Recepční pořád kouří před vchodem, což bere celkový dojem jinak pěknému hotelu.

• Ruby (8/5): Cosy and comfortable - Small rooms but very cosy, clean and well set up. We appreciated the sound-block windows as well. Amenities are good and the staff are lovely and very helpful! It was relaxing after a long day of exploring. Did have a dissapointing experience with their towel policy. We arrived back at the hotel one day to be charged the cost of a face towel that had signs of use after well, washing my face? Mind you, this wasn’t at the end of our stay but during the day after the cleaners had come through. Found this super strange as I’ve never had this happen at a hotel before. I understand it’s their policy, but if you’re providing white towels/linens ect, it’s expected that the hotel can manage cleaning…

• Agustin (9/5): Excelente ubicación y comodidad con algunos detalles a mejorar - El hotel destaca por su muy buena ubicación, muy cercano a excelentes restaurantes, lo que facilita disfrutar de la gastronomía local. Además, se encuentra en impecables condiciones de limpieza, lo cual hace la estancia muy agradable. Llegar desde el aeropuerto de SAW es bastante sencillo, ya que se puede combinar metro y ferry en aproximadamente 1 hora y 30 minutos. Por otro lado, el servicio de reserva de transfer para el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto es muy bueno, cómodo y eficiente. En algunas ocasiones, la comunicación en inglés puede resultar algo complicada, lo que puede generar pequeñas dificultades durante la estancia. Asimismo, el hotel puede ser un poco ruidoso por las noches, principalmente debido a los sonidos del ascensor y de locales cercanos.

Наш рейс сильно задержали, мы въехали только ночью и все равно на следующий день в нашем номере провели уборку, хотя в ней совсем не было необходимости. Видно, что отель новый и его сотрудники стараются максимально сохранить это состояние. В номере хорошая мебель, удобная кровать, отличные постельное белье и полотенца. По ванной комнате тоже никаких замечаний, все было в достатке и прекрасно работало. Безусловно, это то место, куда хочется вернуться. Отдельное спасибо сотруднице на ресепшн по имени Nisa - очень улыбчивая и приветливая девушка. Возвращались в отель после прогулок словно в дом, где тебе всегда рады. По расположению тоже все прекрасно. Рядом и популярные места, и пристань. *Отдельное спасибо ребятам из кафе Hamurita, расположенного рядом с отелем. Всегда приходили к ним на завтрак. Все отлично

• Oumaima (8/5): - La propreté et l’emplacement était top très belle endroit Le jour du départ , en descendant mes bagages le réceptionniste c’est proposé de m’aider mais celui ci a casser la poignée il c’est donc proposé gentiment d’aller m’en racheter une … Une fois la valise acheté et les vêtement installé dedans , la responsable Vien vers mon bagages ouvre la valise jette mes affaires par terre car celle ci voulais récupérer la nouvelle valise acheter par le réceptionniste, elle disait que c’était moi qui avait casser celle-ci ! J’ai donc pu l’arrêter mais celle ci a continué à nous insulter moi mes sœurs et ma mère ! Je lui ai donc demander de visionner les caméras pour voir l’erreur mais elle ne voulais rien entendre ! On a a était mis à la porte de cet hôtel qui etait pourtant très agréable !!!

Wir haben uns dann für dieses Hotel entschieden und ich muss sagen es ist ein sehr sehr sehr sauberes Hotel welches sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage in Beşiktaş befindet.

The reception was available 24/7, and the staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. It’s centrally located in a popular neighborhood, yet tucked away on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, drugstores, bakeries, bars, and exchange offices just steps away. Everything was great.

• Gul (10/5): Brand new, ,safe hotel - This hotel is right in the heart of Beşiktaş, which made everything so easy. The hotel is only about five months old, and it really shows. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re brand new, very clean and well kept. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. Uğur and Mahya were genuinely kind and helpful. There is someone at the reception all through the day and night. What stood out most to me was how safe I felt asa woman traveling solo. The hotel is great value for the price, especially for such a central location and a new, well-run place. I’d happily stay here again.
