The only view you have is of other people's back yards. I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

The location was peaceful and convenient, right by the Marina on the West Bank and a short drive to major attractions. The public ferry to the East Bank, shops and restaurants were also nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return. N/A

• Juan Felix (7/5): We enjoyed our peaceful stay in the centrally located neighborhood, just a boat ride away from Luxor - The location was pleasant on the quiet side of Luxor, just across the Nile river from the Ruins and the main city of Luxor. This side of Luxor has a smaller town feel and has many farms, but it is close to several ruins, a walkable waterfront, and it's peaceful. To access the busy city of Luxor, you just take a 10 minute boat ride across the Nile. The host was friendly and helpful and arranged many activities and tours for us. It would have been nice to have clean bottled water, since the water is not potable in Luxor. There was only one towel per person for the 4 days, coffee, tea, and sugar are basics that would have been helpful.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for construction :( For the price I was expecting the apartments to be more furnished. They were a bit empty. Contacted the host directly to organize a couple of tours, the guide was good overall but was rushing us way too much not giving us enough time to properly appreciate the monuments we were visiting

The apartment was clean and nice for us. I recommend the Sherazade Nile Villa if you have to stay in Luxor for some days, also the West Bank where the Villa is located is less chaotic and more interesting than the East Bank. Thanks!

The villa is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with all the amenities you might need whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a small family. The architecture is authentic and beautifully crafted, drawing on vernacular design to create a space that feels both charming and welcoming. Everything feels intentional, and the property truly stands out from its surroundings. What really makes this place exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The caretakers - Bahaa, Ezra, and especially Nasser - are incredible hosts and genuinely wonderful people. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always making sure I felt at home. Onze gastheer regelde tot grote tevredenheid ons ontbijt en diner op de kamer. Maar ook een ballonvaart, een taxi naar de Koningsgraven en onze transfer naar Aswan. Alles goede kwaliteit en schappelijke prijzen. Ons appartement had een zalig balkon waar we heerlijk buiten hebben ontbeten. De buurt is veilig en stil. Een verademing tov de hectische Oost oever.. Boek via hen een taxi vanaf de luchthaven naar de accommodatie als je ‘s avonds aankomt. Het is anders wellicht lastig te vinden. Straal van de douche is beperkt als je haren wilt wassen.

• Alina (7/5): - Cute and charming hotel on the West Bank of Nile. The rooms are a bit worn out but it's lovely decorated. The owner is a super friendly and welcoming guy, taking best care of you. You can order some breakfast and dinner in advance. The location is correct on Google Maps, not on booking (it's only one street difference but not easy to navigate). The taxis are going to hate you, as the last 500 metres are dirt road. It's close to a public ferry so you can easily get on the other side, directly to the Luxor museum. A LOT of mosquitos around - do some proper preparations. Our repellent socket didn't help and we were able to sleep only after installing our mosquito net.

• Jess (7/5): A bit different to the photos but staff were wonderful - The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Apartment was a nice size for the 4 of us with good amenities. Easy access to the boats to cross to the east side (which is much more touristy) for 100 LE per boat (if you can haggle!). A few reasutrants just around the corner. We booked thinking we would have a balcony area but this was not the case. The place was a bit different to how it looks online, so we did not spend much time relaxing here. The wifi was very tempremental, but the staff were very kind which made up for this for us. The street can be very hassle - with men so if you are a solo female, I recommend staying somewhere on the East bank where it is much busier!
• Ahmed (1/5): Not worth it, read full review to know why - Nothing at all and i don’t recommend this place First of all the location is by far not at all accessible by cars, no signs anywhere to indicate where to go while you drag your heavy bags on an unpaved dirt road, the place is old and needs serious cleaning, the garden seemed like no one touched it in a while and there was a sun bed that possibly was owned by Ramses the 2nd as in cracked, old and super dirty, staff were doing their best to show professionalism but they need to really learn how to run the business, beds were hard rock you’d better off sleeping in the temple on an actual rock, when we arrived we were tired so we didn’t really check if we were in our correct room, so we left the bags and went for lunch, when we came back they said we were put in the wrong room and our actual room is with a garden view downstairs, turned out to be with zero privacy coz the garden view was all clear windows and no curtains at all and the room is on the way where everyone going and coming can see inside especially that the bathroom is outside the main room and leads to the sitting area again where the windows show everything, the facility was supposed to have a flat screen tv, a kitchen and a washing machine, the flat screen tv wasn’t available and when i asked about it they just simply took one from another room and brought it, the kitchen didn’t have any pots or utensils, the stove was out of gas, and the washing machine was a shared one like a hostile and we ended up waiting for it to be free and when we did wash our clothes there was no where to hang them, as the clothes line they said is available for the room was also a small one shared for all guests. adding to that the smell of whatever they burn in the village (where the villa is..

• Fatiema (8/5): Very good - The place was located in a good spot. Walkable. Surrounded by many shops and restuarants. The house could be a tiny bit more comfortable. The fans don't really do much with the heat. Only one bedroom had aircon. Some toiletries would go a long way.

• Brankica (10/5): Amazing place to stay. - Location is amazing with a beautiful garden. Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Everyting was perfect.
• Satoshi (8/5): Anyways, we could enjoyed stay here thanks to good staff Bahaa!! - There is pretty, lovely and tidy maintained garden. Every morning I go out from the apartment, it makes me peaceful! And staff, Bahaa, is so nice and kind. He quickly fixed Wifi connection for us and proposed good offer to use the pool and restaurant in the group hotel. It is bit far from center of town. Thanks to it, we enjoyed silence and peaceful. Toilet and shower room does not have ventilation, the hot water shower was not enough for poor boiler capacity.
• Srikant (9/5): Good bdget accomodation - Location is very good , not far from city ferry so traveling to east bank is quite cheap and easy. The new promenade they have made is very walking friendly. The stay was also very spacious both inside and outside with a lush garden House is good ,however it could be dusted better.
• Reem (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet neighbour, but close to all amenities and historical sites. Short distance from the city centre. Bahaa our host was very kind and responsive, thank you for the hospitality. Nothing, would highly recommend and will be back again.

• Zhou (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay in Luxor! The host was very kind and responsive — communication was quick and smooth, and any issues were solved right away. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning which was much appreciated. The location is close to the Nile, and the ferry terminal to cross to the other side of the Nile is in walking distance. A convenient and cozy stay.
• Alexander (7/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment. - Large space, beautiful garden and terrace, host was very helpful and speaks very good English. Thanks! Would be great to have a water filter/large bottle dispenser as we got through a lot of plastic bottles. Make sure you go to the guest house Nile villa to check in as there is a hotel from the same company.
