• Adam (8/5): - Obiekt położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Garaż podziemny duży plus. Ogólnie zadowolony jestem. Jedyny minus to śniadania z których nie do końca jesteśmy zadowoleni. Za mało zróżnicowane. Kilka miesięcy temu byłem we Wrocławiu śniadania w tej samej formie ale o wiele lepsze.
• Benjemin (8/5): Sehr gute Wohnung mit ein paar Mängeln - Sehr moderne, schöne und insgesamt sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem wirklich hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht: bequeme Betten, eine große und komfortable Dusche, einen großen Smart-TV sowie einen großen Geschirrspüler und einen Backofen. Der große Balkon ist ein echtes Plus. Besonders praktisch ist der breite, private Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt – der Weihnachtsmarkt war fußläufig erreichbar und wirklich traumhaft. Leider gibt es einige klare und teils sehr ärgerliche Negativpunkte. Das größte Manko ist das Frühstück, das zwischen 4:00 und 7:00 Uhr morgens vor die Tür gestellt wird. Am ersten Tag war es katastrophal: Der Käse war hart, alles war sehr warm, der Salat komplett zerfallen und auch der Hackbraten (?) war völlig zerbröselt. Es machte den Eindruck, als hätte das Frühstück bereits viele Stunden ungekühlt gestanden. Am zweiten und dritten Tag war es etwas besser, insgesamt aber weiterhin enttäuschend. Die Desserts, z. B. der Kuchen, waren extrem trocken, außerdem gab es generell zu wenig Butter. Am letzten Tag war die Menge deutlich zu gering – statt zwei Brötchen pro Person gab es nur ein kleines Baguette und für eine Person sogar nur zwei Scheiben Brot. Klare Empfehlung: Frühstück weglassen und sich lieber selbst frische Zutaten besorgen und Brötchen im Ofen aufbacken. Zusätzlich war der Geschirrspüler komplett defekt und ließ sich nicht einschalten. Beim Benutzen des Toasters flog die Sicherung raus und der Strom war weg. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht erklärt: In der Anleitung ist von einem Code die Rede, mit dem sich das Garagentor jedoch nicht öffnen lässt. Man muss das Auto zunächst auf der Straße parken, in die Unterkunft gehen und dort den Sensor für die Garage vom Tisch holen – erst damit kann man das Tor öffnen. Beim Verlassen der Garage muss ebenfalls wieder jemand mit der Fernbedienung in die Wohnung, da man sonst nicht herauskommt. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist das Doppelbett, das leider nur 140 cm breit ist. In dem großen Schlafzimmer wäre problemlos Platz gewesen, den Schrank anders zu stellen und ein richtig großes Bett einzubauen. Unverständlich, warum man sich hier für ein so kleines Bett entschieden hat. Insgesamt war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

• Agata (4/5): Następnym razem będziemy omijać szerokim łukiem. - Lokalizacja Rezerwacja została opłacona z góry, jednak kilka dni później otrzymaliśmy informację, że wybrany apartament nie będzie dostępny. Zaproponowano nam alternatywny lokal o podobnym standardzie oraz wcześniejsze zameldowanie od godziny 13:00, co było pozytywnym rozwiązaniem. Niestety, kontakt z obiektem okazał się bardzo utrudniony. Zamiast otrzymać odpowiednie instrukcje i kod dostępu z wyprzedzeniem, musieliśmy sami wielokrotnie się kontaktować. Dodatkowo podano nam trzy różne adresy: jeden w mailu, inny w SMS-ie i kolejny na portalu rezerwacyjnym. Sugerując się adresem z wiadomości SMS, przez ponad 40 minut szukaliśmy właściwego budynku. Dopiero po rozmowie telefonicznej uzyskaliśmy poprawny adres, jednak pracownica nie potrafiła dokładnie wskazać lokalizacji i poleciła nam sprawdzanie kodu przy różnych klatkach, aż któraś się otworzy. Takie podejście do klienta oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Na tygodniowy pobyt udostępniono jedynie dwie tabletki do zmywarki, co przy codziennym korzystaniu z kuchni okazało się zdecydowanie niewystarczające. W efekcie większość naczyń trzeba było myć ręcznie, tym bardziej że w kuchni nie było suszarki do naczyń. Podobnie w przypadku pralki – miłym udogodnieniem byłoby pozostawienie choćby dwóch kapsułek do prania. W innych apartamentach, nawet w niższej cenie, spotkaliśmy się z takim standardem. Niestety, biorąc pod uwagę całokształt pobytu, nie zdecydowałabym się ponownie zapłacić tej samej kwoty za ten lokal. Jeśli chodzi o standard apartamentu – spodziewaliśmy się wyższego poziomu. Niedomykający się prysznic nie był dużym problemem, natomiast oświetlenie zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy (warto rozważyć zastosowanie żarówek o białym świetle, ponieważ obecnie w mieszkaniu jest zbyt ciemno). W opisie obiektu lepiej również nie podawać informacji o suszarce do włosów, gdyż dostępne urządzenie jest niskiej jakości i w praktyce mało użyteczne.

