• Jacob (1/5): Shit. Birthday ruined. - Nothing Everything, double booking, took my money and went 3 hours away from home and didn’t have a way back until midnight, phone died and got told to pay for another BnB.

• neil (8/5): - Close to what we needed and was easy to find. Great communication with the owner at all times and even let us check in early. Massive rooms and property size. A large group wanting to use here or a family for a trip would greatly benefit using the property. Beds were sleepable but mattresses felt thin and a bit out dated. Other than that honestly for the price of the property there were no other issues at all!

• Gemma (8/5): Great stay - Booked the house for the Christmas period so family could be together. Plenty of room. Games room went down a treat. Was able to cook dinner fine with facilities provided. Overall it served us well. Sofa bed option wasn’t the comfiest but fine for a few days.
• Erica (7/5): Lovely home with lots of space - Location was perfect - we were attending a dance competition at the Leisure Centre. Rooms were good sizes. Parking wasn't too difficult. There were lots of extras included (tea, coffee, milk, loads of towels). The area the house was in was nice and it was really easy to find. The issues we had were dealt with quickly by the owner, and the lady that came to sort things was really lovely. The information sheet was thorough and very easy to follow. Our girls loved the garden for dance practice. We had booked based on everyone having a proper bed, the listing said there were 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 with a double bed, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 with a double bed and 2 single beds. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. When we arrived there was a double bed missing, meaning that someone had to sleep on a sofa bed. Not the end of the world (and the lady brought us a pull out bed to use) but it did mean we couldn't use the living room as that ended up being someone's bedroom. The toilet didn't always flush and there was only 1 and a half toilet rolls left for 8 of us over 2 nights. The 3 single beds in one room were extremely low to the floor and 1 of them was broken at the bottom (cardboard holding the mattress up which fell through when my daughter got into bed). Mattresses were very soft. However, we all managed to sleep and it wasn't so bad that we felt the need to contact the owner again - just something to consider. Windows in the bedrooms were open but we were unable to close them as couldn't reach.
• Iona (9/5): Great house for a group, owner was great and left clear instructions on how to retrieve the key, which was brilliant! - It was warm and comfortable and felt like home, slept 10 of us and we all had a great stay! There wasn’t much around the property and the sofa beds were a little hard other than that amazing.
• Nadia (10/5): Great house - The house is spacious with plenty of games a pool table to keep you entertainment, everything you need is very close by just a 5 to 8 min drive...
