Cuando volvía por la noche, Nunca encontrabas a nadie que te ayude. Solo el whatsapp. Los únicos que me ayudaron fueron el personal de limpieza. El único día que cruce a alguien, justo me estaba yendo y estaba desesperado por venderme el taxi al aeropuerto, diciéndome que el uber era una estafa….

Guests staying for three nights must pay an extra $60 if they want the room cleaned, and the cleaning has to be requested in advance. Even guests staying for seven nights only get one cleaning service, and it also requires a prior request, which is very strange. In addition, the staff member was very rude and unfriendly.

Lit très grand, chambre de bonne dimension. Salle de bain jolie et pratique / douche (Carreaux métro blanc) Enregistrement normalement en ligne (tablette en arrivant) mais là, quelqu'un pour nous aider et accueillir. Très prévenant. Chambre avec code d'accès sans clé (pour l'entrée dans l'hotel et la chambre). A deux pas d'Ocean Drive, Etablissement très bien placé. Transat sur la plage avec serviettes compris avec la chambre ++ RAS

• Gabriele (7/5): - Einfache, etwas veraltete Unterkunft in Miami Beach. Habe dort nur eine Nacht geschlafen. Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer, dass direkt gegenüber von einem Aufzug lag. Jedes Mal hörte man ein lautes klingeln, wenn der Aufzug angehalten hat und jemand ein – oder ausgestiegen ist. Wenn ich nicht so übernächtigt gewesen wäre, hätte ich keine Minute schlafen können.

Algumas oportunidades de melhoria: O quarto deveria ser equipado com um micro-ondas, ou no mínimo deveria haver algum equipamento para compartilhar entre os hóspedes, como uma mini-cozinha comunitária. A varanda/hall de entrada (área externa) deveria ser supervisionada, tanto quanto à limpeza, quanto à presença de pessoas que não são hóspedes do Hotel.

• Thorolfur (9/5): A comfortable stay at Miami South Beach. - The location is perfect for this area. Everything so close, yet not in the main mayhem of South Beach next street over. Our room was big, clean and comfortable with almost never any noises from the outside world. It would have been good to get some more assistance from the staff in regards to parking and such. But there was never anyone around. That made the check-in also a bit tricky, some might say cumbersome!

Ell departamento cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario La escalera para acceder al departamento, pequeña, empinada y de escalones cortos. Pero no es un peoblema grave, solo a tener en cuenta si hay gente mayor o con dificultades físicas.

• Karen (7/5): Great location but not sure I’d stay there again. - The location is perfect. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is as well. I know it’s meant to be an online property and they do have minimal staff (one main guy) therefore communication is almost entirely by phone. I had a red-eye flight the night before and asked months in advance for an early check-in because I, unfortunately, cant sleep on planes. I was advised to ask the day before, which I did, and then asked to check day of. I did not get an early check-in and I was exhausted. Considering I asked multiple times; I feel like they could’ve made one room available a little bit early but it didn’t happen. It was also frustrating to see people get their rooms early the next day. There is also nothing on site outside of the hotel itself. You are paying a premium for just the location. I paid over $300 a night for a nice room but not a premium room.

• Andrea (5/5): Deficiente - Buena ubicación El trato del personal muy malo, sufrimos un accidente automovilístico durante nuestra estancia, quedamos con poli traumatismos y solicitamos al personal si podría brindarnos unos segundos un espacio para que el médico que fue enviado al hotel nos revisara a lo que nos respondieron que no, de muy mala manera. La limpieza de las habitaciones deficientes, muy mala comunicación para la entrega de las claves de acceso tanto al hotel como a la habitación. Definitivamente no volveremos.
• Radim (9/5): Perfektní hotel na perfektním místě! - Hotel je perfektní kompromis. Není to hned v první řadě u pláže na Ocean Drive kde jsou i samé restaurace a kluby, takže je večer v okolí hotelu klid, ale je to o jeden blok dál tzn. na pláž stále blízko a i do těch restaurací. Hotel je historický v Art Deco stylu, citelně zrekonstruovaný. Krásný je i nábytek na pokojích. Vše bylo čisté. V lednici dvě lahve vody. Kavovar na kapsle - překapávaná káva. Taška na pláš s ručníky a dvě lehátka k zapůjčení zdarma na blízké pláži po dobu pobytu byli taky super. Správce s námi komunikoval vždy ihned.

• Masa (9/5): - I believe this hotel deserves higher rating from what it has. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. I believe it is a great deal for the price. I didnt like having to pay 250$ for the deposit, which was not indicated before booking. Hopefully it will be refunded quickly. Also, the fact you cant open the windows is not very comfortable. As someone coming from Europe, we prefer fresh air from using the AC.

• Chanel (8/5): - We had a great stay at Beach Plaza. The location is amazing. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bus routes that get you all over Miami. The room was comfortable and clean with everything you need except perhaps a microwave but that can be done without. The 2 free beach loungers for every day of the stay are a great touch as they usually cost €15 each. It’s not a hotel in the traditional sense but it still does have a hotel feel. I see some comments about difficulty getting into the building however it was smooth sailing for me and I found the WhatsApp chat contact to be extremely responsive. I would absolutely come back.
• Matthieu (7/5): Très mauvais check-in, Bon emplacement et prestation correcte - Emplacement au top, bon rapport qualité prix car reservé très tôt J'ai absolument détesté le check-in ! Nous sommes arrivé a 21h30 environ, et le check-in se fait sur une borne (je ne le savais pas), sauf que bien évidemment aucunes de nos trois chambres n’étaient affectées, et la commence la galère. Heureusement que l'un d'entre nous parle un tout petit peu anglais, sinon nous étions à la rue !!! Après plusieurs recherche, nous trouvons un numéro Whatsapp a joindre, et finissions après 30 minutes de conversation par obtenir nos 3 chambres... il y a plus agréable quand l'on vient de faire de longues heures de vols. 1 soirée gâchée

• Jordan (2/5): Séjour extrêmement décevant dans un hôtel mal entretenu, avec de graves problèmes d’infrastructure, - L’emplacement L’absence de personnel est flagrante, et l’hôtel semble rafistolé avec de graves défauts d’isolation. Lors de notre séjour, la pluie s’infiltrait par les fenêtres : trois de nos cinq chambres se sont retrouvées complètement trempées. Nous avons dû éponger nous-mêmes, car la seule réponse obtenue était un simple message d’excuse. Par ailleurs, une taxe de 22 $ par jour est appliquée pour un tote bag et des serviettes de plage… qui, si vous avez de la chance, vous seront peut-être fournis. Le personnel est quasi inexistant et se contente de répondre par WhatsApp avec des banalités, sans jamais apporter de solution concrète. Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement désagréable. Les chambres sentent la moisissure — ce qui n’est pas surprenant, puisque lorsque l’on marche sur le parquet, de l’eau remonte entre les lames. Enfin, nous attendons toujours le remboursement de notre caution (250 $ par chambre), ainsi qu’un geste commercial au vu de l’état désastreux de l’établissement. Depuis, c’est silence radio : plus aucune réponse de leur part.
