• Marcin (2/5): Not recommend - Good location We couldn't enter the apartment on 2nd night bcs the entrance door chip was not working, we got the anwser that they cannot do anything about it and that we have to wait for somebody else to come out from the building. Before check in I had to request the code so many times before they provided one. Also upon arrival there were things missing from apartment like a stove and it was dirty - hair and socks left after previous guests. We wanted to request money back and move to some other apartment but it was impossible.

Cigarettes et bière poses sur notre fenêtre. Nous avons dû dire plusieurs fois pour le bruit. Ce logement était trop proche de notre fenêtre

Nous avons dû nous reloger à nos frais, un dépôt de plainte a été fait pour les objets volés et à ce séjour 2 mois après nous n’avons aucun retour. A notre arrivé juste après le cambriolage les propriétaires du logement était déjà sur place à réparer la porte …
• Timea (4/5): - Közel volt mindenhez. A bejutás valami borzalmas volt, későn küldték el a kódokat. A ládákba nem volt kulcs. Kódot változtattak anélkül, hogy szóltak volna. Nagyon sok probléma volt, amire nem vágyik az ember, ha kikapcsolódni megy.

A szobámhoz nem küldték el a kódot, szóval úgy kellett utána érdeklődnöm az ügyfélszolgálaton amikor megpróbáltam bejutni, egyébként nagyon kedves volt a srác aki fogadta a hívást és nagyon segítőkész volt köszönöm innen neki még egyszer. A tv török nyelven volt. Másra tényleg semmi panaszunk nem lehet, minden csodás volt.

• Hadnagy (10/5): - Guest was really friendly, they managed to help with the check-in and I got in really fast. Accommodation is cute. Apartment is not a large one but the design compensate for that.
• VASILEIOS (5/5): Επαρκές - Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν σε ωραία τοποθεσία και το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο . Ο υπεύθυνος πολύ φιλικός και καλός άνθρωπος έτοιμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι του ζητήσαμε. Επίσης πολύ σημαντικό η διάθεση αποθήκευσης αποσκευών Μόλις φτάσατε το διαμέρισμα ήταν γεμάτο τρίχες σκόνες και κατάλοιπα από άλλες διαμονές,ενημερώσαμε και ήρθαν δύο καθαρίστριες και τα ψιλό καθάρισαν ,το νερό στο μπάνιο ρυθμιζόταν πολύ δύσκολα και έκανες ειτε με βραστό νερό είτε με χλιαρό ,(το απλό ζεστό ήταν πολύ δυσκολο να το ρυθμίσεις ), το διαμέρισμα έχει διαφορά θερμοκρασίας στον όροφο που βρίσκεται το κρεβάτι και στον κάτω ,οι κουρτίνες δεν κάλυπταν όλο το παράθυρο και το πρωί έμπαινε λίγο φως , στο μπάνιο τα πιαστρακια για τις πετσέτες ήταν κολλημένα με κόλλα και έπεφταν με πολύ λίγο βάρος , το φωτιστικό δίπλα στο κρεβάτι είχε βγει από τον τοίχο και κανονικά δίνουν μόνο μια πετσέτα ανά άτομο κάτι που σε εμάς ευτυχώς επειδή και θα καθόμασταν πολλές μέρες και επειδή θέλαμε για τα μαλλιά μας παρείχαν ακόμα μια ανά άτομο . Τέλος τόσο στο τσεκ ιν όσο και στο τσεκ αουτ φάγαμε πολύ ώρα με τον αυτόματο που απαντάει στα μηνύματα μας δίνοντας μας πάνω από 5-6 λάθος κωδικούς

• Elettra (7/5): - è posizionata davvero bene con tram vicino e tutto il resto tra ristornati e deposito bagagli il bagno ha un odore di fogna importante che non se ne va e la luce led del bagno non funzionava e a differenza delle foto non c’è un divano che farebbe anche da divano letto e mi aspettavo io bagno più grande come anche la stanza
• Casa Ale (3/5): - la posizione è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e bus aeroporto, vicino sinagoga e con ulteriori 5/10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fashion street e mercatini natalizi abbiamo riscontrato problemi con l'accesso, cambio codici e appartamento non ben individuabile, abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di due ore per il check-in in quanto la stanza non era pronta. si tratta di una casa al primo piano di un palazzo con altre stanze, dove lungo il corridoio è presente un fastidioso scalino. mancanza di stoviglie per il piano induzione, non presente bidet e asciugamano bidet, , camera semplice e spartana con arredi nuovi. il letto era in un soppalco raggiungibile da una scala stretta.

