• Noëlle (1/5): Logement sale - La grandeur du logement Le logement n'a pas été vérifié et nettoyé avant le changement de locataire, le lit double avec des poils et cheveux, une canette vide sur la table de nuit, les lits supperposes avec les couettes en boule, la salle de bain sale avec poils et cheveux des locataires précédents, la propriétaire averti ma répondu que le service de nettoyage est en congé lors de mon arrivée et qu'elle va me faire un geste pour le désagrément, chose que j'attends toujours, elle n'a pas pris la peine de lire mon dernier SMS ni de faire un geste comme annoncé par SMS lors de nos échanges. C'est innaceptable de louer une nuit à 86€ sachant qu'aucun des draps et oreillers n'a été changé et que le ménage n'a pas été fait.
• Peter (1/5): Very unsatisfactory. - Nothing I booked to stay here in June, on a cycle trip across the Pyrenees. When we arrived in the late afternoon we discovered that there were no towels or linen, the pillows and bedding were unclean and the kitchen had not been properly cleaned. It was certainly not clear when we booked that towels or linen were not provided (although this is now in the ‘fine print’) and the photos showed made up beds. We contacted the owners for advice immediately but received no reply (despite having received messages about accessing the apartment a short time before). We were therefore forced to move to and pay for another location at short notice. Both Booking.com and I have sought to contact the owners several times since then, but continue to receive no response.
• Maree (7/5): One night stay in Arreau - Lovely new apartment in Arreau. Good parking. Comfortable bed, close to town. Nice view Unfortunately it was a cold 12c when we were there. Heating could not be turned on. No instructions in English. Wi-fi would only connect briefly and then turn off. No towels or sheets provided at this accommodation, but we knew this when we booked. We bought our own. Duvet and pillows provided.
