Me encantó!!!! Quiero hacer especial mención a Mark, nos ayudo a todo, estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y sus recomendaciones de 10. Se preocupo de manera diaria en que todo fuera perfecto. Me gustó todo.
• Eric (10/5): Enjoyable two night stay - Great location. We walked all over Venice. The room and bathroom were very nice. We ate at a great restaurant about 20 meters down the alley from the apartment building. We would stay again. Space is limited in Venice so it is not a large room. Perfect for two people.
• Nastassia (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were truly excellent – always kind and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was perfect and we would be very happy to stay here again. The only small detail is that the room doesn't have a wardrobe, just a clothes rack, but this was not a problem for a short stay

Obsługa niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna – zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa doradzić, co warto zobaczyć. Poprosiłam o wino w pokoju, tak aby było to niespodzianka dla ukochanego, dodatkowo był liścik. W pokoju ekspres, w lodówce wino, woda. Dodatkowo kapcie i szlafroki. Cały pobyt był niezapomniany – chętnie wrócę tu ponownie!

• Louise (9/5): A lovely stay. - The location of this hotel is so convenient to Ponte de Rialto, restaurants and shops. Excellent location for walking most places on the island. The room is presented beautifully, clean, tidy, with glamourous decor. Once inside, it is very quiet, so it is easy to sleep at night. Those who have mobility issues need to be aware there is no lift, so you need to be prepared to take stairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was regular communication leading up to our stay and prompt replies to any queries. Overall, we had a lovely stay here. There is no lift in the building. The stairs can be a challenge carrying bags up and down, and after a long day's walking as well.

• Richard (8/5): Nice, but too many dangerous steps and needs usb connectors for phone charging. - Room was nice. Shower water was strong. TV was a smart one and big! Too many steps up to our room - 5 flights of stairs. No modern usb charging devices in room.
• Daniela (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Ca dell’Arte Boutique. The room was beautiful, with a lovely terrace. The location was fantastic - so convenient. A special thank you to Mark. He was very responsive, he gave us some great suggestions for activities and restaurants and organized our transport to the airport on our last day. He even met us at the hotel (very early in the morning) to walk us to the taxi (and helped us with our luggage!). Thank you Mark!

• Judith (10/5): - Das Zimmer sieht exakt aus wie auf dem Foto. Es ist nicht riesig aber die Größe ist zim übernachten völlig ausreichen.Es ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Bett ist wirklich bequem. Im Bad fehlt es an nichts .Bademäntel und Hausschuhe sind inklusive. Im Zimmer gibt's eine Minibar mit Prosecco und Wasser zur Begrüßung. Die Lage des Zimmers ist absolut perfekt wenn man gerne mitten in der Altstadt wohnt. Sehr ruhig. Vom Eingang kann man direkt zur Rialtobrücke schauen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen .

• David (9/5): Great choice in Venice. - The location was excellent, a few minutes from Rialto Bridge and water-bus stop. Communication was speedy electronic entrance to hotel and room was convenient. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Linens and towels were luxurious. We are average sized people and could barely bend over to pick something of floor in shower, it is exceptionally small.

Breakfast was not included in the hotel , I booked a room under as stated on the booking website , as it was my 1st time stay in venice , no staff was available to give transport or any other guidance for the place , I paid £40person for 1hrs boat ride provided by the hotel which only lasted 45mins and no guide on board to give information or knowledge of the places show along the way .

Bizim gibi sigara içenler için muhteşem bir olanak. Giriş çıkış şifreli ve kolay. Mark rezervasyon yaptığımız andan itibaren devamlı whatsuptan bilgilendirdi. Tesiste beğenmediğimiz hiç bir şey yok. Sadece asansör yok ama zaten buralarda asansör bulmak zor.