Le condizioni igieniche lasciano un po’ a desiderare e gli asciugamani sono spesso maleodoranti perché asciugati male. Il sistema di accesso a codice ci ha lasciato fuori per almeno 30 minuti, perché tutti i codici erano sbagliati. Con non è piacevolissimo quando fuori ci sono 2°.
• Soraya (1/5): Serious Safety Breach – Unauthorised Entry Into My Room as a Solo Female Traveller!! - I am a female solo traveller, and my experience at this accommodation involved a serious breach of personal safety that cannot be overlooked. While I was still checked in, an unauthorised person entered my apartment without my consent. This alone is unacceptable. I was later told this was due to an internal mistake, but given the circumstances, there was no way for me to independently verify who entered my room or why. This incident did not occur in isolation. Throughout my stay, access control was extremely disorganised. I was given multiple and conflicting access codes for the building and the apartment, several of which did not work. On one occasion, I was unable to enter the building at all and had to rely on other guests letting me in from the street. Staff themselves were unsure which door or code applied. Taken together, this represents a systemic failure of access control and guest security, not a single human error. For a solo female guest, this situation was deeply distressing and left me feeling unsafe in my own accommodation. I reported the incident promptly and escalated it through Booking.com. Despite clear evidence of unauthorised entry and security failures, Booking.com declined to intervene or offer any form of protection or compensation, leaving the matter entirely in the hands of the accommodation. The location may be good, but safety and secure access are fundamental. Until proper access management and guest security procedures are implemented, I cannot recommend this property—especially to solo travellers.
• Konstantinos (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend - It was clean. New renovated apartment. We stayed 4 days and 3 of those days we had problems with door codes which leds us to wait 30-60 min outside of the room until we get in touch with someone in the contact line. It’s not easy to find someone on the phone. We met two more persons from other apartments and had the same issue. Second, for 4 days they left us 2 towels for the body and one for the shower floor, not even one for the hands. They need more experience in hosting guests.
• Stephanie (1/5): Don’t. - When I arrived. I was given the wrong location. I wasn’t sent the proper instructions. What instructions I had weren’t accurate. I have a 3 hour WhatsApp chat with whomever was on the other end. I only got in because because someone else heard me trying to get in. 3 other people were in the same boat as I was. When I did get in, the place wasn’t cleaned. It was a nightmare at almost 10 pm. The next day the housecleaners were banging on a door of a tenant they couldn’t get to leave. The housekeeper was pregnant and trying to get money from me. I left and went to a hotel. Felt like a setup. Don’t stay here.

• Jana (5/5): There are better options than this one for the same price. - Bed was comfortable and the location was good. The staff were helpful, and whenever we had a problem, they resolved it in a short time. It is really small apartment, we had barrely any space to put our suitcases, also it was not clean as we expected, we found gummy bears under the table.The procces of entering the apartmen was a bit difficult.

• Cathrin (9/5): Schönes kleines Apartment mit kleineren Mängeln- aber Empfehlenswert - Super Lage. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Leider gab es nur oben eine Garderobe- gerade bei dem Regen Wetter wäre es doch unten im Flur schöner gewesen. Schön ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer lagen leider ein paar schwarze Haare… Der Check in mit 20 Schlössern an der Tür war etwas schwierig da wir jedes Schloss ausprobieren mussten- bis wir das richtige hatten. Gerade bei under Ankunft spät abends und im völligen Regen eher sub optimal.

• RAMON (6/5): Bien situado y práctico si sólo vas a dormir. - Está bastante bien ubicado, a una media hora de casi todo, situado en el barrio judío que es una zona con bastante ambiente. El apartamento no se corresponde con lo que ves en las fotos de booking, demasiado estrecho y no tiene una cocina al uso, y ni una cafetera para hacerte un café para desayunar.

• Matea (1/5): - Only the location, it's close to everything. The apartment dirty, table was not wiped clean was neither the bathroom. We asked about our room and we were shown diffrent pictures, we at the end got a very small apartment very diffrent to the one we were shown and promised thru whatsapp. The parking is very hard to find and it costs around 20-30 euros a day Bad room service almost non-existant, only 2 paper rolls, and 3 towels. All together the worst experience we have ever had thru booking.

• Ema (6/5): Až na problémy s kľúčami, sme si pobyt užili - Ubytovanie bolo pekné, čisté a vo fajn lokalite Komunikácia s ubytovaním bola hrozná. Nechali nás čakať 2 hodiny na ulici. Neposlali nám kód k odomknutiu boxu na kľúče. Keď sa nám s nimi podarilo spojiť a konečne nám poslali kód, box bol prázdny. Museli sme čakať hodinu, kým nám priniesli kľúče. 2 dievčatá sme čakali v tme a po daždi na ulici.
