- Sotoodeh (3/5): Overall this place has potential to be great if they fix the plumbing and the cleaning crew. The location is great, and - I really liked the friendly staff. They were fast to respond and solve the problems. There is water/plumbing problem in the overall system of the building, we faced bathroom leaks, and ac flood. Toilet didn’t flush. Overall it wasn’t an easy smooth stay.The bathrooms were not clean. It was much better after the first two days when they fixed the new room

- Giorgia (9/5): Piccolo ma bello - Bellissimo arredamento della stanza, letto comodissimo, posizione, parcheggio custodito, bella piscina, pulizia, terrazzino. La camera è piccolina, quindi con due valigie grandi diventa un po’ complicato. Ma per brevi soggiorni è perfetto. Avevo chiesto la possibilità di un check-in anticipato di mezz’ora (avevo una visita guidata prenotata): mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere ma non mi hanno detto nulla. Quando siamo entrati non c’era l’elettricità ed è stato un po’ complicato mettersi in contatto con il il gestore dell’alloggio. Avrei apprezzato un po’ di disponibilità in più.

- Kim (1/5): Major issues with electricity and misleading information - This property operates more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel, but this was not clearly stated. There is no proper check-in system, and all communication is done through messages with multiple people responding, which caused constant confusion. During what was supposed to be my vacation, I had to message them almost every morning to deal with problems. The electricity went out several times a day for multiple days. Because of this, the internet stopped working, the air conditioning shut off, and the refrigerator stopped working as well. The food I had purchased spoiled and had to be thrown away. Before booking, I specifically asked if laundry was available and was told there was a washing machine and that I just needed to bring coins. However, after I arrived, I was suddenly told that laundry was not available and that I should go elsewhere to do it. Housekeeping was only available once during my 8-day stay. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, additional towels were refused, and when I asked for trash bags they forgot to bring them. I was also asked to take the garbage out myself. Many basic requests seemed to come with additional charges. There was also construction next door, which made the stay very noisy. Overall, the communication, service, and value for money were very disappointing. For this price, there are many better condos, Airbnbs, and hotels nearby. I would strongly recommend looking for other accommodations.
- Jayashree (9/5): Ideal spot for a long relaxing stay for someone who wants to swim, workout, make their own meals - I was there to work remotely and the property was good for that. Strong wi-fi, comfortable room with some cooking ingredients already provided, a good gym and pool, hammocks, and pool side seating. Very sweet staff. Slightly slow-draining shower and the toilet space in the bathroom was a little tight (and I'm a very small person). My room was on the outside on the ground floor and the balcony directly abutted the sidewalk, which was not ideal.

- Eleonora (7/5): - Struttura molto bella con 2 piscine, bei spazi comuni. Presente anche la lavanderia. Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato. L'host ha sempre risposto veloce alle nostre domande o richieste. All’arrivo abbiamo compreso che l’appartamento non è gestito direttamente dall’hotel ma da un host esterno, quindi per qualsiasi necessità è stato necessario contattare l’host e non la reception. Purtroppo ci sono stati piccoli disagi che ci hanno obbligato a scrivere spesso all'host, e questo non è ciò che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello! Ad esempio: mancavano alcuni asciugamani, era presente solo un rotolo di carta igienica, non c’erano sacchetti di ricambio per la spazzatura e non ci era stato nemmeno spiegato dove lasciare i rifiuti se avessimo voluto gettarli via (dato che in Messico la carta igienica non si può buttare nello scarico, è molto probabile che sia necessario smaltire i rifiuti più frequentemente). Avevamo richiesto informazioni su noleggio motorini e su Tulum e ci era stato detto che saremmo stati contattati da un persona del posto, ma non è mai successo e ci siamo organizzati da soli. Anche per il check-out non sapevamo dove riconsegnare le chiavi e abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Infine, per l’ultimo giorno ci era stato detto dall'host che non era previsto il deposito bagagli ma che potevamo lasciarli negli spazi comuni, in realtà chiedendo direttamente alla reception siamo riusciti a lasciarli nella stanza che usano come deposito. Si può senz'altro migliorare con molte accortezze in più.

- Maiori (10/5): Confort total - Es re cómodo, chico, pero práctico y lindo! súper iluminado, te dan repelente y hasta crema corporal para después del sol. Estaba limpio y era moderno. Las instalaciones del edificio son hermosas y amplias. Las fotos sí describen lo que es! GRACIAS ! Como eran fechas festivas nos entregaron una hora tarde el departamento, pidiendo disculpas pero después cuando demoramos 10 min en entregarlo nosotras, tuvimos al chico esperando en la puerta, quizás tener la misma tolerancia que tuvimos nosotras. En cuanto al espacio estaba todo impecable menos el balcón que estaba con mucha tierra en el piso, todo lo demás perfecto.

- Misha (9/5): good value for money - compact apartment with all the necessary stuff, helpful reception and cool swimming pool unfortunately there were some renovation works in the neighbouring apartmnets which sometimes caused additional noise, elevator and laundry were out of service during my stay. Additionaly would be good to have some sweeping tools available in the apartment.

El lugar tranquilo La piscina es excelente Al llegar había café para preparar, te verde, jabón y shampoo y acondicionador de delicioso aroma., crema corporal, liquido antimosquito, todo eso pensado en el husesped, lo cual se agradece, es un plus.
