• Peter (4/5): Dissapointing and expensive - The property was in easy walking distance to the beach and cafes and restaurants. Not enough towels and bathmats for the number of people booked for- 4 bath towels for 6 people. Stained pillows , mismatched linens on beds, provided towels smell were musty ( 2 new towels and some hand towels and face washers were delivered after we sought help from the office manager- although they had not been laundered.) Messy kitchen setup ( old and mismatched serving and kitchenware), 3/5 stove top elements did not work, rangehood light not working. Dirty inside cupboards,no welcome pack- no dishcloth, paper towel, stained tea-towels. Mould in fridge seals Many lightbulbs missing in bedrooms and lamps and upstairs bathroom(they also had a handyman replace some of the bulbs after we complained) No bins in bathrooms. Ensuite shower leaked. Remote for garage door difficult to use (battery low) and fixed remote control on wall in garage did not work. There was dust and debris under the lounge ( not vacuumed or washed) . The living room rug under the large coffee table was a bathmat!! Very old and mismatched pillows on lounges and beds The ironing board was tiny, less than 1m long and had to be used on a benchtop. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the home considering the amount of money we paid ( and a cleaning fee!!!!) There was no folder with instruction and local amenities - the wifi code was emailed from the letting agent. They need to spend a bit more time and money on updating and repairing the contents of this home.

• Katherine (6/5): Pleasant stay - Location was great, the house was nice and fairly modern. The sheets on the bed were stained, the chairs at the dining table were also dirty and stained and the fridge was not clean.
• Teresa (6/5): Thank you. - Location was fine. Was able to garage the car. Heating was good. Cleanliness (musty smell), sticky floor. No dishwasher tablets. No pegs or washing liquid/powder for washing machine. Antique BBQ needs replacing (rusty plate and grill). No WiFi. For the money we paid we would have expected this.
