• Zajíček (10/5): - Vše naprosto čisté. Dalo by se jíst i z podlahy. Paní Anna Marie, se snaží, abyste si připadali jako doma. A dost se jí to daří. Je potřeba pečlivě číst informace, které Vám poskytuje k check-inu. Jinak se Vám stane, jako mě ,že nezavřete branku, a v tu chvíli se brána pro auto prostě neotevře. Jinak naprostý luxus, téměř v centru Vídně, v novém, nebo možná nově rekonstruovaném domě. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. I takové detaily, jako každý den doplněná kapsle na kávu, zdarma. Pokud se někdy budeme do Vídně vracet, chci určitě bydlet tady.

• Minmo (10/5): A Modern and Peaceful Retreat - This is a newly built, impeccably clean house located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and maintained in excellent condition. Additionally, the parking situation was very convenient, providing a stress-free experience for those traveling with a vehicle. It truly felt like a refreshing and comfortable place to stay. The property is located a bit far from the city center, so commuting back and forth does take some time. It is important to note that the fastest public transportation options stop running late at night. I highly recommend checking the schedule for the last bus if you plan on staying out late in the city to ensure you can return smoothly.
• Jun (9/5): Great - 清潔で綺麗なお部屋。コーヒーやお茶なども提供してくれました。小さい冷蔵庫もありよかった。 良くない点は特にないですが、強いて言えば洗濯機があれば最高でした。
• Anna (9/5): Would recommend ☺️ - Very comfy, place to park, super friendly communication, quiet/away from noisy streets, clean room and facilities. It felt a bit weird that I'm order to go from bedroom to bathroom, you pass through the entryway/hallway where apparently the owners pass through as well on their way in and out. It didn't happen during our stay and didn't bother us much, but a weird feeling nonetheless, especially when on the way to shower.

WC am Gang gegenüber - aber auf den Fotos/Beschreibung ersichtlich, daher auch kein relevantes Problem (keine Berücksichtigung in der Bewertung an sich)

• Adriana (10/5): Cosy and clean - Everything was very clean and comfortable Maybe it would be helpful for tourists that stay longer to have a small fridge. But otherwise everything is perfect.

• Lazar (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very clean and comfortable, a great choice if you want to stay in a more quiet part of Vienna. The host was very nice and welcoming. The location is a bit far from the city center but you have a bus station very close by, so it was no problem to us. The private parking was great since we drove by car. I recommend this place!
• Katarina (9/5): Superb - It was really clean and new, we has our own parking space which was important to us We had one accident about checking in and they fixed it as soon as possible but still we didn’t need it because we were tired, so that is the reason for rating it 9, but I believe it wont happen again so if you’re thinking to book it you should do it :)

• Lore_e (10/5): One night stay - The room is very clean and new. They have a spot outside, in the garden, where you can eat or have a drink, it was nice and relaxing. The pillows are very large and very soft, for us they were uncomfortable. The walls are thin so we heard noise from other rooms.
