• TSAGARAKI (10/5): Απλά τέλεια!!!!! - Το πρωινό ήταν άριστο, άνετο δωμάτιο και πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική γιατί είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και μέσα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και βρίσκεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου!!!! Όσον αφορά το service του ξενοδοχείου πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια είναι όλοι τους εξαιρετικοί και πολύ ευγενείς!!!! Δεν νομίζω ότι θα επιλέξω άλλο κατάλυμα κατά τις αφίξεις μου στην Αθήνα. Δεν έχω να προσάψω κάτι αρνητικό.
• Erica (9/5): Practical and comfortable - The room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities, Nespresso machine included. Very practical even for a one-night stay as in my case and easy to reach from the Airport through the metro system (it is very close to the Omonia stop). A few minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum. Breakfast was ok, good variety, but nothing special. I would suggest to put labels on the food selection.
• Matteo (9/5): Fantastic hotel stay in Athens - The facilities are very modern and were being completed during our stay - for example there’s a pool on the roof which was not open yet. The staff is very helpful and I must spend a praise for the food: both breakfast and room service were excellent. The area around the hotel is not the cleanest and more attractive in Athens…. We managed to find our way to the centre avoiding the roughest parts and all was good. Taxi is recommended at night though.

• Michał (7/5): - The hotel is situated within walking distance of a city centre and close to metro station. The staff was helpful and available 24 hours (great ladies at front desk). The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special for a 4 star hotel. They have just opened the hotel gym, so it is a great addition. The hotel was doing construction works during my stay, and the rooms and not soundproof, so you could hear everything, especially when they were doing it right in front of my door. They started some days before 8 a.m. which is unacceptable. Also because of that the corridors were dirty as you can see in the photos. Also you can hear all the traffic from the streets. It would be nice to add a soap holder since you are choosing a bar instead of liquid one. The drain in my shower was not working properly, and the water was overflowing to the bathroom floor, after 2 days they fixed it and it was ok. But also some days there were unpleasant smells coming from the wash basin and shower drain. About the breakfast, you could maybe add some more bread and tea options, also the cold meat was horrible and the fruit would be nice fresh instead of the ones from can in syrup. And one more con is that you can control the air conditioning in your room, you have to call the front desk so that they reset it for you, which is ridiculous. Basically it was either too hot or too cold, so I ask to switch it off.

• Michala (9/5): - I cannot really comment in detail, as I booked this stay for my parents and did not stay there personally. However, my parents were satisfied and did not mention any major complaints, apart from the roadworks and reconstruction taking place right in front of the hotel. Of course, that is not the hotel’s fault. The staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful.

Após solicitação na receção, as mesmas foram entregues no quarto; contudo, a forma como a situação foi tratada revelou pouca simpatia, como se se tratasse de um favor e não da correção de um lapso do hotel. Acresce que não foi apresentado qualquer pedido de desculpas pelo sucedido.

Dodatkowo brakowało oznaczeń potraw, więc trudno było rozpoznać co dokładnie jest do wybrania.

• Tomáš (8/5): Brand new hotel, but with downsides - This hotel is brand new and we totally did not expect this level of comfort and cosy room experience. The bed was comfy and we also had a little balcony on 7th floor. There was a wine and little treats waiting for us in room. Also a super quality cosmetic and bathroom stuff was included, most of that better than in some 5* hotels. Unfortunately room experience excitement came to an end at 8:01 the other day when a very loud construction works on a hotels top floors started and it did not stopped until we left. We arrived at hotel at 1:30am, so we wanted to sleep a bit longer, but it was just not possible and the sounds of jackhammers were just all over our room (the video proof is available on my google review). Breakfast was also a big disappointment. Small variety of food, nothing signature Greek just a few eggs, fruits and veggies. Many of buffet tables were empty even though because of construction works we came earlier. Breakfast staff was also very loud and rude, taking dirty dishes to breakfast cart and just slamming them there. Breakfast was just a chaotic experience, you just don’t want to start your day like that. It should be calm and enjoyable. Because of this morning experience I cannot give the hotel full points at all, even though I was very excited about it when we arrived.

• Elisa (5/5): It’s like a nice Holiday Inn with 18 year olds roaming the halls drunk every night. - Clean, decent location but need to walk a few km to get anywhere as a tourist and some staff were very helpful. They have a problem with young tourists and partygoers in the middle of the night (11pm-3am). The door slam shut, the rooms and balcony door vibrates and the night staff seem unable to control their disrespectful clients. After attempting to ask the guests to not yell in the hallway, that I’m trying to sleep, I proceeded calling the front desk ….3 nights in a row! The last night I was offered me another room on the top floor that was much quieter. Instead of dealing with the problem clients, I had to get dressed at half past midnight, pack up everything bring it to the lobby and get my new room key. There were some good points and some kind staff but when you can’t sleep for several nights in a row, they become irrelevant.

• CRISTINA (10/5): - Personal de recepción extra agradable y atento. Nuestro avión llegaba a la cuidad muy temprano. Nos dirigimos al hotel para sejar nuestro equipaje y poder caminar por la ciudad y la sorpresa fue que nos hicierln el checkin, permitiendonos acceder a la habitación con muchísima antelación. Además nos dejaron hacer uso del desayuno. Maravilloso detalle! Agua y botella de vino de bienvenida. Habitación amplia y moderna. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Zona céntrica que permite visitas de puntos de interés caminando. Metro a 2 minutos con buena comunicación con el aeropuerto (9 € ticket de metro de ida) Recomiendo encarecidamente.

• Mary Gaitani (9/5): - Βρίσκεται σε πολυ κσλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε μετρό, αλλά και με τα πόδια μετακινείσαι στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Το πρωινό είχε μεν τα βασικά, ήταν όμως όλα πολύ νόστιμα. Το δωμάτιο και γενικά το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ιδανικά θα θελαμε να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερα.

• Sylwia (9/5): Great hotel - The hotel is great — the facilities feel new and the room was very clean. You have everything you need for a short stay in Athens. The location is excellent as well: just a three‑minute walk to the metro station, which connects you easily to the Acropolis, the seaside, and even the airport. Breakfast was okay, but the food was cold. The only real downside of this hotel is the surrounding area — there’s a run-down building right next to it and roadworks directly in front. I believe this is temporary, though.
