Отдельно большое спасибо службе по связи с клиентами. Я забыла в номере свою куртку, и вспомнила об этом только через неделю) Написала запрос в отель, быстро получила ответ, что куртка была найдена и мне отправили её по Карго в Анталию. Ещё раз огромное спасибо всему персоналу отеля и директору по подбору кадров!

• Jawhar (1/5): It was bad experience I would never repeat it again - Nothing to be honest The hotel was so far from the center of the city and the price is so overrated the facilities inside the hotel was so bad. The breakfast is not as much as expected. Also, the traffic jam voices was so loud. I didn’t feel comfortable there. The walls was so thin there is no voice cancellation and there is no privacy like I can hear the other rooms speaking normally from inside my room

• Abdullah (5/5): - In booking room pictures, there's a picture of direct see view, I booked that room based on that picture, when I came I surprised the room is side view not direct view, and that wasn't mentioned in room details, I asked them to change the room but the receptionist manager rejected.
• Sumaya (8/5): Excellent stay in a boutique hotel with ocean views. - The location and views of the ocean. We stayed in room 302. Has 2 bedrooms each with its own balcony. 301 has ocean front views. We had an early start to our next destination and the hotel staff prepared a beautiful breakfast to cater to our dietary requirements and an hour earlier than their scheduled time. The hotel Restaurant leads onto the beach. The Shower rose was slightly damaged, so water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. Didn’t have time to inform the staff.

• Evgeniy (10/5): Отлично - Что можно сказать отличный отель классный персонал заселили без проблем мы приехали поздно около часа ночи. Паркинг перед отелем первая линия свой ресторан. Завтрак вкусный не шведский стол но достойный и сытный мы были 2 дня он был разным что понравилось. Тихое спокойное место. Пляж начинается сразу же за рестораном но предупрежу сразу пляжная зона не оборудованна но я надеюсь что только пока. Честно говоря вернулся бы еще раз Не оборудованна пляжная зона

• Naseem (1/5): - I only liked the sea view. First of all, they don’t change the towels, they just fold them to make them look new. Second, the room floor is never cleaned. Third, the breakfast is the same every single day with no change. During the last two days of my trip, I got food poisoning, and I have no doubt it was from the potatoes since they never change the oil. Honestly, this hotel is only suitable for 3 days at most. I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad.

• Kamila (7/5): Good - People who are working in the hotel are so polite and do their work well, specially want to say thanks to the people who are workin in the kitchen. There was not many options for the breakfast, but it was very good everyday. Receptionists are also very helpful. The only thing which were disappointing that they are not giving the second key, and asking for extra pay for the second key:) that’s ridiculous. Also, it would be great to have coffee for the breakfast

Photographs were photo-shopped; the Black Sea does not have golden sand. Tea and Coffee making facilities include the provision of Paper Cups ! Imagine, paper cups for your tea / coffee; and you are only provided with 2 cups per day between 2 people. The beach is advertised as private - it is not. The hotel will NOT serve coffee with your breakfast. Breakfast is very much a Middle-Eastern affair; it stops your hunger; it is not enticing. The surrounding area is built-up; it has a very industrial feeling; and is not relaxing.
