• Tareq (1/5): Very bad - I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. There wasn’t a single polite or helpful person at the reception to speak with. The room I was given was shown much larger on Booking.com, but in reality it was very small. On top of that, the toilet inside the room was dirty, and the bathroom lock didn’t work properly. There were no basic amenities either—no shampoo, no soap—overall a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation.

• Stephen (5/5): Good base for exploring - Good ac, comfortable bed, quiet at night, you can padlock the bedroom door. Close to all the action! Needs investment: it doesn’t look like the pictures. Ancient shower unit meant cold showers, fridge not working, quite a lot of mosquitoes, unclear communication and lack of signage for finding the place.

• Andreas (10/5): - Great location next to the BTS Station Asok and party places like Soi Cowboy. Place is very quiet in a backyard off the main street and peaceful. Highly recommend to any traveller who wants to have a piece of mind for a few days!

• Dominik (1/5): Deposit refund fraud - Scam alert! I had to checkout at 9am, but no one was at the reception nor could I find any stuff member. I left without getting my deposit back (1000 THB), and texted them later about the situation. They eagerly replied that we can do the transfer over PayPal and that I shouldn't be worried. Now, 6 weeks have passed and I still haven't received the money. They clearly try to avoid paying me, by giving some dumb reasons like we have no business bank account, no one from our team has any mobile payment app (why did you mention PayPal then?) and other ridiculous statements like that. They also don't cooperate with booking support to resolve this issue - they simply don't reply to booking's emails. This hotel turned out to be a scam, but I will still fight with them - not because of the money, but because I hate scammers.

• Jack (5/5): - Not professional staff and loud rooms, was first taken to a room that had a shared/public bathroom, then complained because I payed for room with private bathroom, then I was taken to a room that was so horrible that I complained again, then got a okay room. And the day after I got a good room but to get 4 different rooms in 3 nights and only getting what I payed for after the first night was not good. And it was expensive. Not worth it for me.

No kitchen in rooms no nothing really in rooms. When complain they said they are sorry one staff member said they never had those rooms another said due to remodeling they no longer had that room but truth is they never had it because if they did why would you down size and still advertise a larger room with big bed kitchen and amenities if you can't provide it,They will not refund money I spent one night and left had to get another booking so now have to fight with booking.om see if I can get a refund of the week I did not use.
