The unfortunate smell from the washing area (might have been drains after washing machine used?). And the noise at 2 am from those in the above apartment. - Susanne Kuuskman (9/5): a Minimal and clean stay in a quiet neighbourhood in Tokyo - I loved the apartment, it was clean - minimal - with all the amenities one needs. The two beds on the floor were a dream, suppper comfortable and overall this place is where I slept the best. The area is super calm and quiet, the apartment was clean and sweet. It had a great washing room, washing machine, equipped kitchen and enough space to actually enjoy the stay as most places in Tokyo can be super tiny. I actually mis this apartment and was sad to leave Maybe the location was slightly off from the buzz, and first day I was super surprised how quiet it was out there But overall for me this was not an issue, as it was nice to walk around a more local neighbourhood. There were not too many nice coffee shops around for the breakfast but I suggest to do it at home or make a little trip for that.

No significant complaints. I wish that some sort of espresso machine were in the room. Maybe something like a nespresso machine.
- DINA (9/5): Nice cosy accommodation - The apartment was cool, a lot of space for the baggage and all of our stuff. It has a nice little kitchen with all of the necessary things, it also has a washing machine for the clothes. It is clean, minimal, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after the long day. It has a minimal aesthetics and a nice Japanese feel to it.

Toma mucho tiempo llegar al apartamento y cuesta también mucho moverse en metro cada ida al centro de Tokio aprox 480 Yenes.

It was tricky to work out how to use the washing machine. No luggage storage for early arrivals or late departure.

- Aagje (7/5): Convenient at an okay price if you stay with 4. - The location near the train station was convenient. It is very small, which is fine if you are only sleeping at the accommodation. If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind during the day or evening, it’s not comfortable. The photos are deceiving: one bed was remarkably small, and the photos show two different types of apartments. The second bed was quite worn out. Make sure you’re comfortable sleeping close to each other if you’re travelling with friends. We stayed at the 4th floor, if the sun hits the appartement it gets quite hot!

- Changlin (9/5): I'd like to book it again next time traveling to Tokyo! - The self checkin is very smooth. The studio has everything -- tide and organized! In-unit washer and dryer are a super plus! Location is not bad. A subway station is closed by and it's just you may need a transfer most of time. Buses are unreliable though. The heater faces to the living space and it can barely heat up the bed space, even though I keep the doors of bed space open. I need to put my thick sleepwears on. They kindly helped me check and said it's expected for the studio.

The location is very nice but since the room in the 3rd floor and no elevator it can be troublesome to get l heavy luggages inside The bad smell of odor in the bathroom, but staff were quick to respond and able to provide freshener even though it only help a little. Car speeding noises could be hear all night

Also like that this is a more residential area instead of bustling central city; still easily connected to yamanote line via buses and 1 train stop The biggest issue would be lack of a lift. Thankfully we stayed on the second floor thus carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was still manageable.

- Mauj (9/5): Absolutely loved it, would recommend and would book again for future stays. - The location was near the yamanote line (ikebukuro), many bus stops near by, convenience stores near by and not in a crowded spot. 7/11 and Lawson are like 3-5mins walk. Fee restaurants in walking distance too. Ikebukuro is only 20mins bus ride away. Following Shinjuku and shibuya with slightly extending time period. The cleanliness of the apartment and no contact supply was very nice. The property is quite spacious compared to other accommodations in the area. The washing machine and iron supplied and other appliances were extremely convenient. The only issue was the absence of lift as the property is 4 floors high and we stayed at the 4th floor. We struggled to carry our suitcases up and down. Additionally it would have been nice if we could send our luggages to property before hand as our next accommodation was able to store and place it in our rooms for us prior to our arrival. Otherwise, a great experience.

Malgré que l'appartement donne directement sur la rue principale, il est bien insonorisé, pas de soucis pour dormir donc. Ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais il y avait une forte d'odeur de cuisine épicée dans le hall de l'immeuble qui se répandait jusque dans l'appartement, surement dû à ce que préparaient d'autres clients.

