• Jutta Blühberger (9/5): My own space for a few days - Very clean and well equipped studio, with all that I needed. I really enjoyed having my own space. Good communication with the owner who was always ready to answer my questions. The RER station is 25 Minutes by foot or 15 minutes by bus. A Lidl is only 10 minutes away. The stairs were very challenging, especially for coming down. On the photo they seemed less steep. As other mentioned - the walls are thin and you can hear conversations and the television of the neighbours even in the middle of the night.

• David (9/5): Bon emplacement géographique pour des longs séjour à bon prix - Disponibilité de l'hote bienveillant, bon rapport qualité/prix, café thé à disposition, parking dans la rue (attention de ne rien laisser à l'intérieur de votre voiture), tv avec netflix, vaisselle suffisants sac poubelle plus grand, bouteille d'eau et un distributeur de savon/shampoing dans la douche seraient un plus et un étendoir pour le linge

• Bello Cadena (8/5): Acogedor con aspectos de mejora - Es muy lindo, las instalaciones son lindas y es relativamente cerca al RER Me parece muy feo que el dueño del Airbnb pida un monto por si uno rompe o daña algo, en Colombia no se usa PayPal y el señor solo recibía por este lado, usar PayPal para mi es malísimo porque perdí dinero en conversiones y comisiones, y el señor indicaba que si no se le pasaba el dinero no nos daba las llaves (a pesar de ya tener la reserva paga)

• Alexandre (8/5): Bien mais bémol sur l'attitude du loueur - L'établissement était confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Attitude du gérant qui vous demande 300€ de caution et qui vous retiens 10€ de frais de fonctionnement de la plate-forme PayPal alors qu'il est à l'origine de la demande de caution. Donc assumez vos charges lié au fonctionnement de votre établissement, c'est pas correct de le faire payer au locataire. Un magasin ne fait pas payer des frais de fonctionnement de carte bancaire du TPE a son client à ce que je sache... c'est du bon sens ..

• Diana (9/5): Schönes Studio, das alles bietet, was man auch für eine längeren Aufenthalt benötigt, aber eher auf eine Person ausgeleg - Alles war entsprechend der Beschreibung vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet in einer netten Gegend. Das Bad war schön groß. Wechseltücher und Bettwäsche waren für den gesamten Aufenthalt verfügbar, was wir sehr mochten, weil wir 9 Tage dort verbracht hatten. Wäsche trocknen und Bügeln konnte man problemlos ebenso wie kochen. Die Anbindung an den RER C, der einen in 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt war super praktisch, weil man Paris sehr gut besuchen kann, ohne umständliche Wege. Man muss allerdings ein Stück zu Fuß gehen bis zur Station. Die Treppe ist recht steil und eng, für große Menschen sehr umständlich zu benutzen, gerade wenn man nachts mal im Halbschlaf runter ins Bad muss. Die Waschmaschine hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch vor der Benutzung. Es gab nur eine Kleiderstange für Kleidung. Der Bewegungsmelder im Bad fürs Licht „sieht“ einen nicht, wenn man duscht, was etwas nervig, weil das Licht immer wieder ausgeht. Das Bett ist recht klein selbst für zwei schlanke Personen. Insgesamt war es recht eng, wenn sich zwei Personen irgendwo aufhalten wollten. Man stand sich fast immer im Weg, sowohl oben beim Bett, in der Küche oder im Essbereich.

• Nadezhda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, cosy and calm. Wi-Fi is fast and you can be sure in connection if you are staying for the work. Kitchen is well-equipped. You cab easy get to Paris and there 2 big shops close to the location. The host was very assisting, the hospitality and personality incredibly impressed me. I highly recommend this apartment for staying.
