• Manraj (7/5): Loved it. Bathroom could be in better shape, but location and comfort made up for it. - Location is amazing, nearby many great restaurants. The host was very responsive and friendly. I will note that host will reach out via WhatsApp with Check In Instructions, and likely will not reply via booking.com messages. Bathroom was quite unclean, moldy, overhead shower not spraying properly, and shower doors were not connected to the door hinge leaving a large gap. Bathroom lamps also were flickering constantly.

• Vejvoda (2/5): Unfortunately, the location was the only thing which replied the reality. Here are the issues we faced and overall look - Location Hello, I am writing you regarding my current experience with this accommodation. My motivation is of course to get a refund, BUT MAINLY to save other travelers from similar terrible experience like we have. I’ve chosen the apartment by the location, pictures and parameters presented on its page. Unfortunately, the location was the only thing which replied the reality. Here are the issues we faced and overall look to this place. Kitchen I should rather say “so-called” kitchen, as it was actually just a sink and the shelf in the narrow hallway. Apparently had all main equipment, but everything was so dirty (even washing sponge and water tap) that we didn’t even drink water neither used any glass. We resigned to use it from the very beginning, buying and drinking water from the bottles and didn’t eat inside what so ever. Bathroom Super dirty, not surprising with broken shower doors, which simply couldn’t be closed. Therefore water was basically everywhere whenever we took a shower. Showering was a horrible experience itself — even ignoring the fact that the shower doors wouldn’t close, the shower fitting was rusty and moldy, there was hair on the showerhead, and screws or broken parts were sticking out from various places (my girlfriend was literally crying whenever she gad to go there). There was not any possibility not to have water everywhere all the time. Also we had only 2 big and 1 small towel (these seemed pretty clean though). Toilet seat was broken, again with sticking screws which caused me a little injury on uncomfortable place. Very dirty toilet - obviously not cleaned inside, maybe ever. Flickering lights, so we’ve rather let them off. 1,5 toilet roll for our six day visit. So we bought toilet paper. Bedroom Another horror here with broken bed and air condition. Broken bed frame was one thing, but that small spring mattress was simply impossible to sleep on — especially since you could see right through the sheet to the mattress itself.

Замок на двери разряжается, что иногда затрудняет вход в квартиру. Хозяин не всегда открывает парадную дверь через домофон. Утром ушла за кофе, в итоге час не могла попасть обратно домой, потому что хозяин спал и не открывал, пришлось гулять

• Kahina (7/5): Great location! The appartment is basic and badroom could use an upgrade. - Great location, most key sights are in walking distance. Close to station and Via Urbana filled with restaurants. There is a type of factory behind the bedroom with minor window isolation which causes a lot of noise as early as 6.30. Not recommended if you like to sleep longer than that…
• Virginia (10/5): Excelente apartamento y trato con ubicación inmejorable - Beautiful apartment, very clean and with all the amenities. The bed is especially comfortable, which is important when traveling. The host was very kind and courteous, allowing me to leave my backpack at a facility near the hotel on the last day, which made it easy for me to keep exploring the city comfortably. The area is excellent, close to everything—I walked everywhere. It is very safe both day and night, and the apartment is well-insulated, so there is no noise. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it.
