• Agata (8/5): Nice place to spend time with family - We don't have WiFi all first day because is Internet problem in all bulding, but is sorted out next morning Location is excellent, close to main square and just 8 min to Wawel, lots of shops around, kitchen good with all what we needed, comfortable beds just little wobbly chairs be careful. Rest is perfect, we definitely come back xx

• Tom (8/5): - Het ontbijt en locatie waren goed. De afhandeling van de sleutels en contact met de host was zeer goed. De uitleg gegeven voor inchecken en bestelling ontbijt was zeker in orde. Gemakkelijk ontbijt reserveren via Whatsapp en dit werd tot aan de deur bezorgd de volgende ochtend. De locatie heeft geen lift en het appartement is op de bovenste verdieping. Dit was na een lange dag stappen soms er net te veel aan. Personen met fysieke beperkingen kunnen dit appartement best niet boeken.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Buona anche la pulizia. La colazione, consegnata in camera da catering, lascia un po' a desiderare. L'ultimo giorno siamo rimasti senza té e caffè
• Artur (6/5): - Jak już jesteś w środku, to może być... Jest OK. Ale należy być gotowym na 4 piętro (bardzo wysokie) bez windy. Recepcja jest daleko. Pełna bezmyślna automatyzacja korespondencji. Konsekwentne oferowanie parkingu podczas, gdy jest on niedostępny. Od momentu rezerwacji był zajęty. Tymczasem w korespondencji padają propozycje miejsc. W recepcji w dość obcesowy sposób pada informacja: to jest automatyczne. Smutek z tym automatyzowaniem wszystkiego. Najgorsze zaś było to, że wyłączono ogrzewanie... Po kilku ciepłych dniach przyszły ujemne temperatury i pokój na poddaszu był lodówką! Nikomu nie chciało się przyjść i włączyć. Nie było instrukcji. Udało nam się włączyć, ale do rana się nie nagrzało pomieszczenie. Wydaje mi się to też problem z automatyzacją. Tyle, że AI nie pomyślało i nie poszło włączyć.

• Vahur (9/5): Väga viisakas koht hea asukohaga kesklinnas, tuleksin kindlasti veel! - Hommikusöök oli väga mugavalt lahendatud, söögipakid ukse taga! Piisavalt lai valikuvõimalus ka, mida hommikuks tellida! Korter oli väga puhas ja avar! Internet ei töötanud need 2 päeva, mil perega seal olime. Broneerimisel ei osanud lugeda, et korter asub kõrgel 4. korrusel. Mitte, et see meie pere jaoks oleks suur probleem olnud.

The Wifi was really bad most of the time, plus there was sewage smell in the bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor so be prepared for steps.

• MARIKA (8/5): Decent and as promised. - Breakfast was decent. It was delivered to our room in time every morning. There was no elevator which made our "climb" to the 4rth floor in which our room was located a very unpleasant adventure!
• Robert Schellner (7/5): Lage sehr gut. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Straßenbahnstation direkt vor der Haustür. Es war möglich ein Frühstück zu buchen, das termingerecht vor das Apartment geliefert wurde. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man die Straßenbahn relativ laut wahrgenommen. Die Sessel im Apartment sind ein wenig wackelig. Von Vorteil wäre eine große Kanne für die Zubereitung von Tee in einer größeren Menge als einem Glas. Es gab leider gar keine Teekanne. Zu beachten ist, dass es in diesem Haus keinen Lift gibt.

En el piso hay dos apartamentos y suponemos que tiene un termo de agua caliente para los dos apartamentos, si justamente se duchan los del otro apartamentos te dejan sin agua caliente. Nos pasó una mañana y nos tuvimos que ir a desayunar para hacer tiempo.

People who manage it are so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. - Its location is perfect for visiting the old town and the Jewish community, all within walking distance. It was clean and had all the items you need for your stay. If you can’t manage many stairs then this may not be for you. There’s no lift as it’s an old building. But don’t let this put you off if your ok with stairs

Fyra trappor utan hiss, helt okej för oss, men många trappor. väldigt smal spiraltrappa upp till ett loft, kunde varit tydligare i beskrivningen att det var ett loft man inte kunde stå upprätt i.

