- Holger (10/5): - Schöne Wohnung in einem aussergewöhnlichen Gebäude. Der Aufzug- von 1953- ein Erlebnis. Sehr bequeme Betten. Grosser Balkon vor der Wohnung. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist super, mit Regendusche. Allerdings lässt es sich nicht vermeiden, dass sich vor der Dusche eine Pfütze bildet. Über die Schwelle am Boden lässt sich das Wasser schlecht mit dem Gummiabzieher zurück befördern. Schick und modern-ja. Aber nicht so recht funktional.

Le fait que ce soit impersonnel sans réception ni personnel sur place pour assurer des services rend ce grand bâtiment un peu "fantôme". Pour le standing un service serait apprécié. L'insonorisation avec l'étage du dessus était inexistante. On entendait comme si les gens étaient dans la même pièce que nous alors qu'on n'entendait pas du tout ceux d'a côté.

- Adrian Kuiter (10/5): - Ungewöhnliche Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Gelungene Kombination aus altem Kloster-Flair und moderner, sehr stylischer Inneneinrichtung. Super modern und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Lage ideal für Ausflüge in den ganzen Schwarzwald. (Noch) aktuell keine Elektro-Ladestationen, soll aber nachgerüstet werden.
- Hedwig (9/5): Erholsam - Es war rundum sehr schön, allerdings würden einige Anleitungen hilfreich sein. Man bekommt einen Schlüsselcode für ein Kästchen vor der Türe. Hier sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass man dann einen Knopf zum Öffnen drehen muss. Ebenfalls wäre es hilfreich, wenn eine Liste des vorhandenen Geschirrs und Bestecks aushängen würde. Es wird darum gebeten sich zu melden, wenn etwas zu Bruch geht. In unserem Appartement waren sehr unterschiedliche Anzahl der einzelnen Teller, Tassen Besteck und Gläser, teilweise für 12 Personen, manches nur für 6 oder 7. Es sah so aus, als sei manches schon zerbrochen worden, ohne wieder aufgefüllt zu werden. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Ich würde auch in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Absolut schlecht war die Mülltrennung, 2 Behälter unter der Spüle für Gelbe Sack und ???? Ich nahm dann ein Fach für den Restmüll und eine Tüte für den Papier und eine für Bioabfälle. Nachdem alles schön getrennt war, stand ich vor den vielen Tonnen draußen und fand absolut nicht, was wohin gehört. Und beim Öffnen der Tonnen stellte ich fest, dass wohl jeder wahllos seinen Müll entsorgt hat. Hier sollten die Behälter sauber und deutlich beschriftet sein, auch welche nun genau für das Restaurant und welche für die Appartements sind. Ebenfalls würde ich begrüßen, wenn Informationsmaterial ausgelegt wäre, z Bsp. was man in der Umgebung findet, Wanderwege usw.

- Katja (9/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Erlenbad Resort hat uns wirklich begeistert. Das ehemalige Kloster wurde mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail modernisiert, ohne seinen besonderen Charme zu verlieren. Die Kombination aus Geschichte und stilvoller, moderner Einrichtung ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne 60 qm Suite, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet und absolut sauber war. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die ruhige Lage, die schöne Aussicht und die entspannte Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort perfekt zum Abschalten. Man spürt, dass hier viel Herzblut in dieses Haus gesteckt wurde. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Erlenbad Resort von Herzen und ohne Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen.

