• Gabriele (4/5): - Every single night (for 4 nights in a row) I found gecko shit on my bed. I reported this issue to the staff every evening, but nothing was actually resolved. The only thing they did was change the bedsheets, which does not fix the root of the problem. It was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic to deal with this every day, especially when no real action was taken to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, communication was very difficult, as the staff did not speak English, so it was hard to properly explain the situation or get any meaningful response. Overall, I feel that my complaints were not taken seriously, and the issue was ignored for the entire duration of my stay.

• Mariyam Suhana (10/5): - Wonderful stay at Hidden Den Villa. It’s literally hidden, so it was hard to get grab bikes at times. Takes around 20mins to reach any shops or cafe’s which are in the city centre. If you want a quiet stay, it’s perfect. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The shower area is a bit small. Do take a filter with you as the water quality wasn’t too good. They provide filtered water dispenser, so it was very easy. The lockbox had problems, so we couldn’t use it. During the day if it’s really sunny outside, if you want to take a nap, it’s very hot inside the villa. But the hotel did provide us with a standing fan which was helpful.

• PAVLOS (1/5): WASTE OF MONEY .. BIGGEST SCAM - Totally not worth Totally scam hotel . You pay for private villa and all you get is a room that you can be seen from anyone . Waste of money . Trash at the pool . fake images , TOTTALY NOT A PRIVATE POOL and also the size of the pool is for laughing . At the end of the pool there is so much space that anyone can come by . Workers of the Hotel tresspassed our staying and it was normally . You even couldn't get chill inside the room because there were no curtains and you could be seen from anyone passing by . If we knew it sooner or if your photos were real we certainly wouldn't book to your hotel .

Strong and smooth water supply, surrounded by nature quite friendly helpful staff. clean and new condition - with smart TV easy to navigate. drinking water supply provided with water dispenser. Will definitely come back !! secluded location not much nearby, for sure need own transport. make sure prepare bring along food supply to play some cooking in the cottage.

• Grace (10/5): Peaceful oasis away from tourist crowds - The bed was the most comfortable bed i’ve slept in while traveling! The location is away from the crowds and traffic in Ubud so you do have to drive or bike. It was a very serene and relaxing escape in the jungle. The pool was also amazing and needed after long days spent exploring!! The staff were so kind, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

• Ruben (6/5): Prima omdat het net nieuw (1 jaar) is - Wij hadden een mooie deal (75% korting) op deze schattige villa’s net buiten Ubud. De huisjes zien er superleuk uit en je bent met 20 min op de scooter in Ubud. Personeel en security goed geregeld. Airco’s werken Wij verbleven hier 5 nachten, maar zouden 2 of 3 maximum aanraden. Je hebt veel last van geluid; muziek in het dorp, beestjes onder de grond en gasten in andere villa’s. De eerste nacht ging zelfs het alarm van de voordeur 3x af. 1 dag hadden wij Housekeeping overgeslagen, maar ze klopten alsnog om 09.00 uur op onze deur. de volgende dag liep er een mierenkolonie over onze wc bril. De douche blijft niet lang genoeg warm om achter elkaar te douchen en die van ons lekte. Zwembad buiten is ook meer een dompelbad dan een zwembad voor jezelf.
