• Iliana (1/5): We were very angry, and the children were freezing. Instead of walking around the city, we spent this time waiting while - - Unfortunately, we were unable to check into our apartment. We wasted approximately two hours and never gained access to the property. We booked the apartment through Booking.com and received a confirmation with instructions on how to access the apartment. After about one hour of driving, we arrived at the location and tried to find the key lock box, but we could not find it. We called the phone number provided on Booking.com. A man answered, we explained the situation, and he said: “Oh yes, please wait, I will call you back.” He never called back and stopped answering our calls. Later, we found another contact number for the host and called it. A woman answered and said that it might not be the correct address and that she would check. She also mentioned that she does not speak English very well. We asked if she had WhatsApp, she said yes, but we were unable to contact her there. After that, she also stopped answering our calls. We spent around two hours trying to resolve this situation. During this time, we and our children were standing outside in the cold. The children were freezing, and we lost valuable time and were unable to go anywhere else. In the end, we received a message stating that we could not check in and that our reservation was cancelled. This situation was entirely not our fault. We followed all the instructions provided, attempted to contact the host multiple times, and received no assistance. We are requesting a full refund.

• Jérémy (1/5): A fuire - Rien! Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au logement. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h: les indications parlaient de 2 boitiers de clef, rien n'était présent. Des passants ont voulu nous aider, sans succés. Le numéro affiché +4917418671114 ne marche pas tandis que la personne que nous avons appelé plusieurs fois (et contacté par sms et whatsapp) au +491741867120 n'a répondu qu'une fois disant qu'il allait rappelé (jamais fait). Nous avons du dormir dans notre voiture, nous demandons remboursement. Le fait qu'on ne puisse accéder au logement. Le gérant qui ne repond pas, avec un numéro sur 2 qui fonctionne (le 1er n'est pas attribué). Le fait qu'on ait du dormir à 7 dans un vehicule.
