Tony (8/5): Beautiful , recharging, retreat, communication tepid - Beautiful, right near the beach. New property. Parking situation was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Energy in the home feels warm and nice. Tasteful decor and charging ports strewn throughout the house. Beach equipment ready for use. Clear instructions for house use. Neighborhood is safe . The property was well thought out,. The kitchen was a bit cluttered, the fridge water filter was expired The towels were sort of thrown in the closet upon arrival . The air conditioning was set to a certain temperature on the beach in October . It was cold and when changing the thermostat , it would just go back To the main temp in a few hours. There was an issue with payment , I booked and then was told there was a additional cleaning fee to pay the property directly. We worked it out , but it was frustrating . Wasn’t quick, wasn’t welcoming. I was told via the phone that “it wasn’t worth it for them to accept the reservation without the cleaning fee attached” which was a mistake whether on booking or affiliates part. It was $250 extra. It was October in Mantoloking a beach town. None of the restaurants or stores were open, aside from Wawa. You would think you would love to be able to host anyone when there isn’t the luster of the town other than the beach.
