The room booked and confirmed by Booking.com did not match the one I got when I checked in. The owner never informed me via email or in person that the room next to mine had a loud dog barming late at night and early in the morning. Overpriced for what you get. Price of a 3 star hotel but it is just a cute B&B with noisy and old beds.

• fariba (6/5): We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Verona ondanks enkele minpunten. - Zeer goede locatie. Het gebouw was van binnen netjes. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Verona en waardeerden dat het bed dagelijks werd opgemaakt. Wel viel ons op dat het beddengoed tijdens ons verblijf van acht nachten niet werd verschoond en we slechts twee keer schone handdoeken hebben gekregen. Voor een langer verblijf zouden we iets meer aandacht voor het verschonen van beddengoed en handdoeken op prijs stellen. Wij werden in de vroege ochtend vaak gestoord door geluid van andere gasten tijdens het ontbijt.

Struttura consigliatissima, posizione molto vicina al centro (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, ma anche ben servita dai bus urbani), spazi puliti e curati, accoglienza molto disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super!
• Grelle (9/5): Vincente soluzione! - Posizione strategica, raggiungibile con bus dalla stazione con soluzione fermata-fermata. Gentilezza e simpatia di Laura, unite alla porta che da' sul retro in via Bixio che, dopo una piacevole passeggiata tra case in stile liberti, ti ritrovi già al centro. Duomo, Santa Anastasia, Ponte di Pietra, Casa di Giulietta, oppure in oltre Adige, con il belvedere di San Pietro e il teatro Romano. La struttura è sicuramente da consigliare, come la colazione dalla vicina pasticceria "Dal Fior".

Buena insonorización que te permite dormir ya que la calle es de mucho tráfico. Que no tiene estacionamiento si vas con un vehículo ni parking cerca. Además es una zona de estacionamiento limitado pero donde la policía de Verona no es muy exigente. Las camas necesitan una renovación.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Fleur Blanche was perfect for our 3 day stay in Verona. Laura made us feel very welcome and provided us with a map and suggestions for dinner. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our room was a good size with its own lovely bathroom. The kitchen is available to make a light meal and coffee. It's about a 10 minute walk to the river and historical centre. It's best to get a taxi or a bus from the train station but once you are at the apartment everything you need is close by. Don't miss the sunset at the Castel San Pietro and diner at one of the small restaurants along the river near ponto pietro.

• Grigorislz (10/5): April stay - Very cozy room, a small walk from the historic centre and the neighborhood around it was beautiful within walking distance to a fantastic pasticceria,, rooms are a part of a flat but each room has a private shower, there is a shared kitchen with access to a fridge. Everything seemed brand new and linen and towels were sparkling clean. Our host provided us with a map and some details about the city and was really communicative. All in all, excellent short stay.
• Psarianos (9/5): Superb - The property was located in the good neighborhood of Verona and is quite close to the old city and the main sites. There also several nice places to eat nearby, both restaurants and pasticcerias for coffee and breakfast. The room was very clean, with a nice view from the window and enough space for us. The host was exceptionally nice and polite. She gave us suggestions on what to visit in the city, she offered breakfast even if it is was not included in the room offer and she was accessible to support us.
• Mui (4/5): Overall, it's not a nice experience. - The hotel is quite near the city center which is within walking distance about 15 minutes The toilet was clean The carpet in front of the bed was dirty. I stayed two nights there. The owner had not shown up, only the female staff (wearing the glasses) there when I check-in. I asked her how to go to the city center. She told me go downstairs, turn left, and left and again left. She misleading me, the road turn right is faster and more comfortable with trees and shops along the road. I had not seen the female staff again when I stayed there. Also, when I went back the hotel on the first day, it was very dark inside, I had to search the switch to turn on the light in order to enter my room. There is a small room for breakfast but I had not seen anyone there in the morning. The sitting room (situated with the reception / check-in desk) was always dark and I don't like the atmosphere of the place. Moreover, I paid euro 312 for two nights which is expensive (not worth to) for such place and services.

• Matthew (7/5): A decent stay in a good location to the old town. - Nice apartment building with a bit of character, old style manual door lifts. Nice reception hall, and the owner Laura was a charming lady. My room was slightly noisy. The shutters didn’t keep all the street noise out.
• Danzig (3/5): Not as advertised - We really didn't like it at all. It seemed adequately clean... We felt that the advertised accomodation was very different from what we got. This led to uncomfortable situations and much disappointment on our part. The place is not a hotel but rather an apartment that was divided into 3-4 rooms. The reception which is just the entrance to the apartment is most of the time very dark and empty. It said that there would be a fridge in the room but there wasn't. Instead there was a small mini bar, public one in the dining room which was very full already . Hardly no room there...this was unacceptable to us. Also the public area with the fridge was not even offered for our use, we were only shown it when we complained that we were assured a fridge in the ad. The doors, being normal doors of an apartment, were very thin providing no privacy at all. The room only included a bed and closet and all the pictures shown of a living area with sofas etc are from the public/dark reception area. The breakfast was not included in the price (although it was insinuated in the booking ad that it was) and if you want one you need to say in advance as the owner makes it specifically for you. Never been in a hotel like that. The location is also not amazing...around 20 minutes from the city centre which was more than was advertised. When we complained (on the first morning of our stay) that things were not as advertised and we want to move to a real hotel we were told that there was nothing to do so since we already paid for a couple of days we had to stay. Mainly we felt cheated and that gave us a bad feeling during our stay. The host was not polite or sympathetic to our distress and it added to the feeling of being taken advantage of. If you are looking for a hotel experience this is definitely not the place to go...we were also very surprised since this place had a high score on booking and we expected a much higher level of accomodation.

The hotel's location is not super central but is perfect for reaching the historical center by a short walk and well connected to the train station.

Never heard any other guests. The hostess was awesome. She greeted us upon arrival, told us where to go, and came in early to make us coffee before we left for the day. Since we had to leave at 3:50am to catch our flight, it would have been nice to have in-room coffee pot but the host also made us coffee very early on days prior to our flight.

• Kyriakos (10/5): Felt like home - Everything at Fleur Blanche was amazing! At the arrival Laura is there to welcome you with her smile and give you all the info you need for your stay at Verona . The house is a classical apartment with nice antique furniture. Our room was clean and comfortable , nice mattress and a beautiful view from the window . The bathroom also very clean even though it was shared . There’s a back door when you can go out of the building and walk through a nice and quiet street to get to the historical centre in 10 minutes by walking. There’s also the choice to have breakfast . We didn’t book it but I’m sure that it would be great .Overall all you have the feeling that you go to a place that is owned by friends!! Nothing bad!
