Perfect location near the beach Short way to a Bus station to reach Heraklion center or Airport: direct line. Clean, comfortable. Nothing to say there.

Iam gonna leave soon but will definitely comeback . Iam sure I will miss this place and the people and food . 1000% recommended. There's nothing that i dislike , I really loved the place , the hotel the kindness of the hotel owner , , the best holiday of my life . Магазины, таверны, прачечная, прокат автомобилей - все рядом. Новые, удобные апартаменты с двумя спальнями. Есть все для комфортного проживания - автостоянка, хорошее, новое белье, телевизор, интернет, холодильник, кофемашина. Персонал очень внимательный, заботливый и приветливый, откликается на все просьбы, обеспечивает всем необходимым. Огромное спасибо! Все было великолепно!
• Gerard (7/5): Wij hebben leuke dagen gehad maar niet bij de accommodatie . - Was schoon en een mooie studio Was niet af . Geen strandbeden , niets te eten of te drinken. Dus moesten we verderop een geschikte locatie zoeken.
• Hauke (9/5): - Super moderne Zimmer direkt am Meer. Wahrscheinlich erst 2025 gebaut. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe von Bars, Supermärkten und der Bushaltestelle nach Heraklion. Total nette Vermieter.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Molto buono - Posozione ottima per il mare, pulizia approfondita ed essential completi. Appartamenti di recente costruzione o ristrutturazione quindi in condizioni eccellenti. Carino il contorno del quartiere, ma per la vita notturna bisogna spostarsi in città.
• Alina Petronela (10/5): Maria, Stella and their father were very nice and friendly. Congratulations on your family business! - The location is very close to the airport. The apartment is new and packed with everything you need: washing machine, clean bedsheets, new furniture, coffee maker, free wifi. It is close to the wide beach, with a surprisingly fine sand. the host and staff were very friendly, welcoming and made sure we had a good stay here. The food was great, a variety of dishes to choose from. There is a supermarket nearby, next to the bus station and the pickup bus you can take for excursions. Loved it here and wish to visit this place as often as possible!

• Steph (8/5): Chambre agréable mais communication floue - Chambre spacieuse, propre et neuve, bien située à proximité de la plage, avec parking pratique. Nous avons été déçus par le manque de clarté dans la description et la communication. Le matin même, on nous a informé que la chambre initiale n’était pas disponible, avec la promesse d’un “upgrade” que nous n’avons pas vraiment constaté. À notre arrivée, aucun accueil sur place et le restaurant ainsi que les transats de plage étaient fermés, donnant une impression de fin de saison que nous n’avons pas rencontré dans d’autres endroits de l’île même à fin octobre, Nous aurions apprécié avoir ces précisions et une information plus transparente en amont.

• Madalina (10/5): A relaxing escape with warm hospitality and a touch of Cretan charm. - The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to charming local tavernas. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful terrace area and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Everything was perfect.

Küche, Waschmaschine , Smart TV.s (2x) Klimaanlage , Lage, Bett mega Bequem Herd mit Ofen , Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank , große moderne Dusche mit Regendusche , alles neuwertig (Neubau, daher bei Google Maps noch nicht zu sehen) Super nah am Strand (2 Gehminuten ) Liegen kostenlos Taverne Lotus selbe Besitzer Essen günstig und hervorragend sehr zentral in Ammoudara gelegen Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vermieter & Angestellte Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit Alles war super !!!!

• Julian (9/5): Wer ein modernes, sauberes und ruhiges Apartment sucht, ist hier genau richtig! - Die Lage/Entfernung zum Strand war phänomenal super, wir konnten ganz einfach in Badelatschen das Apartment Richtung Strand verlassen. Das angebundene Restaurant war ebenfalls spitze! Und ein Supermarkt war auch direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche war modern und sauber, das Bad auch. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage. Die Umgebungsgeräusche von der Hauptstraße waren kaum hörbar, wir konnten ruhig schlafen.

There was an iron, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. The hosts were very helpful and warm people. They also own a beach restaurant – the food there was delicious, the staff very attentive, and the prices really good.

• Aleksandr (10/5): One of the best places we have stayed with definitely the best HOST ever! - The Lotus Serenity Executive Suite we stayed, was an excellent choice. First and the most important reason we enjoyed our holidays was the host. Mary and Stella with their family was one of the best hosts we have ever seen, very supportive, caring and warm. Just always near to help you with anything. The suite had a separate bedroom and a studio with kitchen, and the washing machine! All the facilities and amenities were just what we needed, as we were on holidays with kids. The beach with the location, sand, sun beds and very nice umbrellas are just what's needed for the sea holidays. Lotos restaurant owned by them is one of the best places to dine during every time of the day! Car rentals, restaurants, shops, kiosks, everything you could need is of a walking distance. We highly recommend the Lotos Serenity suites to everyone interested in perfect holiday!
• Haitham (9/5): Excellent property. Clean and spacious with air conditioning. - It’s right on the beach, literally 1 min walk. It’s clean, spacious, all amenities are close by, car rentals, restaurants, shops, kiosks, everything you think of is of a walking distance. The beach is excellent with sun beds and nice palm-tree-like umbrellas and shades. A family owned business with great service and friendly help. Nothing. Only the fact of having only one bathroom.
• Dean (8/5): 10/10 would definitely recommend it to a couple/ small family - The room itself was very clean and had a very modern feel to it. The A/C was certainly a nice addition. Smell of the drains which i understand isn’t controlled by the staff.
• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Close to grocery and dining. New construction. Everything is new and nice. Staff is helpful. Beach is nice, and guests get complimentary use of beach chairs and shade. We were greeted with Raki and Olives a nice touch. The apartment is right on the main street. That makes it both noisy and ~100 meters walk to the beach. From the description, i was expecting it to be closer to the beach. It was really hard to find- google took us to a property 2 streets away. When we got the right property, there was no indication of where to check in. A second key would be appreciated. Feels like the owners are new to the rental business and still finding their way. There were no checkout instructions (where to leave the key).
