- Herbert (5/5): Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen - Eingangsbereich an einer ominösen Seitenstrasse war unangenehm. Das gesamte Haus in welchem das Penthouse ist, wirkt ungepflegt. Leider war alles zusammen nicht sehr ansprechend.
- Laura (6/5): Mitigés - Proximité de Gueliz, roof top, personnel gentil Le fait de devoir changer de chambre alors qu’il n’y avait personne, dans une chambre sans placard et sans rideau. Aussi, dans une des chambres il faut se baisser pour aller aux toilettes et rester baissé tout le long. Pas pratique Petit déjeuner sympa mais pas incroyable

- No. 6_The_Prisoner (9/5): Outstanding Hotel with an exceptional staff in a great location. - My wife and spent a week at The Penthouse Marrakech in April and it is everything we hoped for. The location in Guéliz is ideal — we are walking distance from some truly excellent restaurants, and the neighborhood has a wonderful energy. Fayzal and his team take exceptional care of you; the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. We stayed in the Atlas Suite, and it was spacious and had a second room to spread out in. When the weather allows, there's a lovely view of the Atlas Mountains. Breakfast is a highlight — the variety on offer each morning is impressive and sets you up perfectly for a day of exploring. After long days of sightseeing, coming back here to decompress is a genuine pleasure. The rooftop terrace has stunning views over the city and is the perfect spot to wind down in the evening. One honest note: traffic noise can filter through at night, but that is simply Marrakech — it is part of the city's character rather than a reflection of the hotel. We would not hesitate to return. Nothing, it was really pleasant and the only small complaint is the water pressure but that is a city issue not the hotel.

Super emplacement, tout Gueliz autour et la Medina à 20min à pied Toit terrasse superbe Parking gardé juste à côté (en supplément) Environnement très bruyant de circulation. La rue de l'hôtel est coincée entre deux boulevards Les escaliers métalliques pour la terrasse qui sont très très bruyants
- Jane (9/5): - I loved the close walking distance to shopping and the ability to easily get a taxi (although we had our own transportation). However, there was noise at night from local nightclubs. My room was well insulated, but my clients had a room for which they needed earplugs to get to sleep.
- Roswitha (8/5): Thunderstorm over Marrakech - We spent 2 nights in a gorgeous room. At the end of March there were thunderstorms in the evening, the one on the second night that heavy that water came in through the roof. We organized someone who got a bucket - the problem was solved. Faysal wanted to talk with me on the phone and was very concerned, I told him nobody can do anything against the weather conditions. But he offered an Upgrade which we didn't want to take that night; it was already quite late in the evening and we didn't want to change rooms. A week later we stay here again, we told him - an upgrade then would be welcome. He promised us that. When we visited again, there was no upgrade. Ok. But Faysal came in person that evening and renewed his promise, not of an upgrade now, as he was fully booked, but of something special (???). We never got to know what this could have been, as we had to leave the next morning of course. Everything would have been fine if he hadn't insisted on giving us some compensation - when you say something like that, you should act accordingly. In any other respect the accommodation was very good, you just need time to get your breakfast.
- Mathias (10/5): A beautiful centrally located apartment with stunning rooftop views & exceptionally attentive hosts! - A truly beautiful accommodation right in the heart of Marrakech. The apartments are located on the top floor of a private high-rise residential complex, and the rooftop terrace offers impressive views over the entire surroundings. While the building itself is a bit older, the owner has furnished the apartments in such a beautiful and luxurious way that everything comes together perfectly. The owner and his staff are extremely courteous and incredibly friendly. Highly recommended. Due to its very central location, parking nearby can be a bit challenging. It can also be somewhat noisy in the evenings, as there are many bars and clubs on the street outside.

Kuna paar päeva sattusid sellised jahedad olema, siis aitas soojaõhupuhur kõige hullemast üle. Koht ise on väga eriline, kõikide oma küünalde, nikerduste ja võimalikes ja võimatutes kohtades asuvate tubade ja panipaikadega. Parkimine tänaval on paras segadus, ei tea kunagi, kellele peab raha andma. Aga ajapikku sai see ka selgeks.

- Ellen (10/5): Droomplek - Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De kamer was prachtig en het voelde als een luxe plek om tot rust te komen. Het Marokaanse ontbijt was echt ontzettend lekker en uitgebreid. Wat wij ook heel leuk vonden, was dat er twee katten aanwezig waren. Dat gaf mij een gevoel van thuiskomen. Helaas hadden wij enorm pech met het weer tijdens ons bezoek aan Marrakesh, maar het verblijf maakte dat helemaal goed. Het personeel en de eigenaar waren ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Het voelde echt als een droomverblijf en we zouden zonder twijfel weer terugkomen.

Die Lage ist perfekt und zentral. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Faysal ist hervorragend, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

With this money - Safe location, almost Main Street, close to the city and main attractions, nice breakfast and friendly people Main entrance has no sign, a bit weird and dirty around the entrance(need to climb on elevator till the rooftop), hotel staff doesn’t speak English at all so we had difficulty (especially on check-out procedure were late and almost lost our flight), bathroom and the rooms we stayed was in tragic condition - full of mold and dirt, stains on the walls, very heavy smell of Arabic oils and parfume.

- Ramona Elena (10/5): Dream accommodation - We really enjoyed our stay. Their apartment is beautifully designed, with traditional elements. The staff is very attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They prepared the apartment for us before check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, as we had a late-night flight. The breakfast was a feast. If you want to feel like a character from 1000 Arabian Nights, book this accommodation.
