• Ille (8/5): It is good stay with value of the money - It was simple & we had all needed things in the apartament. Water pressure in the toilet is weak. Apartament needs small renavations & also better cleaning. Located in the 3rd floor without elevator in the bulding.

• Daniel (3/5): The host should really update the photos to reflect the current condition of the apartment, as this only leads to disapp - It has three rooms with double beds. The apartment technically had everything as described, but the overall condition was very disappointing. It felt old, worn out, and did not match the photos at all. The pictures give a much nicer impression than reality, which is misleading and sets the wrong expectations. There was also a strong musty smell throughout the apartment, which made the stay quite unpleasant. I honestly do not understand how this place has a rating of 8.4. The host should really update the photos to reflect the current condition of the apartment, as this only leads to disappointment for guests.

• Agata (9/5): Podobało nam się :) - Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Blisko przystanek autobusowy, sklepy i restauracje. Mieszkanie stare ale odświeżone. Najsłabsza wizualnie była łazienka - ale było czysto. W pasażu niedaleko mieszkania był pub z muzyką na żywo, nam się podobało - ale w nocy było bardzo głośno.
• Henning (4/5): - Unterkunft an sich ist in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind leider nicht besonders gut. Sehr alt und dreckig. Die Unterkunft befindet sich über einer Bar. Das bedeutet, dass dort am Wochenende Livemusik stattfindet, welche bis 2:00 Uhr nachts zu hören ist und schlaf deswegen schwer möglich ist. Hinzu kommen die schlechten Sanitäranlagen.

• Sandner (6/5): - The flat was comfortable, well located and there were many shops in the surrounding area. For young people looking to party, it's great. They should clean better and improve the kitchen equipment. The bathroom is old and dirty. For families with children, it is a bit noisy at weekends, with many parties going on around.
• Eva (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación es excelente. A 5 min de Victoria. Con muchos servicios (pubs, restaurantes y supermercados). Todo muy limpio. Calidad de wifi impecable. Con el ánimo de que la crítica sea constructiva: Faltan paños de cocina, estropajos... para desenvolverse en la cocina. La encimera de la cocina está deteriorada por la humedad. Se echan de menos persianas que tapen la luz para descansar mejor. Los colchones también se podrían mejorar, así como los sofás-cama del salón. Esos sí son muy incómodos.

• John (8/5): The three of us who stayed in the three bedroom flat all thought it was a good place to stay. - The property was very functional and claen. We liked the design of kitchen and lounge/dining room on the ground floor plus the three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Everything worked well and we appreciated the teabags and other handy items left in the kitchen. Location near busy Clapham Junction station was convenient. The pub downstairs was noisy on weekend nights. A second set of keys would have been handy.
• Thomas (7/5): Value Accommodation in Lively Clapham - Excellent location for Clapham Junction, with good cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. 30-40 minutes to central London & Kings Cross Station. Comfortable communal living area. Although we didn't use it much, the kitchen is good sized and well equipped for cooking meals. Price was notably cheaper than many other properties in the area. Responsive hosts. The toilet and bathroom are dated and would benefit from refurbishment. The water pressure in the shower was variable and often a slow trickle - useable but could be improved. The flat is located above a row of shops and bars. We stayed over August Bank Holiday weekend and the bar had live music and DJs until 2am each night which made it difficult to sleep - however no fault of the property and may be different during less busy times of year.