- Corinna (10/5): - So schöne Präsidentensuite, wir waren begeistert. Haben sogar noch eine kleine Suite dazu bekommen, da wir 8 Leute waren. Haben alles versucht, um den Herd anzubekommen und sind gescheitert. Leider schwierige Bedienung🙈
- Joern (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem beeindruckenden Anwesen - Sehr schönes Anwesen und ein top ausgestattetes Apartment, das zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Das nagelneue und stylische Restaurant im Innenhof hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, vor allem das tolle Serviceteam ist hier besonders hervorzuheben! Die in einigen Reviews beschriebene Klimatisierungs-Problematik (zu kalt im Winter, zu heiss im Sommer) können wir selber nicht beurteilen, da das Wetter in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes recht angenehm und ausgeglichen war. Natürlich merkt man auch die sicher noch länger andauernden Renovierungsarbeiten, aber darauf wird ja auch schon in der Bezeichnung der Unterkunft mit „Pre Opening…“ hingewiesen und der faire Preis passt auch.
- Ariana (10/5): - das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Dekoration war genau wir auf den Bilder. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Es sah so elegant aus. Wir haben essen zum Kochen gebracht, sie hatten alles, Töpfe, teller, salz, Pfeffer, etc. Das Hotel ist noch nicht fertig gebaut, man hört noch die Konstruktion am Morgen was ein bisschen nerven kann, es hat keine Rezeption und es ist wirklich sehr weit weg von allem. Man kann nicht schnell zum Supermarkt gehen, es ist schon ziemlich weit weg. Es fahren keine Uber zu dem Hotel, es hat keine gute Bus Verbindung von dem Bahnhof, die büsse fahren nur in der Woche nicht am Wochenende. Taxi extrem Teuer.

- Melissa (8/5): Schöne FeWo mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Eine sehr schöne, moderne, neue Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns in der Woche dort insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Küche war sehr schön und mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Bett und Sofa total gemütlich. Das Badezimmer und insbesondere die Regendusche haben uns gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten stehen zur Verfügung. Gut waren auch die Außenjalousien. Einige Ausstattung hat uns gefehlt, vor allem in der Küche: Untersetzer, ein bisschen mehr Besteck, ein paar mehr Spülmaschinentabs und vor allem ein paar mehr Lappen und Spültücher (für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche war einer dann doch zu wenig). Der Kühlschrank ist recht laut und insgesamt ist es auch ziemlich hellhörig. Es gibt in einem Teil vom Gebäude einen alten Aufzug der sehr laut ist. Als wir ankamen war es ziemlich kalt in der FeWo, es hat ca. 3 Tage gedauert bis sie wirklich warm war. Irgendwo wurde leider geraucht, sodass der Geruch in den Fluren stand. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind oben mit Fenster mit dem Wohnbereich verbunden, sodass es nicht dunkel ist, falls man sich noch im Wohnbereich aufhält.

Не хватило каких-то указателей расположения где находится лестница к каким номерам, куда можно подняться потому что было пусто, никого не было вечером чтобы спросить , а указатели с номерами были только уже на нашем этаже. И мы и другие гости в начале внизу побродили немного, прежде чем нашли нужные подъём на нужный этаж.

- Diego (9/5): BONITO COMODO AMPLIO PERO ALEJADO - El Hotel está ubicado a las afueras de un pueblo pequeño de Alemania. Antiguamente era un Monasterio y ha sido reformado para convertirlo en Hotel. Muy bonito por fuera parece un palacio. Por dentro lo han modernizado la verdad que bastante bien muy cómodo con grandes pasillos. La habitación es fantástica grande amplia y con una cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario, la verdad que bastante completa. El baño igualmente amplio y con todas las comodidades, muy buena presión de agua en las duchas. Camas cómodas y la calefacción va bastante bien al igual que la conexión Wi-Fi. Parking disponible gratuito. El hotel está como 40 minutos de estrasburgo y luego a los alrededores no hay mucho más que un pequeño pueblo con algo de comercio. Disfruté bastante la estadía en familia como para descansar. Tienen un restaurante bastante bonito dentro del Hotel pero al querer probar el desayuno "Buffet" me llevé una decepción, es muy reducida la variedad no incluye ni huevo y las bebidas calientes las cobran aparte, terrible para lo que cuesta. Eviten desayunar ahí que de Buffet no tiene nada y muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

- Sophia (9/5): Wunderschöne neue Unterkunft für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Natur - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und komplett neu. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und unser Apartment überzeugt mit einer geschmackvollen, hochwertigen Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Und besonders gefielen uns das Badezimmer und der Blick in die Natur! Die Lage ist ideal: viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar oder man startet direkt von der Unterkunft aus zu Wanderungen. Da die Unterkunft noch sehr neu ist, fehlt es an einigen Stellen noch an Kleinigkeiten: zum Beispiel an Topfuntersetzern, Spülmaschinentabs oder Küchenpapier, … Die Töpfe schienen unbenutzt und auf ihnen waren sogar noch die Aufkleber drauf. Für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts hätten wir uns außerdem etwas mehr Handtücher und einen zusätzlichen Badvorleger gewünscht. Der Selbst-Check-in hat zwar reibungslos funktioniert, wir empfanden ihn aber als etwas unpersönlich.

