Mike (9/5): For 2 adults and 1 toddler it was just what we needed. A small base with everything we need while we visit family during - All amenities you need were there. Comfortable and good location for going between Nottingham and Mansfield. Close to some great takeaways too. Most days we couldn’t park outside but it’s not far to just park down the road a bit.

Susan (4/5): Cosy place but awful mobile Internet - It was good value for money for a short stay. It was not far to get to interesting places like National Trust - Hardwick Hall and Belton The Internet connection was terrible, it was mobile WiFi and certainly isn't the speed advertised only 1-2 Mpbs! The router wasn't even in the bedroom but in the loft! The property manager seemed annoyed I was disturbing him on 1/1 a bank holiday to locate the router. Well, yes but it was our holiday too and we've spent money on this stay. A family member wanted to work from the property and this was tricky as the Internet was awful. The TV runs off Internet too and kept spinning round and round...it was disappointing as this accommodation was advertised as something it isn't.
nicola (8/5): - The location of the property was very close to shops and pubs We asked if a cot could be supplied as there was an 8 month old baby travelling with us, the cot was supplied but no matresss.
Stephen (8/5): Charming and comfortable - Charming and comfortable. Good facilities Heating downstairs was not as good as upstairs. Double bed too soft for us.