- Iching (10/5): 整體來說這間住宿點非常棒，舒適、乾淨，值得推薦。 - 住宿區的質感非常好，離捷運站走路約10分鐘以內，車站附近都有居酒屋或傳統麵店超級棒，寢具也舒服。離池袋一站的距離散步走路都很舒服！！ 建議住宿方要把定位重新設定，明明就在大馬路邊但卻導航到巷子，我們找好久後來是問了人（剛好那人知道這家旅宿）才能順利找到，開門的方式也需要一些理解能力，很像在解密室逃脫😆。對了，能否增加能吊衣服的地方，雖然床鋪上方有設計可以掛衣服，但應該沒有人想在睡覺的正上方看到一堆衣服掛在頭頂吧！！
- Adelyn (7/5): - 實際入住看到房間偏小不過兩人空間算剛好，該有的都有，環境乾淨衛生，客服回覆也很快速，但是入住房間的床是靠馬路旁，晚上睡覺車流蠻頻繁，偶爾也有救護車經過，不能好好入眠，如果重睡眠品質覺得是蠻大的缺點，其他一切若是兩人入住是足夠的，整體還是不錯的，電視有YouTube 、Netflix 可以看！ 房間隔音可以再改善，會更優質！

- Iris (10/5): A gem to start exploring Tokyo - A wonderful gem! I am so glad I found this apartment! For me, it was a little paradise after weeks of traveling. So luxurious. It’s so spacious (4 people could stay there cause it has two bedrooms). I didn’t notice that, when I booked it. Everything is so neat, cozy and well designed (if you like minimalistic style). The flat is also well equiped with everything one could need (fridge, microwave, kettle, little stove). But the best is the washer/dryer-maschine! The detergent smells so good and also the bodywash and shampoo. I like it, when landlords pay attention to these little things. They provide a whole manual how to get there and how to use all electronics. It’s self-check-in. But the best is the area. It’s close to bustling places like ikebukuro (ca 30 Min by foot), but shiinamanchi is much more laid back and quiet. There are lots shops, delicious local restaurants just around the corner. And of course 7-eleven, family mart, lawson….and the famous vintage manga street-tokiwa-so street <3 There are lots of public busses and the subwaystation is only a 5-10 min. walk away. I highly recommend this flat. If I can, I would be happy to come back one day.

- Yingfang (10/5): Nice and clean and the location is convenient. - Big space and the kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing/ drying machine. The room is nice and clean. There is no elevator. A little bit inconvenient for people with heavy luggage.

- hikari (9/5): また利用したい。 - 今回祖母の葬儀の関係で利用した。 3泊4日だったので、洗濯機があってよかった。 隣の商店の息子なので利便性が高かった。 特にない 強いて言うなら最初のチェックインの仕方がわかりづらかった
- Reece (10/5): Would definately stay again!! - This stay was perfect! Clean, comfortable and enough room to move around. Train station only a 5min walk from room and 1 stop from Ikiburero station. The pillows were very hard , i ended up going to buy myself a different pillow because my neck was hurting the next day.

- Marjorie (9/5): - The location is great! only a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, and just a couple of minutes from a 7-Eleven, Lawson, a pharmacy, and the best noodles we had in Japan (at the North Exit of Shiinamachi Station). It’s a quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for us, and only one stop away from busy Tokyo. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the best stay we had in Japan (we travelled for 35 days, so trust me). The washer and dryer were also very useful. It’s not as busy as central Tokyo or Shinjuku, where you have tons of restaurant options, but you’re still pretty close to everything. Depending on your travel style, it can feel a little boring. Keep in mind that you can only access the apartment by stairs, so with heavy luggage it can be a bit inconvenient. The kitchen is quite small—if you’re planning to cook, this might not be the best option. But you’re in Japan, so there are plenty of ready-made meals, and you’ll probably won’t even miss cooking.