Toll und hochwertig ausgestattet-sehr sauber-geschmackvoll eingerichtet-mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafsofa, welches einem Bett um nichts nachsteht. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Grosser Parkplatz. Die aktuell noch vorhandene Baustelle hat uns in keinster Weise gestört. Waren vollumfänglich zufrieden! Hinweis bzgl Ablageflächen in der Küche: wenn diese Optimierung möglich, wären 1-2 zusätzliche Tablare hilfreich für die Lagerung von gekauften Lebensmitteln. Hinweis bzgl Babybett: wir würden eine zusätzliche Matratze im Rahmen des Angebots empfehlen, da es ansonsten relativ hart ist(Wir hatten eine eigene Matratze dabei also kein Problem)

La struttura doveva ancora finire dei lavori su un piano ma non abbiamo avuto alcun disagio per questo. C'è un numero whatsapp da contattare in caso di necessità che risponde dopo pochi minuti. Nulla, tutto perfetto. Sarebbe utile aggiungere qualche indicazione nei corridoi (es. indicazioni per il ristorante) vista la struttura molto grande.

Если вы на машине - куча доступных достопримечательностей в пределах 15 минут езды. Рядом есть хорошие ресторанчики и винодельни. У нас дважды отваливалась ручка входной двери номера в течении 4 дней проживания. Дорогие услуги.

Pas de personnel, le chauffage même à fond jour et nuit n'arrive pas à 20° (avec plafond de plus de 3 m quasi impossible à chauffer), robinet de douche bloqué sur bouillant et pas moyen de le tourner, un membre du service d'entretient est venu pour essayer de le débloquer (Heureusement que je l'ai trouver dans le couloire sinon il n'y a personne) des erreurs de conception (pas d'aération dans la salle de bain il faut ouvrir une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas, encore une fois merci au personnel d'entrtient qui l'a forcée, mais même, avec -3° dehors c'est difficile. Pas d'éclairage sous les meubles muraux de la cuisine du coup le plan de travail est très sombre. Dommage car l'endroits et le bâtiment sont formidable et je présume qu'en été c'est moins délicat.

- Kirsten (8/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig (man hört die Stimmen der Nachbarn) und es gab zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts Gruppen, die bis tief in die Nacht (vier Uhr morgens) gefeiert haben und lärmend durch den Flur gingen. Als Gast erhält man zwar eine Email mit der Aufforderung, ab 22 Uhr ruhig zu sein, dass funktioniert aber nur mäßig. Die Gäste wissen, dass es durch eine fehlende Rezeption und somit fehlendes Personal keine Kontrolle gibt.
- Nicolette (8/5): Beautiful Palace apartments in a sought after area with lovely views. - Beautifully decorated and very high-end furnishings. The bathroom was fantastic with a spa-like feel🥰. The area and property is beautiful and very closely located to walking trails and the ski-slopes. The appartment was very cold with only one thin duvet on the beds per person while it was sub- zero temperature outside. It needed at least another blanket or more options for bedding. We ended up buying our own from the store. There were no staff on sight to help us us with that in the middle of the night.
- C. HILBER (7/5): Aufenthalt üner Silvester - Unkompliziertes check in. Viele Infos auf Internet, aber nicht alles auffindbar. Bsp. Frühstück dazubuchbar. Nach Buchung keine Bestätigung und es steht kein Hinweis, wo das Frühstück stattfindet. Wir haben angenommen, dass es im Innenhof stattfindet. Gebucht haben wir auf 8 Uhr. Das Rest. War jedoch geschlossen. Wir haben versucht Infos zu erhalten, wollten schon extern weitersuchen. Da wurde geöffnet um 8.15... das war nicht so cool. 2. Wir waren im 2. Stock. Und wollten nachts mit dem Aussenlift hochfahren Leider liess sich die.Türe zum Flur nicht öffnen. Wir mussten aussen rum. Grund - defekter Teppich, der Türe blockierte. Beleuchtung für Bad an Aussenwand. Es gibt also immer volllicht wenn man nachts aufs Klo muss undb die 2 Person wird geweckt.
