- Karim (1/5): Being Cheated - My like was the BAD Experience from the Haura owner. There was nothing to like about. SCAM. Be careful booking online, once booked and paid room rates online and confirmed booking. The owner will tell that no rooms available and tell you cancel your booking, as the owner had taken offline bookings by their own. And tells a refund will be paid BUT never arrived. Firstly I did not stay at Haura Guest House and was not allowed to stay on my booking date 21-22 April 2025 by the owner saying there were no room available on this dates as the owner had taken their own offline bookings reservation. The owner told and promised that they will refund my room paid room rate which I paid thru Booking.Com on the 6th May 2025. However, till today (15th May 2025) the owner did not refund my money which the owner cancelled by hotel booking. Caution and advice for other booking online at Haura Guest House in Kejajar.
