• Susanne (9/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft - Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt und die S-Bahn ist auch schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und geräumig, Kaffee ist bereit. Das Bad ist etwas älter, aber okay. Leider keine deutsche Tv-Sender. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermietern. Das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan (incl) war okay, aber ausbaufähig. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz der Unterkunft war für unseren Siebensitzer zu eng, Parken ist generell teuer - in ganz Krakau.

L’appartamento è ben tenuto e dotato di un pratico angolo cottura, ideale per ospitare fino a tre persone. La temperatura interna era piuttosto bassa, con i caloriferi poco efficaci, e nel bagno era presente un odore sgradevole.

• Caroline (7/5): Great location - The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to the main square. The breakfast offering was good, I would have preferred more fruit offered. The high ceilings of the apartment give it an airy feeling albeit the room is not that large. Overall it is a great little place. The hot water did not stay long enough for two consecutive showers. The common stairs area was a bit drab, but it was not reflective of the room which was very nice.
• Neil (9/5): Excellent location, facilities and owner. - Very helpful owner -and very responsive. Excellent location 20 mins walk from station and 10 mins from centre of main square. The road the apartment is on is on a tram line ( and bus) so easy to get anywhere in Krakow. There is a 7-11 almost opposite and others open 24hrs within 5-6 mins.

Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bezobsługowe, przebiegło bezproblemowo. W mieszkaniu cicho, nie słychać żadnych dźwięków z reszty budynku, ani w samym mieszkaniu. W jednym pokoju było głośniej, ze względu na to, że znajdował się przy głównej ulicy, ale ten hałas jest zrozumiały. Pomimo rezerwacji na 6 osób była niewystarczająca ilość ręczników i pościeli. 4 pary ręczników to za mało. W dodatku pościel w kanapie nieobłożona i tylko pojedyncza, nie dało się spać pod nią w dwie osoby. W jednym pokoju w mieszkaniu w nocy było bardzo zimno, pomimo odpalonego ogrzewania.

• Marta (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, mnóstwo atrakcji dookoła, apartament czysty i zadbany - Apartament jest w doskonałej lokalizacji. Wszędzie jest blisko, tramwaj jest dosłownie pod drzwiami kamienicy, nawet spacerem jest blisko na rynek, mnóstwo restauracji dookoła. Pokój też zadbany, uważam że naprawdę cena adekwatna do jakości, czysto, schludnie. Zaskoczyło mnie również to, że było naprawdę cichość, nawet nie było słychać tramwajów, które przejeżdżały pod kamienicą. Kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry, odpowiedzi dostawałam em ekspresowym tempie! Naprawdę jeden z lepszych apartamentów w którym byłam, na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę! 😍 -

Beim Apartment zur Straße hin ist die Straßenbahn zu hören, für geräuschempfindliche Gäste ist das sicher unangenehm.

Per l’intera durata del soggiorno il bagno ha prodotto una puzza incessante e la doccia sin dal primo utilizzo ha avuto un accumulo eccessivo di acqua.

• David (5/5): Clean but noisy - Straightforward checking in process, clean throughout, good sized bed, bathroom was fairly decent and ample towells etc available. Wifi worked well. Very noisy both from other guests in one of the companys other apartments which included 2 or 3 children running and banging around on wooden floors directly above the bedroom from early in the morning and a woman walking around in boots and crashing around with a pushchair and large creaking vehicle gates attached to the apartment opening and closing 10 times a day or more. No heating at all in bedroom, company offered to do something about this but not before telling me it was 11 degrees in Poland that day so i shouldnt worry, it obviously was nowhere near 11 degrees at night. Old Polish woman opening the door and attempting to walk into the apartment unannounced and without knocking and then trying to engage me in conversation in Polish. Defensive staff that claimed nothing was their responsibility until threatened with complaint and they generally maintained a cocky and dismissive attitude throughout. Not that close to main square really, definitely better options available.

Il rumore del tram per chi ha un sogno delicato e, a mio avviso, non può essere considerato un 4 stelle. Mancano certe cortesie per l’ospite come, shampoo, balsamo e gli asciugamani e lenzuola decisamente molto usurate.

• Magdalena (5/5): - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra i Pani z obsługi. Niestety musieliśmy umyć naczynia zanim zaczęliśmy je używać. To bardzo popsuło nam odbiór miejsca. Naczynia były po prostu brudne. Stół i podłoga też jakby nie były odświeżone po wcześniejszych gościach. Pościele i łóżko czyste widać było że wymienione i świeże. Brakowało też lampki nocnejblub jakiejkolwiek małej w pokoju z aneksem. Było tylko nie miłe białe światło z góry które może powodować niemiły odbiór miejsca.

