• Muñoz Flores (4/5): Estancia con fallas de comunicación y servicios no disponibles - La ubicación me pareció excelente si vas al centro de convenciones. tiene cerca supermercado. El principal inconveniente fue que en ningún momento se me informó previamente que la alberca se encontraba fuera de servicio. Aunque mi viaje fue por motivos laborales, uno de los aspectos que consideré al elegir este hotel fue la posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones para descansar y relajarme, particularmente la alberca. Por ello, fue una gran decepción llegar y encontrar que no estaba habilitada. Si bien me ofrecieron la opción de utilizar una alberca en otra ubicación, esto me resultó incómodo, ya que contraté específicamente este hotel y esperaba poder disfrutar de los servicios e instalaciones que ofrece sin necesidad de trasladarme a otro lugar. Por otra parte, desde mi proceso de check-in solicité y confirmé una salida tardía (late check-out), la cual me fue autorizada. Sin embargo, durante mi estancia acudieron en dos ocasiones a indicarme que debía desalojar la habitación en el horario normal. La primera ocasión me pareció un error entendible; sin embargo, que ocurriera una segunda vez, y además con una actitud poco amable por parte del personal de recepción, me resultó bastante incómodo. Incluso tuve que volver a explicar que dicha extensión ya había sido previamente autorizada. Esta situación generó una experiencia poco agradable y una sensación de falta de comunicación y coordinación interna por parte del hotel.
• Sophie (8/5): Beautiful outdoor space, comfortable room and great location! - Great location - walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, and close to the beach. We had a private room and bathroom which were clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfy. The outdoor area and gardens are beautiful and really well maintained. Whole place felt very calming and relaxing. Felt safe and secure. The pool and bar were unfortunately closed for maintenance while we were there but it would be such a vibe when it’s open! We were allowed to use the pool at one of the property’s sister hotels while the pool was under maintenance which was excellent!! We had one good pillow between the two of us but that obviously comes down to personal preference and was not a big deal!!

• Kirsty (5/5): Zum schlafen reichts. - Nah am Strand. Schöner Park draußen. Die Leguane sind toll. Zimmer war sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Bett war nicht richtig bezogen und der Bettbezug war nicht groß genug für das ganze Bett. Ausserdem haben wir im Bett und Bad noch Haare gefunden. Das Bad war sehr alt und verrostet. Gibt kein Kostenloses Wasser. Personal hat seinen Job gemacht aber nicht so Freundlich wie wir es sonst in Mexico erlebt haben. Vermutlich sind sie einfach zu viele Sauftouristen gewöhnt, da hätten wir auch eher weniger Spaß am Job.

• Monica2 (10/5): Beau paradis au coeur de l'action - L'emplacement au centre de l'action et la piscine super. C'est génial de pouvoir utiliser la piscine jusqu'à 23h. Cuisine hyper bien équipée, salon partagé Il manque des rideaux au lit de dortoir. Les gens préfèrent utilisé les draps et Serviette comme rideaux plutôt que les utilisé comme ils se doit. Trop strict avec des panneaux partout de ne pas consommer d'aliments ou boissons de l'extérieur. Je comprends qu'ils veulent vendre leurs repas de resto mais ca m'agresse toute ces affiches. Trop de musique forte les soirs sur les lits extérieurs. Pas assez de place silence et on entend la musique de la rue

• Mayra (8/5): Pleasant - Opportunity to stay in a private room with easy access when traveling with someone with mobility problems. Reasonable price per stay. Good location. Beach is nearby. Proximity to some pubs and Coco Bongo. Peaceful place. Have guided tours to local places. Walking distance from public bus stops if you want to visit Mercado 28, Cancun downtown (ayuntamiento and Parque de las Palapas) Delfines beach or the Hotels district (you need to move by bus, uber or taxi). Swimming have algae when we arrived. But was cleaned before checkout. Didn’t used it. Breakfast and service is good. They work in a relaxed matter if yo are in a hurry to go out don’t recommend the restaurant. But if you have time it’s ok.

Lo staff fa del suo meglio! Ma c’è da risistemare le stanze, o almeno, quella che hanno dato a me, perché sanno di vecchio e consunto. Ero angusto stare lì! Per il resto la struttura l’ho trovata davvero bella esternamente, con le iguane libere e i coccodrilli alla laguna. Non è un PartyHostel per fortuna! Per cui si rispetta il relax e il riposo di tutti che comunque hanno aree dedicate per lo svago. Comodissimo per autobus Ado aeroporto (fuori dalla struttura) La stanza era piccola e angusta. Da ammodernare assolutamente! Più attenzione alla pulizia delle lenzuola

A estrutura do hotel é precária e precisa de melhorias, especialmente nos quartos, que são pequenos e carecem de ajustes. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. A cozinha compartilhada é limitada e poderia oferecer itens básicos, como talheres, já que atualmente conta apenas com materiais plásticos deixados pelos próprios hóspedes.

El lugar es bonito pero siento que les falta actualizar muebles de la habitación, y lo que si no me gustó es que nunca vi la cafetería solo una mesa. Y un refri con puras aguas. Que no encontré lugar para comer dentro del hotel.

Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas y buena accesibilidad con el aeropuerto, playas o lugares de interés. La piscina y zonas verdes están muy bien y hay varias zonas comunes. Personal agradable. La habitación no tenía cortinas y entraba la luz desde que amanecía. Se lo comunicamos a recepción y no le dieron importancia. La habitación podía estar más limpia. Así como las sábanas y toallas. A tener en cuenta, hay que subir escaleras para acceder a algunas habitaciones y no está habilitado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Une lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'on avait été "upgradé". Bref, je m'attendais à mieux au niveau de la chambre et c'est très bruyant (on entendait chaque soir les gens qui rentraient bourrés)
