I really appreciated the privacy this place offered and it felt like I had a condo instead of a room. The staff was friendly and helpful. OK a safe would be nice BUT this was not a big issue. The shower felt a little bit out of place BUT the floor dried up very fast so it did not bother me.

Même si ma chambre était sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur les gens qui montent et descendent l’escalier, qui parlent fort jusqu’à cinq heures du matin ou qui claquent les portes à toute heure de la nuit. Vraiment je déconseille l’endroit

• Ronald (6/5): Alles bij elkaar toch prima vanwege de redelijke prijs - Locatie was goed. Algemene prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Het is geen duur hotel. Ik zat op de 4e verdieping maar toch ben ik werkelijk elke ochtend gewekt door de spoelkeuken beneden die nogal hardhandig en langdurig borden op elkaar gooide. Werkelijk elke ochtend vroeg.

It's directly next to treetown and it's a 5-minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to Central Mall where you can use your credit card and you can eat without using cash or go to the grocery store or the liquor store inside of the mall. This is a great central location. Definitely plan to stay again The only complaint and it's not their fault in any way shape or form..... It's loud outside. There's a lot of motorbikes that pass and because of a speed bump outside of the hotel they all slow down and speed up directly in front of the hotel. If you pick the balcony room you're going to have to hear it and deal with it. I wear your plugs and it's still wakes me up. I would still stay here. I plan to stay here in the future

• Klaus (4/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel. Das Bad waren sehr klein und das Wasser konnte nachdem Duschen nicht richtig abfließen, da das Gefälle der Fliesen in die falsche Richtung verlief. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zum Flur,es gab kein Tageslicht oder frische Luft. Bei der Beschreibung des Zimmers wurde es nicht angegeben. Außerdem wird nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Der Wasserkocher war auch defekt. Ich persönlich werde diese Unterkunft zukünftig meiden

Personnel agréabl - Bon emplacement au pied du Tree Town pattaya, proche du bazar night market, du central festival, environ 500m de pattaya beach (vous travers le centre commercial Central avec la Clim c’est parfait 😊 Établissement coupure d’eau deux fois pendant mon séjour ! Le staff ne met pas un mot à l’entrée ou sur l’ascenseur… Les chambres standard non pas de fenêtre qui donne la lumière du jour. La fenêtre donne dans le couloir de l’étage avec la lumière allumée toute la nuit. Pas très pratique ! Et enfin la perceuse des 8h du matin c’est pas très cool pour les clients.

Only one single nice staff available to clean all rooms. Bottled water was not supplied daily and there was no staff around to even ask for it. As there was only one cleaning lady, our rooms were made only once in 5 days. There was no intercom to system to contact any staff. Also no safe deposit vault in any room.