Endroit extrêmement calme en retrait de la rue. Le petit plus : le tote bag proposé pour faire ses courses sans avoir à utiliser de sac jetable ! Une mauvaise odeur non identifiée provenant de la SDB, mais nous n'avons pas prévenu les gérant, alors de notre séjour donc difficile de s'en plaindre a posteriori

El día q nos fuimos salíamos por la tarde y el propietario nos ofreció poder hacer la salida más tarde cosa de la q estamos muy agradecidos porque nos facilitó las cosas.

• Teresa (10/5): Céntrico, bonito y acogedor - Nos encantó la decoración y la comodidad del apartamento. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el comedor cuenta con un sofá amplísimo y confortable. La habitación es perfecta para descansar y el baño dispone de todo lo necesario, con buena presión y agua caliente sin problemas. Además, está a muy pocos minutos andando de la plaza principal de Cracovia, una ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad. Una estancia estupenda, para repetir. Por decir algo, le falta una tostadora.

Nice welcome package (a map of Cracow, offers of trips, booklet with essential information, a tote bag). Easy access (lockbox). Pleasant interior, kitchen with all the necessities, spacious wardrobe. Good heating. I would recommend this place even for longer stays. Very good breakfast in a nearby hotel. Interior just like shown in the pictures. Good value for money. There was an unpleasant odour from the canalisation in the bathroom (which is often the case in older buildings)

Nie było źle, ale nie powtórzyłabym rezerwacji. - Dobra lokalizacja Czysto Kapsułkowy Ekspres do kawy Brak dużego lustra żeby zobaczyć się w całości, jedynie małe lustro w łazience. Brak jednorazowych kapci przy zimnej podłodze. Mimo wykupionego śniadania w obiekcie nie pozostawiono mi bonu śniadaniowego i skorzystałam z niego jedynie dzięki uprzejmości pracownika.. właściciel obiektu nie zgłosił mnie na listę osób do śniadań… Kiedy napisałam do niego z tym problemem nawet nie odniósł się do moich słów, mimo, że wcześniej systematycznie odpisywał, czyli niestety postawa - zapłacone, czas rezerwacji dobiegł końca - nie mój problem.. Zapach kanalizacji w łazience i na klatce. Pobyt nie był zły, jednak nie poleciłabym go dalej oraz nie wróciłabym do niego.

• Andreas (8/5): Nettes Apartment in Top-Lage - Kleines, hübsch renoviertes Apartment für zwei Personen in Top-Lage in Krakau. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes/Bäckereien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment liegt zu einem Innenhof und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Durchfahrtsbreite zum Parkplatz beträgt wirklich nur zwei Meter, da es sich um einen (renovierten) Altbau handelt. Größere PKW dürften Schwierigkeiten haben, die zwei Toreinfahrten zu passieren....

• Damla (8/5): it’s very ideal for short stays. - The location is great, incredibly close to the Old Town. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options, the room had everything we needed, and thank you for the small note and gift! The only downsides were that there was no elevator and no place to leave our luggage after check out.

No - La uubicación es muy buena, la cama está bien, proporcionan bastantes almohadas y una tote bag que es muy práctica y mi hija ha dormido bien en la cuna, que era de muy buen tamaño además La limpieza no es tan buena como parece: los calcetines blancos se pusieron marrones en cuestión de minutos y no todo el menaje estaba precisamente limpio (si bien es quien alquila el que tiene que limpiar, los housekeeping deben asegurarse de que esté limpio) El baño es bonito pero huele mal y el toallero eléctrico no funciona y como el apartamento tiene humedad realmente las toallas no se secan bien, así que ha sido complicado conseguir secarlas. Algo que no es perdonable es que la sábana de la cama es mucho más pequeña que el colchón, por lo que mi marido ha dormido sobre el colchón y no sobre la sábana. Nosotros hemos estado en el apartamento 1, y el apartamento de encima hace mucho ruido. Tiene una puerta que chirría (que es absolutamente imposible que el staff de la empresa no lo sepa) que se escucha en el piso de abajo aka mi apartamento y dura cada vez que se abre unos 6-8 segundos de un ruido realmente exagerado. El mantenimiento del apartamento en general es deficiente aunque se ve que lo quieren mantener bien: “ la nevera” tiene un plástico roto y una buena costra de huelo, el rodapié del dormitorio está pegado con cinta aislante 🫠 y la pared de la cocina tiene algunos golpes que deberían arreglar.