• Diāna (5/5): Ok for sleeping over - Very close to the old city, fast responding customer service. Breakfast choices were nice, but they were cold omes left by the door. We did’t completelly enjoy our stay. Wi-fi was super slow, there was drilling happening from 8:00, very thin walls (could hear neighbors), previous dishes were left in dishwasher and the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. It felt very small since there was no view outside of the window. Water also wasn’t as hot as expected.

Beaucoup de cheveux longs et de poils dans la salle de bain et dans l’appartement (meme dans les draps de lit). Housse de couette tachée de café. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain (manque d’aération, moisissure, égout, bonde de douche non nettoyée??) avec odeur très forte dans la salle de bain mais aussi dans l’appartement si on n’aérait pas la journée ce qui est dommage avec -5 dehors !!!

La nevera congeló los alimentos que habíamos metido. Has de recoger la llaves en otro punto aunque está del apartamento a cinco minutos andando. Si llegas después de las 12 de la noche has de abonar un suplemento de 13 euros

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, spacerem można uda się na Kazimierz, Wawel, rynek. W apartamencie były trudne w użytku lub popsute rolety a przy oknach wychodzących na dziedziniec i inne okna było to dosyć niekomfortowe.

Bardzo dobrze położony apartament, czyściutki, zaskoczeniem był fakt, że kupiliśmy pobyt dla dwóch osób, a dostało nam się duże, trzypokojowe mieszkanie, pięknie urządzone, nowocześnie, w starej, klimatycznej kamienicy. Samo sendo klimatu Krakowa. Bardzo polecam. w sumie nic.

• Drajewicz (9/5): Świetny apartament na jedną noc. Na przeciw apartamentu mieszczą się dwa teatry. - Lokalizacja, czystość w pokoju, miła obsługa. Brak oświetlenia na klatce. Wszystko słychać z mieszkań obok.

• efthimios (10/5): It was wonderful! - The house was simply wonderful! Clean, well-kept, fully equipped, and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home — warm, friendly, and welcoming. There was a coffee machine with capsules, and on the second day, a cleaner came by, which made our stay even more comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4, very close to the old town and within walking distance of almost everything. I highly recommend it! The house was very warm!! (just kidding) 😁 No negative comments.

• Damian (2/5): A fuir!!! - Le personnel a l'accueil et au téléphone et qui intervient Tres mauvaise expérience. Appartement extrêmement bruyant et prix scandaleux : 4 900 zł pour 4 nuits, alors que la valeur réelle est plutôt autour de 2 000 zł. J’ai clairement l’impression de m’être fait avoir. Problèmes majeurs : pas d’eau chaude ni de chauffage, fenêtres qui ferment mal, porte de la chambre principale inutilisable, contrôle du chauffage hors délai (dernier en septembre 2025), 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur. L’appartement est vétuste et nécessite une rénovation urgente. Juste avant, séjour à Varsovie dans un appartement haut standing pour presque la moitié du prix. Honteux. À éviter absolument.

• Liliia (10/5): - Було досить просторо для 4 осіб. Дві окремі спальні з комфортними ліжками (помірно мʼякі матраци). Укомплектована кухня технікою та посудом для приготування їжі, а також для гарного сервірування; капсульна кавоварка з капсулами на всі дні перебування ❤️. В ванній кімнаті підлога з підігрівом. Загалом в апартаментах було тепло усі дні. Розташування - 20 хв пішки від залізничного вокзалу і 4 хв від Площі Ринок. Рецепція знаходиться на сусідній вулиці (3 хв пішки), працівники надали усі інструкції, попри те ми не могли відкрити вхідні двері, зателефонували і адміністратор через 4 хв був біля нас. Виявилось, що потрібно було трохи сильніше натиснути на двері ). Через два дні перебування передбачено прибирання. Підтверджую відгуки інших гостей, що чути шум громадського транспорту (на всяк випадок можете взяти беруші) та відсутній ліфт. Для нашої компанії це було не суттєво. Поруч є платна парковка і апартаменти пропонують за попереднім резервуванням місце для авто. Ми залишили автомобіль на Parking Galeria Krakowska.
• April (8/5): Great base to explore Krakow - The location was great, easy walking distance to the Christmas market, Old Town and the Castle. The apartment was very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. No lift. And as we were on the fourth floor, it was a struggle with the heavy case.
