- Shree Kalivijey (9/5): AWESOME HOLIDAY AS I ENJOY A LOT - THE ENVIRINMENT AND THE SHOPS ALL WAS VERY NEAR SO CALLED I DONT NEED TO DRIVE TO A SHOP AS ALL IN THE COMPOUND THE ROOM WAS BIT SMELLY AS THE ENVIRONMENT WAS WET SO THE FUNGUS SMELL WAS ALL IN...NEED TO BUY ROOM SPRAY BEFORE ENTERING...THE REST WAS AWESOME

- Stephanie (5/5): unit is clean overall. has extra table and chairs, worth the price paid - location was okay, its not the genting central (have to drive/take paid shuttle bus), but at least its on the mountain top, and that serves the purpose cuz we are there to escape the heat in the city bathtub plug is spoilt, we could not enjoy the bath, can only shower - plus point is the water pressure is good. the unit noise proof is poor - there is a pub on ground level, we were able to hear the beats and noise even on level 16

- Shahlini (7/5): - The property was well-maintained, ideal for families, and the view was truly stunning. The water heater needs urgent fixing. Since Genting’s climate is cold, having reliable hot water is especially important, particularly for the elderly. Unfortunately, even after following the instruction to turn on the heater 45 minutes before use, the water was still cold with no hot water at all.

- Li (9/5): Comfortable stay - Easy check in and check out process. Responsive host. Apartment is big and spacious. It has all the amenities. Generally clean unit. Comfortable beds and pillows are plus points for us. Location is not far from the main attractions. Shuttle buses are available. For improvements, please 1. Label all body wash / shampoo bottles 2. Provide more bath mats as the floor gets wet easily after each shower especially if guests stay longer. 3. Make sure the cutlery and tableware are washed thoroughly before the next guests stay.

- See (8/5): Very good - Staff is friendly, location is ok not far from Genting though quite foggy. Few restaurants, food stall and convenient shop near the tower we stay. Cleanliness of towel and futon bed should be improved, others are well.

We had an issue with the door lock when we came back at around 11:00 pm which took a while to resolve since the staff go off work at 10:00 pm.

- Vandana (10/5): Exceptional - We went with our parents and child. Everything was very well organized. Checkin and checkout process was also very easy. Kitchen had all the basic things due to which i could easily cook for my son. It is little far from main place.
