- Roberts (8/5): Good stay, outdoor area great for small dog. -
- Rhonda Margetson (9/5): - The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would certainly come back. Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Spacious, clean and a double car garage for parking. - Spacious, clean and a double car garage for parking. Location was great for us, but wasn't that close to the CBD.

- Wan (4/5): I don't think there are any cleaners maintaining this house. Even the landlord hasn't done anything. I suggest a - Quite, hot water good, It's very convenient to get things from the garage. This is definitely the dirtiest accommodation I've ever stayed in. The white tiles in the toilet clearly show the black footprints of other guests. The rest of the house has dark floors, so it's hard to tell if they've been cleaned. The dining table is covered with an old Chinese bedsheet as a tablecloth, which is still very dirty with many stains on it. I don't know if it has been cleaned. The bedding is old, and looks like yellow dirt on top, and two purple of the cushions on the sofa are obviously old with obvious stains on the back. There was a dead spider in the drawer where the tableware is kept. Did no one check before the guests checked in? All the furniture and pictures in the living room are different. I reasonably think that the pictures are just design drawings, and in fact, all the old furniture is placed inside, especially the sofa. If I knew it was a leather sofa, I wouldn't have rented this room at all because I was traveling with a cat and I was worried that he would scratch the sofa. The single sofa in the picture doesn't exist. The TV is old and the air conditioner doesn't work well. It kept blowing cold air at first and only got a little warmer after about 45 minutes. The WiFi can be connected, but it shows no network connection every half an hour. You need to disconnect and reconnect the WiFi. The most important thing is that I couldn't contact the landlord. Neither phone calls nor text messages were answered. No one replied to me until I left still no reply. I don't think this house is worth $185 for accommodation. It's better to stay in a campsite.
- Agne (1/5): It doesnt look like in the photos - The property is completely different than in the photos, everything is photoshopped. However after talking to the Booking.com team, who were very helpful, and the owner, i’ve got a full refund. Everything in the photos is incorrect, all furniture is different. It doesnt look as fancy, noce and clean as pictured. We arrived for 2 nights but could not stay the second as it was not a nice place to stay in. It was definitely not worth the money
- Liam (9/5): Nice(if basic) apartment in a fantastic location - Fantastic location a short drive or tram to the city and walking distance to O'Connor shops with the pub, IGA, pharmacy etc. The apartment was modern and comfortable and came at a good price. The double garage was useful although out of action for two of the four days due to work on the shared driveway. The yard was enclosed and enough space for our small dog to snuff around and do her business, as advertised. Had everything you needed but not much else. TV was too old to cast onto and set top box only picked up terrestrial broadcast networks, don't think there was an ironing board, etc. No massive complaints, I suspect since it was a new listing they are still in the process of fitting it out.
- Nhan (7/5): Strongly recommend for short stay - the location is close to the city. A quite place, it's good for family time. still using the very old version of TV. had issue with the property keys code when check in, but everything else is good
