Fácil acesso , o apt tem sala e cozinha ampla , bem ventilado e silencioso , os banheiros sao pequenos e a garagem complica se o carro for grande A cozinha precisa ser mais equipada, em questão de panela , pratos e pano de prato . Como sugestão retirar os utensílios e equipamentos que não funcionam mais . No quarto principal retirar o suporte da televisão, pois um perigo para bater a cabeça..