Stock (falls jemand beim Stiegensteigen Probleme hat-> es gibt keinen Lift- war für uns aber kein Thema) Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

• NOREEN (9/5): Venice is crazy busy, so make sure you have your wits about you before you visit. - The owner/manager was very helpful before and during our stay. The room was very well decorated and very clean. It is smack bang in the city centre so very easy to get around Venice. We had 2 large suitcases as we had been on another trip before Venice. There were lots of stairs as we were on the top floor, and there was no lift. My husband and I found it extremely difficult to reach our room. This said the room and the location is superb, so if you have got large cases or are infirm, ask for a lower floor room.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Wonderful hotel, perfect location, fantastic staff! Just book it! - I happened onto Cà dell'Arte Boutique hotel for a last-minute trip to Venice with my wife and had no idea how lucky we were to have found this hotel. It’s absolutely charming and in the perfect location. From the airport we took the Alilaguna Orange line to the Rialto bridge and it was a few hundred feet from there. I cannot overemphasize how convenient the hotel location is. You’ll be central to everything in all districts of Venice. Shops, restaurants, St. Mark’s, the Grand Canal are all right there. We stopped back to the hotel during the day to drop off purchases or take a short rest, which we couldn’t have done at other locations. The rooms are very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with cold air conditioning which was wonderful in the summer heat. The room includes a small refrigerator and complimentary water bottles, small bottles of Prosecco, and a Nespresso machine. The bathrooms have modern styling with everything you could need for your stay. And while the hotel is in the middle of everything, we didn’t hear a bit of noise from outside as the hotel sits along a narrow, quiet walkway. As wonderful as the hotel is, I think the most amazing part of our stay was the concierge, Mark, and the hotel staff. After booking, Mark sent frequent communication via email and WhatsApp to make sure they knew when I would arrive and provided detailed directions with pictures to help me find the hotel entrance. Again, being so close to the Rialto bridge and boat landing it was easy to find, but the pictures definitely helped. The staff was always very cheerful and offered to help with dining reservations, giving directions or recommendations, and making sure our stay was the best it could be. Mark even arranged a private sunset boat tour for guests who wanted to see all the Venice sights by sea. This was the perfect location and stay for us, and I’d definitely stay here when I return. Nothing - it was wonderful and welcoming!

• Saeed (10/5): Amazing stay at the Cà dell'Arte Boutique hotel - First impressions were like 'Wow!". A spacious, newly decorated room which was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the famous Rialto bridge so really easy to find if you arrive by the Alilaguna water taxi. All the best restaurants, shops and tourist sites in San Marco and Castello are a short walking distance from the hotel. Staff communication was exceptional from the booking stage right through to checkout. Marco organised a special boat tour which was amazing - and highly recommended! Not a complaint but those who have difficulty climbing stairs should be aware that there is no lift at the hotel. We were perfectly fine. The entrance, staircase and the hallways of the hotel are beautiful :)

The room felt very glamorous and was decorated lovely. Was very easy to check in they gave me a code to put in the entrance door and the door to my room. The room also had a smart tv allowing you to be able to watch Netflix, YouTube and many others. No faults.

• Barry (9/5): Great - Fun location . Close to everything Bed was hard for me. The fact that we had over 30 stairs to get to our room should be in the booking section with full disclosure . We would not have booked the room because I have leg problems .It hurt very much to go up and down the stairs . The staff was great and helped us with our luggage down the stairs in our departure after they learned of my issues . Other wise we loved our stay and was very impressed with the staff. Mark was great to book the tour with the boat . It’s worth it . So I put this at the negative to make sure people knew that it’s ok if you have no issues with your legs or back

• Rui (7/5): We got what we paid. - The location is convenient to access to the sightseeing. The property manager was decent enough to correct his shortages after we communicated. Shout out to him, Antonio! The steps to reach to our room are unbelievable for a 70 and 67 years old couple. The turning point on the stairs are super low and narrow. My husband missed the most sightseeing as he climbed down, but wouldn't be able to climb back. The shower is super small, it became my husband's nightmare to use it, a 6.2" guy. The floor is not paralyzed and the suitcases rolled to the lower side all the time. Overall, the building doesn't meet the safety standard in US.

There were little thinks that was not very good but i dont want to give this Hotel still 10 There were no space to hang the towls or bathrobes. If you have Laggage it is bot easy to cary it upstares. There were noone in the reception, it is self check-in. I wound like to have someone there.
