Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Gastgeber Grégory: Er ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt mit einer natürlichen Herzlichkeit dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das Beste war jedoch der Service: Uns wurde buchstäblich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft noch großgeschrieben wird. Die Atmosphäre ist einmalig. Es gab nix.

Davvero una chicca. La colazione con cibo locale fa iniziare molto bene la giornata.

Auke (8/5): Prima rustig verblijf en goede uitvalsbasis in Normandië te ontdekken - Heldere communicatie en ruime cottage Je hoort de snelweg vrij goed. Wij sliepen op een bovenverdieping. Hierdoor was de buitenruimte gevoelsmatig in de tuin van de benedenwoning. Dat is wat verwarrend.

Klaus (9/5): Atmosphärisch stimmiges Ambiente einer alten Mühle und ein sehr guter Gastgeber. - Das Frühstück bestand aus einem typischen französischem Frühstück: Baguettes, Croissants, Marmelade, Nuss-Nougat-Creme, Joghurts - alles sehr frisch und lecker. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig ausgelegt und umfasste auch einen Billardtisch. Grégory, der Gastgeber, ist ein echter Gastgeber und Gentleman. Immer um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, offen für Gespräche und eine gute Quelle in Bezug auf Attraktionen der Region. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in zwei Gebäuden, die früher eine Mühle gewesen sind. Von außen wirken das großzügige Gelände und die Gebäude entsprechen rustikal, entsprechen aber von außen voll dem Baustil der Gegend, wie er im vorletzten Jahrhundert vorgeherrscht haben muss. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Problemlos können von der Ausstattung und von den Tischen her 10 Personen bequem ihre Mahlzeit gemeinsam einnehmen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz und großflächige Wiesen, einen Pool(für schwimmfähige Kinder), eine Tischtennisplatte. Wer will, kann auch Boule spielen. Für Autos gibt es genügend Außenparkplätze auf dem Gelände direkt an den Wohnungen. Das Anwesen ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden ist: Daher gut die Wegbeschreibung am Ende beachten. Kaum etwas hat missfallen. Was folgt, sind keine echten Mängel. Vielleicht könnte der Duschkopf in einer der beiden Duschen wieder fixiert werden oder die Matratze im Doppelbett erneuert werden. Im Winter könnte der mittlere Teil der Wohnung kühl und in einem heißen Sommer sehr warm werden, weil es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung (Le Héron) handelt. Im Sommer kann man aber vor der Wohnung an einem schattigen Tisch sitzen.
