• Mike on Hols (8/5): Stylish apparment for family getaway - Fabulous apartment, ideally located for exploring Mooloolaba and the surrounding area. Spacious, lovely decor and well equipped. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants and just 5 mins walk from Mooloolaba beach. Very much outside of the Host's control, but it was noisy at times from early morning due to construction work ongoing close by.
• MOHAMMED (10/5): Perfect holiday unit - Easy and fast communication. The unit was clean and has everything we needed. The location is great close to shops and beach. Mattress was so soft. Stairs. No AC in bedrooms.

• Laura (10/5): Clean and tidy and close to everything in town! - Close to every thing in Mooloolaba! Clean and tidy! Needed a plastic drainer under the dish rack to preserve the wooden bench and afew pizza trays would have been helpful! Very minor suggestion!
• Lynn (9/5): We will be back. - The location was great, close to beach and restaurants. It was updated , nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom even had rails to hang all the towels😊. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again! A little bit noisy at night, but once the you closed the doors it was ok. But that’s what you get when you are close to the action.
• Paula (9/5): Adam is a great host communication is 10/10 - Lovely spacious apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location just a short walk to the wharf which has some great restaurants. Will definitely stay again on our return to Mooloolaba.

The boy racers are indeed a major problem. A pity the Police can’t sort them out. It has nothing to do to do with the property as it wouldn’t matter where you were staying, you would still hear them.

• Alexandra (10/5): We had a fantastic holiday, loved the area and would definitely stay here again - We loved the central location with easy walking distance to the main eating areas, restaurants, the beach and the shopping areas. Very easy to find and the accommodation was spacious, very comfortable & modern. We had everything we needed & would definitely love to stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent, very prompt & we appreciated the link with suggestions about the area & the local food scene. Only that we couldn’t stay for longer!
• Emily (9/5): Has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. - An extremely short walk to the middle of the esplanade which was perfect for us! Beautiful place with two balconies. A complimentary toothbrush and a shave kit were provided if needed which was honestly a life and money saver! Very comfortable, BIG bed, surprisingly comfortable pillows and a nice sized shower. Also love the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. The stairs to enter and exit but exercise for all the food we ate 😅 and it was a little confusing to find the outdoor big bins.

Comfortable beds and great water pressure Great location only a short walk to the beach. Cafes and shops at your door step.

THERE WAS NO LIFT, & we had to drag luggage, etc up 4 flights of stairs. There was no information in the booking.com site that there was not a lift. We are in our 70's & would not have booked it if we had known there was no lift. Also the garage door catch was damaged, as a result the door was very difficult to open.

• Daniel (9/5): Schöne Wohnung. Haustürschloss braucht Reparatur - Sehr saubere und schön renovierte Wohnung. Es hat alles was man braucht; die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappt gut. Sehr bequeme Betten und gute Dusche. Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden, ebenso Geschirrspülmaschine. Gut isolierte Fenster. Leider was das Schloss zur Haustüre defekt, so dass diese dauernd offen stand. Wir haben uns nicht 100% sicher gefühlt.

• Bruce (10/5): - Firstly great location if you want to be in the centre of Mooloolaba and of course the noise factor is part of that. Having said that I slept uninterrupted and my wife was only woken a few times in our 12 day stay. Great living space for a couple or family with everything we needed. We didn’t have a car but the public transport system is very good (and so cheap!) so we didn’t miss it. Plus the coffee shop next door was excellent! We would definitely recommend and will stay again if available

• Kinsley (9/5): Home away from home - The Block is in an excellent location with cafes just across the street, and a short stroll to Coles or the beach. The unit was spotlessly clean, tastefully refurbished, and had everything we needed. It didn’t feel like a hotel - it felt like a home away from home. The lack of elevator in the complex was a bit tricky with a baby and a pram, so we left the pram in the garage. Just something for other travelling parents or people of less mobility to be mindful of when booking. The road noise from Brisbane Road was immense. I’d love some window treatments like noise reduction if possible. The revving of engines and motorcycles as people hooned past or raced from the lights woke us several times each night.