Buvo visko ko reikia indai baldai t.t. ir t.t. interjeras idomesnis ir visai patiko. Lovos patogumas man asmeniškai 10/10 čiužinys nebuvo per minkstas neikrenti. Tačiau ir ne perkietas. Pirmą naktį trečiadienį gan daug triukšmo buvo girdėti iš gatvės. Tačiau pora valandų ir vakare/naktį buvo ramu :)

• Mészárosová (9/5): - Skvelé ubytovanie kúsok od centra starého mesta, vynikajúca komunikácia s prenajímateľom. Pri ďalšej návšteve mesta by sme znova využili službu ubytovania a odporúčame. Všetko bolo skvelé,len by som odporučila vyčistiť rozkladaciu pohovku a vysávať aj pod pohovkou. Inak naozaj nie je čo vytknúť.

• Ryan (8/5): Good accommodation in a good location. Great value for money. - Amazing apartment with nice modern furniture. Great location as well with a nice balcony. Good location as it’s a 15 minute walk from the centre, so a little more out of the busy streets. Earliest check in available was 3pm. However there are places you can go to store luggage. About 10/15 minutes walk from main square, may be too far for some.

• Janis (8/5): Gdansk family stay - The rooms were very stylish, location was close to main attractions and city center, private parking. Breakfast was good as well, but after a couple of days, you would want something different. The morning sun makes the room quite hot, there is no aircon and keeping windows open is not a good option because the street is noisy. Pillows are not comfortable.
• Tatiana (10/5): A great stay in Gdańsk! - The style of the apartment is very nice, the kitchen is big and fully equipped, super clean appartment. The location is very close to the center. The building is new and modern. Garage is a great benefit! Communication with the owner of the apartment was very good. We got all of the needed information before the stay. Definitely recommend Flatbook apartments! Just small things could be considered- shampoo in the bathroom, tea towel, detergent. There is no aircon, so be prepared that could be quite hot inside in the summer. Street outside is a bit noisy, you can hear the cars and people all the night, the earplugs can be useful.

The apartment is in a new building, 7 floor, nice view, spacious balcony. Nearby is a foodhall, with live music on some evenings, with the variety of food. Parking included.

However, it would have been nice to choose each days options. If you are a fussy eater I wouldn't recommend having the breakfast.

We did have a slight issue with the code to enter the building as we were given characters that we thought were part of the code. But otherwise very easy and good! No salt in the cupboard. Couldn’t find the extra towels easily and no pillow covers for the extra pillows. Didn’t like the single duvets either
• Natallia (9/5): Cosy apartment near the centre. - A very modern renovated apartment in the walking distance to the centre of the city. Has a spacious wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a small washing machine, and cleaning appliances, so can be used for a longer stay. The street is very quiet, the heating worked perfectly as well. The bed is more on a hard side. Everything was immaculately clean. All in all, I would stay there again. The toilette button needs to be rechecked - it was sticking once in a while. Was not an issue for me, but could become one for the next guest.
• Vladyslava (9/5): Very nice apartments - The apartments are small, but stylish and cozy. I really liked the interior, it was thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment was warm. There was everything you needed - free wi-fi, kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee, microwave, various dishes (only a cutting board was missing), dishwasher and capsules for it, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and board, even a shoe shovel, vacuum cleaner and mop. On TV you can log in to Netflix, YouTube, etc. In general, there is everything for a comfortable stay. The apartments are within walking distance to the center, there is a supermarket nearby. The elevator is working. There is parking in the house. Convenient self check-in, instructions were sent the day before arrival. 1. Lack of a bath mat or foot towels. 2. Also the kitchen has a paper towel holder, but no paper towels. Missing cutting board. 3. The bed linen was stained! This was the biggest minus for me. 4. The cleaning is not very good. There was dust in some places, it’s especially worth wiping and washing the flower in the bedroom. 5. It would be nice to leave at least a couple of capsules for washing. We didn't use the washing machine, but as a tip for improvement, others guests may need it. 6. It was a little strange that the tourist tax had to be left in cash on the table when checking out. It would be more convenient if it was withdrawn from a bank card. In conclusion, I will say that when we return to Gdansk, we will book these apartments again. Just renew the bed linen :)

• Zdenek (8/5): Very good - Accommodation was very nicely decorated and newly furnished. Walking distance to the centre, it was great. The building has an underground garage. Also breakfast in the morning with delivery was good. Since there were other buildings being hulit all around, from 7a.m. it was impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed.

• Valentina (9/5): Superb - The location is great and comfortable, the flat is clean, modern interior, convenient and spacious, you can find everything you need for a shorter or a longer stay - starting from kitchen facilities and ending up with a washing machine. Felt discomfort due to the construction noise just right the building every morning. It wouldn't be that bothering if a flat had air conditioning installed and we shouldn't have kept open windows all the time.

In the bathroom, apart from toilet paper, I had no personal hygiene products. Paper towels, salt and pepper were missing from the kitchen. The room does not have air conditioning.

I thought it was already included in the overall room rate. It is okay as we don’t have any choice but to pay the imposed taxes 😅
