Food was superb, rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we needed as a family of 4. Only slight criticism was not allowing my 13 year old son to enjoy the pool and gym in the evening. he was allowed to use the facility but only between the hours of 12pm and 2pm but we were out exploring this wonderful city.

• Jessica (10/5): - The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. The rooftop bar is wonderful and the daily breakfast was quite good. The only issue we experienced was that when we ordered a bowl of chocolate ice cream for my son it came with crushed walnuts underneath. We were not given a heads up and unfortunately my son is very allergic to nuts. He had an anaphylactic reaction but is ok now. A very good (and scary) reminder to always check on allergies!

Vooral het personeel bij de receptie was erg behulpzaam en gaf goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Het enige minpuntje was dat de lift wat traag was tijdens de spitsuren bij het ontbijt. Verder een absolute aanrader voor een stedentrip! het weer

Le seul tout petit commentaire serait que le café au petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi chaud ou assez chaud. Probablement dû par la sorte de tasse et aussi qu'elle ne sont pas réchauffée avant d'y verser le café.

We would love to come back If I had to point out something to improve it would be the variety of choices (more vegetables especially) for breakfast, for a vegetarian, and the high temperature at the gym, but these are minor improvements and didn’t affect my stay :)
• Erica (8/5): A beautiful new hotel but lacking the wow factor. - Great central location and very attentive staff. I had a couple of very peaceful nights sleep. We stayed in a standard room, which although nice, was pretty pricey not to have a bathtub. Breakfast was also underwhelming for such a 5 star hotel.
• Maria M (9/5): Great location - The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and bars nearby. It’s easy to get around thanks to convenient access to public transportation, with several stops within walking distance. The rooms are bright and well cleaned. The facilities are modern and provide a nice escape from the busy city atmosphere. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering beautiful views over Lisbon. Breakfast service can be somewhat slow, and while the buffet is not very varied, it does include the usual breakfast items. On two separate occasions, the staff called our room to inform us that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. As we had placed the sign specifically to avoid being disturbed, receiving a call about it felt rather contradictory and unnecessary. During one of these calls, I was woken up despite having a splitting headache, which made the interruption particularly frustrating. It was also puzzling given that our room had already been cleaned earlier that day and we did not require any additional services.

L'isolation sonore est parfaite, on n'entendait pas du tout la rue. L'hôtel a un beau rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et l'estuaire du fleuve. Des petits détails: le service du petit déj un peu long, l'eau de la piscine trop fraîche pour s'y baigner, ménage un peu sommaire.

• Michael (9/5): Location, staff, facilities unbeatable - It does not get any better than that. The location is perfect. Central but still calm. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. SPA and Gym are small but it has everything you need. Room was great. Given its recent opening everything is brand new. The bar including the rooftop option offer great views over Lisbon and the snacks on the menu are great (try the gambas or the hummus). All in all this was a top notch experience.

• Bianca (10/5): Paradise in Lisbon. - If you are looking for a sign to book the most perfect hotel in Lisbon then let my review be it! If your budget can afford this hotel then book it! I am a Portuguese citizen but unfortunately I live outside of Portugal, I return each year to greet my family and see my beloved country. I have stayed in almost all of the top rated hotels in Lisbon and I can confirm that this hotel surpasses all of them. The facilities are of the highest standard, modern technology has been used in the rooms, the interior design can be compared to some of the best hotel interiors in Dubai. The staff descended directly from heaven, they attend and respond to your every desire and need with a smile and a gentle voice - you will never forget the hospitality of these people. The spa is 5 star, the therapists are world class! The gym is perfect for a gym fanatic! The roof bar is dreamy and the sunsets from that viewpoint (even in winter) are breathtaking. The only thing I cannot comment on is the adjoining restaurant as I never visited it. That it is not my permanent residence!

Le sauna et le hamman ne chauffent pas. Nous n’étions que 3 tables au petit déjeuner et avons attendu 30 minutes. Pas à la hauteur du luxe de l’hôtel.

Κάθε μέλος της ομάδας ήταν ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, είτε επρόκειτο για πληροφορίες σχετικά με την περιοχή είτε για μικρές λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο άνετη. Οι εγκαταστάσεις του καταλύματος ήταν άψογες. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, προσεγμένος και διακοσμημένος με γούστο, δημιουργώντας μια ατμόσφαιρα απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Τα δωμάτια προσέφεραν όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν λειτουργικοί και εξαιρετικά φροντισμένοι. Η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια ήταν εμφανής παντού — από τη διαρρύθμιση μέχρι την ποιότητα των παροχών. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα κατάλυμα που συνδυάζει κορυφαίο επίπεδο φιλοξενίας με υψηλού επιπέδου εγκαταστάσεις, προσφέροντας μια εμπειρία που πραγματικά μένει αξέχαστη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω!

• Andrey (10/5): - Останавливались на три ночи. Абсолютно новый отель. Идеальная кровать и подушки. Очень тихо в номере, хотя окна выходили на улицу. Стильно и современно оформлен и оборудован. Прекрасный бар на крыше с великолепным видом. Вкусный завтрак. Удобно расположен в старом городе.
• Joost (10/5): Perfect hotel in hartje Lissabon - Fantastisch hotel! Ik kan me bijna niet voorstellen dat er in Lissabon iets beters te vinden is. Midden in het centrum, vanaf het dakterras heb je uitzicht over heel Lissabon. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer was mooi en luxe met een heerlijk bed, het ontbijt was top en de spa perfect. Ons verblijf had echt niet beter gekund!

• Andrii (10/5): - И так, это абсолютно новый отель в самом сердце Лиссабона. С большими номерами, которые оборудованы по максимуму. Великолепное обслуживание и вкусные завтраки. Очень приятно меня удивил и советую однозначно всем гостям этого города 👍
