• Werner (7/5): Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, ist sauber und gut bewirtschaftet. - Die Lage des Hotels zum Skilift war sehr gut. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und ausreichend, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend, ist aber eine externe Cateringfirma. Die Parkplatzsituation rund ums Hotel ist sehr schlecht. Die Parkplätze werden von einer externen Firma verwaltet und das Buchen ist extrem kompliziert. Wenn man ein Problem hat, hat man keine Ansprechpartner! Der Aussenparkplatz voller Eis und Schnee kostet pro Tag CHF 25.00, 50 Meter neben dem Hotel hat es ein öffentliches Parkhaus für CHF 18.00 pro Tag.

• Barbara (10/5): Loved it - Super location - right by inner arosa ski lift!! You almost ski into the hotel on the way back. And the lifts are less than a 3 min walk. Fantastic! Stay in an iconic hotel, made to seem like the movie grand hotel Budapest. They have a pool table, movie room, free coffee and tea with a kettle available. The AROSE bar is also open in the hotel for cocktails. Loads of board games and cards to choose from. Really fun. Rooms are slightly old fashioned but perfectly maintained, in excellent condition, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend :) We liked everything. We were worried about no reception, but everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

The hotel is also really big and extremely clean. Extra plus points goes to it being a 1min walk from the Schweizer Innerarosa Skischule. Pillow were really flat and uncomfortable :(

Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus Einchecken und Zugangsmöglichkeit anfangs kompliziert, zuviele Infos auf zu vielen Kanälen (email, Whatsapp, SMS). Parken VIEL zu teuer, CHF 25.- pro Tag für Aussenplatz! Habe daher 4 Tage für total CHF 15.- auf Langzeitparkplatz von Arosa geparkt. Dank der guten Lage brauchts das Auto vor Ort nicht.

• Denise (8/5): Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in Skilift Nähe - Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer der Talstationen Arosas, die Lifte sind somit fussläufig erreichbar. Im Hotel gibt es kein Personal, wenn es allerdings Fragen gibt kann man sich mit dem Online Concierge mittels QR Code über WhatsApp unterhalten. Gab - er Online Concierge - hat mir da bei Fragen wunderbar weiterhelfen können. Man bekommt innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und bis zum Schluss wird das Buffet aufgefüllt. Das Hotel an sich hat viele tolle Angebote wie Billardtisch, gemütliche Lounges mit Brettspielen gratis Kaffee/Tee, einen Kinoraum etc Der Check-In Prozess ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, allerdings wird man mittels Emails und WhatsApp Nachrichten sehr gut informiert. Das Hotel ist nur durch einen Zahlencode zugänglich, diesen erhält man vorab zugeschickt. Diesen Code muss man sich merken wenn man nicht jedes Mal das Handy rausnehmen möchte um ihn nachzulesen. Dies ist etwas umständlich aber an sich nicht tragisch.

Beim Frühstück war sehr fein,es hatte von Allem etwas +das Japanische Abendessen war wircklich gut👌😍Perfekte Lage zum Skigebiet, einfach top, vorallem mit Kinder👌😍! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit+freundlich👌😍! Würde es sofort wieder buchen aber es wird ja abgerissen... Der Preis ist ein wenig zu hoch aber in Arosa findet man spontan nicht's mehr günstigeres! Ausser Herbergen mit Gemeinschaftsbad! Darum ist es sehr schade,dass so wenige Hotels in Arosa gibt,die sich die wenig Verdiener noch leisten können.

• Evelyn (8/5): - Saubere, gepflegte Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, und in bester Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und abwechslungsreich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Klavier und verschiedenen Spielen sowie einer Kaffeebar zur Selbstbedienung. Auch das Restaurant OVIO ist sehr zu empfehlen – leckere Speisen und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ein früherer Check-in war möglich. Leider wurde der Zugangscode nie zugestellt. Dieser wurde aber fairerweise auch nicht verrechnet. Die Kommunikation erfolgt grösstenteils über KI. Erst nach längerer Zeit und mehreren WhatsApp hat sich ein Mitarbeiter persönlich eingeschaltet. Das empfanden wir als sehr mühsam bei der Anreise.

• Markus (2/5): Nur als allerletzte Notlösung zu empfehlen! - Die Lage ist gut! Der Skiraum ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist soweit ok (die 7 Min-Eier einmal total flüssig oder anderntags ganz hart). Umständliches Check-In mit zu vielen Mails und unterschiedlichen Codes (1 QR Code für alles auf dem Handy wäre einfacher). Mini-Zimmer mit kleinstem Eckfenster ohne Aussicht. Weder ein Trinkglas noch ein Zahnglas im Badezimmer vorhanden. Im Foyer ist es kühl und zu windig zum längeren Warten oder Sitzen. Das Hotel hat gar nichts mit irgendwelcher Gastlichkeit zu tun. Es ist lediglich besser, als unter der Brücke zu schlafen.

• Rupert (10/5): Toller Skiurlaub in Hotel mit historischen Räumlichkeiten. - Sehr schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage, grosszügige stilvolle Lobby und historische Allgemein-Räumlichkeiten, inkl. Billard-Raum, Kinoraum und 2 Bars. Mein Zimmer hatte fantastische Aussicht auf Weisshorn, inkl. Skilifte und Pisten. Sehr ruhig und sauber. An einem Tag gab es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck und der Heizung. Ein Gast aus Chur hat mir erzählt, das historische Haus würde angeblich abgerissen und einem neuen Luxushotel weichen - das wäre jammerschade!

• Alexandra (7/5): Schlechter Start - toller Finish! - Nach dem schlechten Start hat uns Rose vom Housekeeping via Chat SUPER unterstützt. Wir erhielten innerhalb von einer halben Stunde ein Zimmer-Upgrade und sie war sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel selbst ist ein spezielles Erlebnis! Doch ob das Konzept ohne Ansprechpersonen vor Ort wirklich "funktioniert", wage ich zu bezweifeln. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war es ok -ich glaube, längere Ferien werde ich jedoch auch künftig an einem Ort verbringen, an welchem ich die persönliche Gastfreundschaft von Menschen erleben darf. Miserabler Start... nachdem wir den sehr mühsamen Self Check-In Prozess gemeistert haben, betraten wir die gebuchten Zimmer und beide waren nicht geputzt und es lag Müll herum.... dies haben wir so nicht akzeptieren können.

• Emmanouil (9/5): Great for ski vacation - It’s spacious. Next to ski lifts and bus stop. Bar/restaurant at the entrance is good. They offer gluten free bread and there are other natural gluten free options at the breakfast. For dinner they adopted dishes to be gluten free and they were knowledgeable of celiac disease. Great value for money. The premises and room feels a bit old but everything is fine. It’s due to this (and absence of reception) that price is not very high and is a good value for money.
• elisa (8/5): Mai stata in un albergo senza personale - colazione perfetta. vicinanza alle piste e al centro. albergo pulito bello spazioso organizzato per bene. wi fi non funzionante correttamente. grande difficoltà a risolvete il problema della chiave e della wifi, tanta fatica a chiattare, spreco del mio tempo. ci vorrebbe almeno una persona per risolvere le difficoltà. se invece va tutto bene questa struttura senza personale ha la sua logica e va bene.
