• Krzemińska (9/5): Generally a very good stay, definitely recomend - Property was spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Two bedrooms heading to the main street but the noose was unexpectedly low. Internet was often disconnecting, a manual to switch on the TV would be useful

• Joaquin (8/5): Good flat, could be better with small details - Great location in Sopot. The flat is located in the main pedestrian street but still is quiet. It is very spacious and it is as the pictures. If you are coming from the main pedestrian street there could be a closed gate. We were lucky that someone from the restaurant let us in at around 9 pm. Some pictures with the check in instructions would be also helpful. Wifi is not covering all the apartment. For toddlers (1-2) is not optimal as there are some stairs (after the main entrance to the flat) without any door/protection. There are a lot of sockets reachable and some are falling out from the walls. I never have seen such a waste of space with huge empty closets. Some bed clothing replacement, extra covers or kitchen towels would be great. l have the impression that hosts/property managers have never been at the place

• Louise kirk (8/5): - Beliggenheder er perfekt. Lejligheden er ejeren og pæn. Vi anmodede om at få adgang lidt tidligere men fik aldrig noget svar. Da klokken blev tre havde vi stadig ikke modtaget nøglekortene og måtte ringe og få den. Værtinden (?) lød nærmest sur og fortalte at hun havde sendt den, men på trods af gennemgang af alle mails og beskeder kunne vi konstatere at det havde vi ikke. Men det lykkedes os heldigvis at kunne ringe og alt blev godt
• Gausdal (4/5): Poor customer service, but nice location and big apartment - Location was very good and the apartment was big. The radiators was blasting with full force, and due to the heat in the bedrooms (28 degrees) we could not sleep much during our stay. We messaged booking.com who contacted the owners several times, but they said they could not turn down the heating. When asking for a reduction in price due to no sleep during our stay, but they stopped responding to my messages. At the very least, we would expect a response after contacting them several times after our stay.

• Alina (10/5): Great stay, 100 recomended. Only suggest to agree on details at least a day before planned visit. We had situation landl - Comfy, clean, great location, all what is needed. Clean, a lot of space, good and quality kitchen, room in different sides, so for two families with a kids perfect fit.
