Il nostro appartamento, seppur piccolino, era molto confortevole e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie. La pulizia merita una menzione speciale: l'appartamento veniva pulita ogni giorno e ci venivano forniti asciugamani puliti. Ci sono 2/3 gattini che girano nel giardino che fanno assolutamente compagnia 😅

• Federica (8/5): Amazing Ftelia - Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, con una splendida vista sulla baia di Ftelia. Incantevole la terrazza. Abbiamo estremamente apprezzato la posizione in zona rurale, lontana dalla confusione. Buon servizio di pulizie giornaliere. Proprietari cortesi e discreti. È necessaria una manutenzione più accurata: l'interno dei pensili in legno della cucina aveva un vago odore di muffa, una delle due piastre per cucinare non era funzionante. Con qualche accortezza in più, magari sostituendo gli infissi in pvc con qualcosa di esteticamente più gradevole e rinnovando un po' gli arredi, potrebbe diventare un gioiello.

La posizione è molto tranquilla con vista mare. 10 min dal centro e da alcune spiagge. La proprietaria è una Signora molto disponibile e simpatica. ❤️Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

• Cecilia (9/5): Soggiorno tranquillo in un appartamento molto curato e pulito - Zona panoramica bellissima, fuori dal caos di Mykonos. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Ftelia, circa 15 minuti dall’aeroporto. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento accogliente, pulito, ci sistemavano e pulivano la camera quotidianamente. La consigliamo! Nulla.

• Ulises (9/5): Hermoso lugar para hospedarse en Mykonos - Gran opción para hospedarte en Mykonos sin dudarlo. Una mezcla de paz, vistas y viento 🤣 estaba todo impecable, muy limpio y con grandes comodidades. La anfitriona siempre se mostró muy predispuesta y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Repetiríamos 100% Por un lado el camino para llegar es un poco complicado si no estás seguro conduciendo, pero nada que no pueda afrontarse. Por otra parte, simplemente para mejorar, tiene una terraza maravillosa, que lamentablemente no se puede disfrutar porque es descubierta y da el viento 100% de frente. Quizás a futuro se podría evaluar cerrarla de alguna forma, para poder disfrutar ese espacio con sus hermosas vistas

Ottima posizione per visitare tutta l'isola. Purtroppo l'angolo cottura non è un angolo cottura, ma un lavandino affiancato da un fornello elettrico. Difficilissimo poter cucinare anche un semplice piatto di spaghetti. Il bagno è minuscolo e (particolare per me insopportabile) la doccia ha un'instabile tenda. Colpa mia, certo, perché non ho notato, al momento della prenotazione, che non comparivano le foto del bagno. A fronte del prezzo pagato, tuttavia, mi sarei aspettato una maggior cura nei dettagli.

Θέλω να δώσω ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην εξυπηρέτηση, η οποία ήταν πραγματικά άψογη. Η κυρία Σταυρούλλα ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

The room was very spacey with one double bed and one single bed- very comfortable both. The bathroom was very clean - shampoo and shower gel were provided. We had a 7 month old with us and they provided a park bed which was very convenient. They cleaned the room every day and during our 4 days stay they changed the towels twice. Everything was immaculate

Wi-fi working properly, two AC units, daily hoiuse cleaning. Good value for money. A bit remote, car is a must if you want to go anywhere or buy any supplies.

• Kim (5/5): Very remote property with a nice sea view - you NEED a car - If you do not have a car, this property is not for you. It is remote and a far walk to any restaurant or market. The view of the sea is nice. The location was "so remote" and when you arrive on a ferry - no one wants to take you 3.2 km to the property and the fake taxis want to charge you 70-100 euros to go there. One "taxi" driver said he would drop the price to 60 euros if he had another fare which we agreed upon. While we waited I rented a car at the airport which was not far and he still charged us 60 euros - SCAMMERS! If you stay here - you NEED a car as going anywhere is a FAR walk up hills on narrow roads with crazy drivers. The property is dated and tired. The hostess is kind but speaks no English, only Greek. The beds were not comfortable, we had one small window in the room and a window in the tiny galley kitchen that came with an electric kettle and cups, plates and silverware. There is a tiny refrigerator in the room. The AC was broken the first night which they replaced with a new unit the next day🧐 The photos they show are nothing like what your accommodations will be. Ftelia Beach, which is walking distance, is dirty and full of trash which was disappointing too.

• Melinda (10/5): Cozy, calm stay with warm-hearted owner in nice location. - As a solo traveller I’ve booked a sea view studio apartment, wich was above my expectations, the view was fascinating, it was comfortable, always tidy with a confortable bed and a high-pressure shower. I can’t find words to describe the kindness of the owner, she is always there where she is needed, she arrange things and give hands wherever she can. Should every owner be as kind as she. Thank you for everything. On foot you can reach the beach (15min) but for all other things you will need to rent a car. But it’s well worth, you don’t want to stay in one place, you want to explore the whole island, believe me! -

You are surrounded by peaceful farmland and yet you are staying in a serviced apartment, super clean with holiday-home smart styling. The garden is beautiful and the outdoor space is lovely for relaxing. Ftelia is a large bay in the north of the island and dotted around it are apartments and villas. It's quiet and peaceful and in May, the breeze is scented with the herbs of the mountainside. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes. Our host was amazing, being really responsive with advice and help and (I also noticed) respecting nearby guests' wishes to be more private while we wanted to interact more. You are ten minutes from the bus between Ano Mera and Old Port so this is a great opportunity to leave private vehicles behind. Nothing to improve.

• Olga (7/5): Lovely apartment but you MUST have a car - The room was really nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the beach and an outside area to have breakfast. Unless you have a car or scooter the location is awful. The closest bus stop is 30 mins away and the road is uphill and with no lights which is dangerous at night. Other methods of transport aren’t good as taxis will ask for at least €40 regardless of how short the trip is. The owner will arrange transport for you but she will ask fo €20 each way.

The bathroom was small and the shower a little tricky to navigate but all in all, we had a great time here and I would definitely stay here again.

The lady who owns the place has been beyond kind, organising everything for us, from transport to meals as we didn’t have a car. We felt welcome in the family, we’ll definitely be back!

We found Anomera Square where there are restaurants and shops and also off of the beach was a lovely restaurant called Pantheon with great views over the bay. For this location you really need a car as it's about a 30 minute walk to the local bakery / bus stop and a lot is uphill. An information pack would be helpful to point out local amenities etc.
