• Krisztian (8/5): If cleaning every 3 days was included in the price, the stay would have been perfect. - A very spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. It was ideal for our family stay. Before our arrival, there was an option for a one-time mid-stay cleaning, but we declined it since for a 14-night stay we felt it wasn’t good value—especially because it would have only been once during the whole stay. A few days after check-in, while preparing breakfast, we noticed a cockroach running on the kitchen counter. We immediately reported it to the host, who reacted very positively and offered a complimentary cleaning right away, which we really appreciated. However, on the second-to-last day we encountered another cockroach, which we didn’t report. We also saw cockroaches several times in the corridor while waiting for the lift, which slightly took away from the experience, as we constantly had to keep an eye out for them. This was despite the fact that we never left anything out, always stored everything in the fridge, and took the trash out daily. The parking garage was also full of cockroaches, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue. Because of this, we believe regular cleaning should be included in the price, ideally every 2–3 days, to help avoid such problems.

The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, great restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. What truly made the experience top-notch was the staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay in JBR. I would absolutely return!
