• Campos (1/5): Didn’t stay the property was not clean from previews guest - Nothing it wasn’t ready at the time of the check in apparently previews guest didn’t check out on time there Waze one guy starting to clean the place but it was so dirty it was to much of a job for only one person there Waze even dog poop on the floor the kitchen all of the equipment was absolutely dirty I went to eat something came back and the place was still not ready and had along way to go… the guy that was cleaning told me who ever was e charge told him to gave me the key, I took the key gave it to the guy in the reception of the building told him I was not going to stay because I have no time to waste on my vacation so I had to rent a hotel pay for it…. They didn’t gave me my money back!!! I would advice not to book this please Absolutely nothing avoid this place at all cost

• Andrew (8/5): Great location around the corner from Harrods - Great location and spacious. There was 24 hour door people who were polite, helpful and professional. Renovation works with lift taking place. Only found out about it when checked in.

• Sian (1/5): Bad - We couldn't stay as there were no curtains, it was dirty and upstairs was a building site with a couple of open windows. Dirty, unfinished and we couldn't stay as there were no curtains and no privacy.

The place is not worthy of any positive words It is not a habitable apartment. Health risk. Not safe. Dirty. No curtains. Dirty floors. Not fit for purpose. Should not be allowed on any booking site.
