• Bjorn (9/5): Heerlijk! - Moderne en propere kamers, comfortabele bedden, heerlijk ontbijt dat elke dag wat varieert. Gym is niet gigantisch, maar had wel alles om goed te kunnen sporten. Ook echt een toplocatie. Midden in old town, vlakbij de populaire spots en resto’s en ook de metro. Je hebt een badmuts (€5) nodig in het zwembad en spa (sauna & hamma) zijn €12 per persoon per dag. Dus technisch gezien betaal je ook nog €5 per persoon om in het zwembad te mogen, als je geen badmuts hebt voorzien.

Our hotel is called Levni Istanbul Hotel Handwritten Collection with a different location address given (front entrance) compared to our booking. Upon request, we were told this hotel is marketed also under the name Levni Premium Hotel Istanbul Old City, but with a different location address (the back entrance). This is very confusing! Why are there 2 names for the same hotel on booking.com? Why has the real name of the hotel not be given to us before our arrival to avoid confusion at the checkin?

• Mario S. 79 (9/5): - Albergo pulito e molto comodo per visitare i siti storici a piedi, la metropolitana è prirpio sotto l'hotel mentre il tram (che collega la zona penisola storica alla zona di Galata e Taksim è a circa 400 metri. La nostra camera era quella con balcone vista città, un panorama davvero incredibile! Camere pulite, personale gentile. La struttura è composta in realtà da 2 hotel adiacenti che condividono spa e palestra, ciò può generare un po' di confusione.

Very comfortable, few minutes walk from anywhere you want to sightsee as a tourist. Genuinely, nothing. I suppose the hotel can always be cheaper, but I have zero negative things to say about this hotel
• Raed (7/5): Short and good - Location, Staff and breakfast. Guest relation Mr. Ahmed was supportive beside his colleagues. Cleaning might be better, stairs will be hard if you have heavy luggage so it’s suit light traveler. Rooms are small but fit.

• Olga (10/5): - Останавливались в этом отеле в конце декабря на Рождество. Отель понравился, небольшой, уютный. Нам достался номер с видом на город и кусочек мечети. В номере чисто, есть все необходимые принадлежности. Немного удивила стеклянная дверь в ванную комнату, но смотрелась она очень стильно. Завтраки хорошие, всё самое необходимое есть. Удобно, что есть выход на 2 разные улицы. Всё понравилось, особенно сервис и забота от персонала: всегда были радушные, готовые помочь и вежливые. Отдельная благодарность Baris и Efe! Замечаний нет.

Prima di tutto, nonostante avessi scelto una camera superior la camera era in un altro palazzo rispetto all’hotel, nel senso che letteralmente per andare alla reception o alla stanza colazione dovevamo uscire da un edificio ed entrare in un altro utilizzando un corridoio all’esterno - pioveva e ha anche nevicato, quindi dover mettersi il cappotto per andare a fare colazione o attraversare l’hotel e qualcosa che non ho mai visto e non è accettabile per quei prezzi!! La seconda sera è saltata l’elettricità per più di 6 ore, dalle 18.00 alle 23.00, noi eravamo appena rientrati in hotel dopo una giornata fuori e non essendoci corrente non è stato possibile fare la doccia, guardare la tv, usare il Wi-Fi, accendere luce e soprattutto riscaldarsi dato che anche il riscaldamento dipendeva dall’elettricità, ed essendoci -1 grado siamo stati costretti ad uscire dall’hotel e andare in un locale perché in camera faceva troppo freddo - totalmente inaccettabile Ho chiesto un piccolo rimborso all’hotel dal momento che c’era stato il disservizio dell’elettricità per un quarto di un giorno e per il fatto che la camera non soddisfaceva standard di un 4* e non hanno dato nessun rimborso parziale. Anche questo è un stato un lato molto negativo - al di là della camera in un altro palazzo ma il fatto di non avere servizi per tante ore e non rimborsare il cliente è stato di poca classe. Non ci tornerei assolutamente e non lo consiglierei a nessuno

• Maitham (1/5): لن أعيد تجربة السكن في هذا الفندق - القرب من مركز المدينة تم حجز غرفة بمساحة22 م مربع، ولكن تم وضعنا في غرفة اصغر مساحة من ذلك وكأنها مخصصة لشخص واحد فقط، وعند الحديث مع موظف الاستقبال أخبرنا بأن الفندق ممتلئ ولا يمكن تبديل الغرفه.. علماً بأن الغرفة المعطاه برقم 1401 كان موقعها جداً سيء بحيث انها تقع في الدور الارضي مما أدى إلى دخول القطط للغرفة عند احتياجنا لفتح النافذة نظراً لحرارة المكيف المرتفعه، وللأسف احدى القطط قامت بالتبول على حقيبتنا ومافيها من اغراض وملابس.. أرجو اتخاذ اللازم وتعويضنا عن الضرر الحاصل.

• Cerise (7/5): Très bel hôtel mais pas de chauffage pas notre chambre - Très bel hôtel ! nous avons eu un problème de chauffage dans notre chambre qui a été réglé à moitié puisque nous avons eu froid les 3 dernières nuits ! il y a eu une coupure de courant le dernier jour, et nous n’avons pas eu un message d’excuse étant donné que la coupure a duré près de 2h.

• Tobias (6/5): Gute Lage… aber naja - Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das haben wir selten erlebt. Die Lage ist super. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es mehrere Kaffees, Imbissbuden und Restaurants. Auch sind die kulturellen Mittelpunkte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Gute, aber kleine Wellness-Ecke mit nur 4/5 Liegen, die leider im er belegt waren. Leider haben wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer erhalten. Wir konnten nicht mal aneinder vorbeilaufen und überall waren Kanten und Ecken. Der Ausstieg aus der Dusche war sehr eng und durch die Kanten vom Waschtisch blockiert. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten sowohl die Geräusche aus der Lobby als auch die Gespräche aus dem Nchbarzimmer sehr deutlich hören (schönen Gruß an die drei Italliener die sich lautstark um 2 Uhr nachts unterhalten ;)). Wir haben ein Stadtblick gebucht und einen Innenhof erhalten. Glastür zum Badezimmer…. Die Matratze war komplett ausgelegen und beim Thema Sauberkeit/Verarbeitung, darf man auch nicht so in die Ecken gucken. Auch wurden wir am 1. Januar morgens um 7:30 durch lautstarke Arbeitsgeräusche von dem Zimmer über uns geweckt. Da wurde geklopft und irgendwas gekratzt… irgendwo hört das Verständnis leider auf. Das Hotel mag die Sterne Kriterien erfüllen, weil alles vorhanden ist, aber leider haben wir uns hier nicht so wohl gefühlt.

Top notch front desk team. Hotel room is clean, modern and daily housekeeping available. Hotel areas are safe .

• Samantha_O (10/5): Beautiful and welcoming hotel in the heart of the old town - The hotel has a fantastic location in the old town, near all of the main sights but also close by to delicious restaurants, corner stores, baklava shops. The walk to Galata bridge was pleasant. It's a great place to stay for a couple looking to relax and explore Istanbul. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us, they made us want to return as soon as possible! The spa was clean and we regret not spending more time there. There was nothing that could be improved in our opinion. There are two Levni hotels next door to one another so you need to cross over to get to the spa - it didn't bother us but I realise sometimes people might care.
