- Daniel (1/5): - Die Buchung wurde am Tag der Ankunft storniert, sodass kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft gefunden werden musste. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war ungenügend, die Mitteilung über die Stornierung erfolgte erst, nachdem ich mich nach dem Check-In Prozedere erkundigt habe. Auch wurde die Stornierung seitens des Anbieters erst auf Veranlassung des Kundenservices angestoßen.
