiers animés, transports (train, métro, bus et le fameux tramway 28) et surtout la possibilité de se balader dans le vieux Lisbonne, de se perdre un peu et profiter de points de vue incroyables Ce n'est pas un hôtel, immeuble accessible avec un code et chambres accessibles par boîte à clé. Pas de personnel sur place, pas de ménage pendant le séjour. Quartier un peu "roots" et plutôt bruyant. Équipements chambre minimum et un peu vétustes (poignée meuble sous lavabo mal fixée, porte anti panique au RDC difficile à ouvrir car mal vissée).

• Stephanie (5/5): Super Lage, zu hellhörig, kein übermäßiger Komfort - Gute Lage, schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt, Metro und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür. Zahlenkombinationen für die Eingangstür und den Schüsseltresor wurden kurz vor Anreise zur Verfügung gestellt und haben allesamt gut funktioniert. Zimmer war nicht pünktlich fertig. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, auf Nachfrage dann doch, jedoch dann auch von außen, für alle, die den Gang zwischen den Hauswänden erreichen konnten. Sehr hellhörig. Der Vermieter ist nur über WhatsApp oder Telefon erreichbar und reagierte nur verzögert.

• Edith (7/5): - Die Lage war zentral, nahe bei ÖV. Geschäfte und Restaurant in kurzer Gehdistanz. Nachts war die Gegend eher unsicher, als allein reisende Frau hätte ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt. In der Unterkunft wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, wenn eine Gepäck Aufbewährung möglich gewesen wäre.

• Petr (8/5): Ubytování bylo čisté, blízko centra města a MHD - Ubytování kousek od metra, v pěší vzdálenosti od centra Lisabonu. Kompletně nově zrekonstruované pokoje včetně koupelny a vybavení. Náměstí M.Moniz je plné bezdomovců a občas se mi stalo, že mi někdo nabízel drogy. Člověk se tam necítí vyloženě v nebezpečí, ale pro rodiny s dětmi to není úplně ideální místo.

Kleine kamer, weinig beweegruimte. Raam kon niet open, uitzicht op muur die 1 meter van het raam af stond. Contact met eigenaar prima maar noemde me constant bij een andere naam, niet erg persoonlijk.

Lots of drug addicts around the entrance and the road around it. Tuk tuk driver told us to be in before 9pm as after that it wasn’t safe. We weren’t bothered by anyone but it was a bit intimidating as they were hanging about in groups

• Olena (2/5): La zona mala - La verdad, no me gustó nada El barrio donde nos alojamos era horrible: sucio, con mucho ruido por las noches y daba miedo salir. Había mucha gente sin hogar alrededor, y en general era una zona muy descuidada. No me sentí nada cómoda allí.
