• Lovisa (10/5): Perfect! - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is cozy and it is right next to a few small grocery stores so it is easy to buy snacks etc. The host is nice and it was easy to contact her. She contacted us occasionally to see if we were okay, had any questions. We also received small gifts during our stay which was very much appreciated! When we arrived at the apartment on the first day, the host had bought us a lot of water, which we were very happy about as we were very thirsty because it was so hot during that day. I really liked that there were a CCTV camera outside the apartment which made me and my friend “feel more safe” “if” something would happen. Maybe little bit random but if you want to go to a café i really want to recommend Doochae!! It’s 150 meters from the apartment and their coffee and bakery are so good! The only “negative thing” is that if you want to take the subway (Line 1 or 4) it’s around 15 min walk. It didn’t bother us at all and there were also buses near the apartment. The stairs outside the door is little bit noisy which is sometimes noticeable when someone is walking past the door during the day. But it is not a problem at night as it’s quiet and easy to sleep undisturbed.

We were met with gifts and a personal note, which was a very warm welcome. She was very easy to reach and service-minded. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. Location was very good as well.

• Chen (10/5): Séjour très agréable dans un quartier intéressant de la ville de Séoul - Très bien situé, arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport à proximité (10 minutes à pied) Les palais royaux à proximité. Arrêts de bus et stations de métro à proximité. Supérettes et cafés nombreux dans les environs. Au calme dans un petit quartier résidentiel authentique et charmant. Appartement joliment décoré. La propriétaire Jinny est très sympathique et réactive, de petits cadeaux qui bous touchent beaucoup. Je recommande vivement. Salle de bain un peu petite
• Kathryn (10/5): If I come to Seoul again (and I hope I do!), I will definitely consider staying here. - We really couldn't have asked for more from this stay: - Exceptional location, very convenient. - Truly lovely host - communication was prompt, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do, and she even had a thank-you gift for us delivered to the apartment. - The apartment was cute, cosy and clean. - Very good value for money.

• Ivana (10/5): Perfect stay in Seoul - Very clean, with lots of light and windows to open to let fresh air in. Two rooms, each with a big bed and lots of space for your luggage. The bed was soft and cozy. Kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine, etc. There was also floor heating, so it was perfect in autumn to return to a warm cozy place. Owner was very comunicative and helpful and even got us some souvenirs and fruits and let us known about local events. It was very close to airport bus stop, to local bus stop and fairly close to two subway stations. Also very close to nearby palaces (gyeongbokgung, changgyeonggung,...), insadong, hanok village, dongdaemon stadium, parks, convenience stores and restaurant quarter. The area of the apartment was super quiet though, no noise at all and very easy to access with luggage (almost no stairs).
• Gokce Kural (10/5): Amazing Stay - Location and especially host was amazing ! House is big enough for big size luggages with baby. It was clean and easy to enter. Jinny is extremely helpful, we received immediate responses to our messages. There are 2 convenience stores nearby and easy to reach by bus. Just a small note, since the location right next to Hyundai building, portable wifi router ( we didnt get e-sim but this ) doesn't work in the near area ( approx. 50 meter). Not directly related with the house or stay but street smells little bit. It didn't affect our stay though, just for couple of min you have to bear till you pass the street.
• GAELLE (10/5): - Appartement cosy, très bien équipé, propre et au calme. Literie très confortable. Très bon emplacement. Très proche à pied du Jongmyo et du Changgyeongung palace. Arrêt de bus à proximité. Le propriétaire est adorable, disponible, à l'écoute et réactif pour le moindre problème. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement .

• Kirstin (10/5): A true home away from home. - Great value for money. Very comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed accommodation in a great location with everything we needed for our two week stay in Seoul. Bedding, towels and kitchen equipment were excellent quality. The neighbourhood feels very safe and has some great little cafes around (including a lovely salad bowl cafe just around the corner that has 3 vegetarian options). Public transport is very easily accessible with busses just a minute’s walk away and 2 subway stations on different lines within an easy 10-15 min walk. Two very friendly convenience stores are also just around the corner. Double-glazed windows and Air-conditioning worked very well even though we stayed during an extreme heatwave. To top it all off, Jinny is an amazing host who went out of her way to ensure we were happy and that our stay was comfortable. Communication was exceptional. There were a couple of maintenance issues which would be expected in these older apartments. However, Jinny responded to these extremely promptly and apologetically.
• Grace (10/5): - 走到惠化站很近，走到廣藏市場也不遠；住宿附近有幾家不錯的咖啡；還有餐廳。 房間好乾淨，地板跟地毯以及床鋪都很整潔，床非常的好睡，非常舒適的環境。特別喜歡開放空間有大窗戶可以通風。 房東非常的好客友善，也送了讓我們覺得開心的禮物；他適時問候與推薦附近景點，我們住的非常愉快。
• Hudson (10/5): Adorável. - O apartamento era aconchegante, bem equipado, limpo, bem localizado. Sem dúvida o diferencial é a atenção da anfitriã durante toda a estadia, conforme nossa filha de 10 anos disse, nunca fomos tão bem tratados. Voltaria, com certeza.
• FEI (10/5): - 这家住宿坐落在居民区里，房间十分干净整洁，设备齐全，有一种回到家的感觉。房东很友好，我们因为飞机晚点到达的很晚，房东提前将空调打开，还准备了充足的矿泉水。总之是一次愉快的住宿体验。
• Wannapa (10/5): - I like everything about this place. It’s spacious for 2 people. We each have our own bedroom with close door. It’s give us privacy we need. The bed is so comfy. The rooms are equipped with AC. One room has TV and a small table. The kitchen is fully equipped though we only use the microwave. The washing machine is a major plus. This place has everything you can imagine you would need for a stay. The only downside is the subway station is quite a walk. But the bus stop is right in front of the ally. There are 2 convenient stores and one really nice cafe right there with a couple minute walk. The area is residential area so it’s pretty quite, good for rest after a long day. To get from and to the airport is also convenient. There’s airport bus stop right around the corner. The host is very attentive. They answer your questions. They even give you face masks as a gift. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Nothing.
